Honest people. Had a great salesman, Forest, test my battery and determine the terminals just needed to be cleaned. He didn’t charge me a thing and took great care of my vehicle. Appreciate awesome service in a world where customer service is declining.

They were very helpful. I was helped by a guy named Forest who fixed my car in less than 10 minutes, way better than any dealership could do. The folks who work here are flat out awesome at giving advice and help with car problems and parts you need. My check engine light was on and they were SUPER helpful in getting that squared away so it would pass emission. I just cant say enough about the great service they provide at this location!!

It was nice the day I got in. They supposedly close at 9pm but I went to the exact store the night before to get what I was needing at 8:30pm (it takes me maybe 3 minutes to get there) all the lights were still on the door was locked and someone sitting in a car parked in the front of the store.

Employees overly helpful in the purchase of wiper fluid and a employee also helped to install it without requesting help. Will definitely return as i have in past many times.

I jumped into my 2012 Honda Crosstour and it was sluggish to start and I was in a hurry headed to an event. My gut told me to swing into autozone and get them to test the battery, I did. Carlos was quick to test it and confirm it was a bad battery. He helped me get the right battery and even installed it. All in all I was in and out in 10 minutes. Two thumbs up to Carlos and Auto Zone!! Great Job!

I needed one wiper blade. They were very kind, helpful & replaced it for me. I Was so pleased with the way it operated I may go and buy the second one.

Got a new battery. Next day car wont start. Tow the car to a shop. Turns out Autozone didnt tighten the connections to the battery. Sloppy job that cost me time and money.

I have shopped the store for numerous replacement parts on multiple different vehicles. The employees are so incredibly helpful and they always have exactly what I need. Whether it’s lightbulbs, batteries, gas caps, fuses,… They have it all. This is a wonderful store to do business with.

They are usually short staffed so be patient, they always take care of there customers.

These guys were the best! I had replaced the halogen bulbs in my CRV. I had put the clip in wrong, and these guys fixed it for me. No cost! Just hold guys ready to help you out!

Stopped by to ask if someone could help me determine which fuse needed to be changed in my car, guy at register immediately told me to ask the manager. I asked the manager to assist, he says that he can not look at fuse inside the car due to covid and I understood. However he goes to help the customer right next to my car with no mask and help put a battery in while the customer and someone with him were standing close and looking under the hood and were very close to each other. I asked the manager why he could not help me since he was so close to the other customers and I had a mask on. He said I was just to busy to help you. I said you were helping me before you helped those people so you chose not to help me. He looked at me as if he could care less. I am expecting the owner to respond to this on how every customer is important etc....

I came into this location to get my battery changed and right upon entry I was greeted warmly by the staff. Ultimately David was the wonderful associate to help me with checking my battery status and changing out my battery in a very efficient manner. He also alerted me to warranty battery information as well which was crucial. I will definitely plan to come back to this location and again because this store and it’s employees really values their customers.

They used to be helpful. I asked for them to confirm if the part was specific for left or right side. They said it was universal, it was not. Waste of time and had to do a second trip.

I needed a rare rear wiper blade. The shop guy tried to fit a near equal to the wiper arm but if fell out. The fellow then pointed me across the street to a competitor, saying perhaps they could help. The competitor cut a Bosch blade down to size to fit my wiper and slid it into the carrier. Both stores win, in my book. Ill return to AutoZone. They were there years before the competitor was, though Ill consider the competition more than I have.

No help finding the right item so I left with something I hope might work.

Called the store simply looking for a wheel stud for my truck. The individual I spoke with said that he would go check to see if they had it in stock. After a 10 minute hold a different individual picked up the line as though I had just called in. Clearly customer service is not a priority...think i call elsewhere.

I first called a neighboring business to ask if they could replace my rear turn signal/brake light. They told me they had no available appointments and couldnt tell me the cost or even confirm if they could even do it. Thankfully I stopped in to AutoZone and was helped right away. The whole thing took about 10 minutes and it was significantly less expensive that what I expected to pay. Thank you to John B who helped me and was extremely professional and courteous. I will return here for all future needs!

I started patronizing this Auto Zone sometime ago. It is close to my home and it save me a trip to my favorite Auto Zone. I was disappointed of the NO service. The look like I was not supposed to be in the store. NO greeting, NO ask me if I needed anything, NO did you find what you were looking for...although I had nothing in my hands. A smile even goes a long way. This is not the Auto Zone that I am accustom to.TRAVELING DOWN BY THE BIG CHICKEN JUST GOT CLOSER.THEY HAVE NEVER LET ME DOWN NO MATTER HOW BUSY OR CLOSE TO CLOSING. THAT STORE IS TRULY CUSTOMER SERVICE PLUS.

Concerned about my battery because I left my interior lights on for a few hours and my car wouldnt start. After I got a jump I headed to Auro Zone to get a battery check...it was fully charged and didnt cost me a thing.

Ive been buying from this autozone since 1996. Great place, like any business, some people suck, some folks shine, but for the most part part, everyone has been great. The current staff they have there now are really nice to do business with and from recent personal experience, they go out of their way to help out as much as possible.
