I have read the reviews after dropping off my car late this afternoon. I am sorry that there were those who had an experience that left a had taste.I had no such experience. Taking my Honda Civic to them today was truly a pain-free experience. Matthew ran the front desk with an efficiency that was superb and provided excellent customer service.Eddie was equally efficient polite and extremely business minded in his initial assessment. I saw nor heard anything that would lead me to believe that I would receive or encounter any negativity.I look forward to a continued successful outcome.

They fixed damage on my truck and detailed it exterior and interior, I was not expecting that. Excellent customer service. I would recommend this business.

Dont waste your time with them if your car is over 10 years old. I took my 2006 vehicle to them, and they gave me an estimate, and they went to order parts, and called me after 3 weeks of waiting to tell me they could get the parts, but because parts were becoming scarce, and they were worried about warranty work, they were declining to do the job. Thats something they could have told me from the beginning. I guess they dont have much confidence in their employees to do the job right the first time around?? anyways, took it to another shop, Day Chevrolet Collision center, and they ordered the parts in a day, and had the job done in 2 days, for a total of 3-days down time....many props to Day Chevrolet for their professionalism. Avoid Cobb County Colission

I truly regret using cobb county collision. Eddie, my representative has had my car for over two weeks, and it was supposed to have be finished five days ago, any of you there saying it may be several more days until its complete. I have used them in the past, but I will never go with them again. Cobb county collision has done nothing to deserve my business,in the future. Im paying them thousands of dollars, and they are being rude, and lying to me. I would strongly recommend anyone to use another repair shop, your business should be appreciated, and valued. I have experienced just the opposite working with Eddie.

My second time in for a quote on repainting my rav4 in the past 2 weeks. Both times the estimator has been rude and seemed very inconvenienced by my asking of them to do their job. I previously had a great experience a little over a year ago with body work after being in a wreck, and i’m disappointed to see how things have obviously gone downhill. The only friendly person here seems to be the front desk guy.

Absolutely impressed with Cobb Collision Center. Within 10 minutes of walking in for an estimate I am already hooked up with a rental at no cost (accident was not my fault) and I didnt even have my claim number with me but they reached out to the insurance and had me ready to go right away. I was given a time frame of 2 weeks completion, but it took half that and the work is unbelievable great quality, they even helped make this one huge scratch I had on the side (right next to but not where the collision damage was) less visible without having to paint it, which they offered at an additional cost, but I had to decline due to my budget. Anyways, they buffed it out or something and my baby looks brand spanking new again, I could not be any happier. I will come back here if I ever need my car fixed, they won my trust. The representative I was assigned to (I believe Kimara (so so sorry if I butchered that)) was also so great, called me regularly for updates. The last place I went to was a nightmare in terms of getting a status update, and it took 5 weeks to finish, which was 3 weeks past their estimated time, and just stressful even though they did do a good job, I would never go back. I am so happy for Cobb Collision, they truly take pride in their work. I am proud to show off my car and will recommend this place!!!

They are very unprofessional and incompetent. No one would answer my calls in regards to my car. WHEN I went there to personally check up on it no one would give me an answer considering it wasnt their case. I would recommend going litterally anywhere else.

Matthew Mulls is very unprofessional. Call to get an update on the status of my vehicle since it’s been It’s been two weeks and no one has even bother to give me an update. Night and day experience from service King Collision. If you can avoid dealing Matthew Mulls.

I cant begin to explain how amazing the guys at Cobb County collision are. I managed to get rear ended by a semi in my very first new car temporary tag still on, first oil change not due yet, whole deal. Eddie was in charge of my case and made sure my car looked like brand new. You would NEVER know my car had been in an accident that cost about $10,000 in repairs. My car is a special edition so the parts had to be ordered from new York and California, right down to every detail these guys made my car like nothing had happened. Strangely enough three days after I got my car back I was broken into and had to have my passenger window and inside door panel replaced as well as a paint job to the outside door where the person used some tool to crack my window and scraped everything up really bad. Eddie even got out a guy who replaced the tint on my window (because it was something Id done after market) and I was able to get him to replace the tint on my driver side window for a small extra fee (a local place that will not be named did a TERRIBLE job on my tinting the first time). One day recently I started having tire pressure issues on my rear driver side tire which was the one replaced in my collision, instead of telling me just to go to a tire place to have it checked or charging a fee for inspecting it, Eddie was more than happy to check it out for me (although probably secretly grimacing inside at the sight of my car again after spending so much time with it, I know) and was able to find a nail head dead center in my tire and directed me to a local tire place he trusted where I was quickly patched and plugged. My car looks better than ever and I know no matter what the road (or my clumsy nature) throws at my Nessy the Nismo the team at cobb county collision will make her all better!
