I went to Caliber based on my insurance recommendation after a collision (not my fault) and I can’t say enough good things about this place. They ordered my parts the day I dropped my car off and had it ready 4 business days later, new parts freshly painted and ready to go. Fred was personable and helpful, calling me with updates every few days. After the stories I’ve heard of people going weeks without their car, I can only say I hope any future repair I need goes as smoothly as this. Their pricing seemed fair (though I was not paying for it) and worth the work they performed. 10/10 would recommend this shop.

Caliber Collision was fantastic. My insurance company (Allstate) uses them for repairs, and initially I was skeptical. I always feel like the insurance company uses sub-par contractors to save money. I set a appointment for an estimate and I was the only person there. The guy doing my estimate was on a personal call and walking around outside beside my car and I had to wait for someone else to do the estimate. Very unprofessional. Someone did the estimate and had to email it to me and found the estimate was way over charged, by $500! I went to another dent repair place and they charged me $245. Way overcharged and unprofessional.

I was involved in a collision in November and the other persons insurance was covering my cars repairs and body work. This was one of the shops they recommended and I am so glad I used them when reviewing the list of possible body shops near me. They were so quick to respond to my needs, handled all the insurance stuff, kept me in the loop, even handled the towing and rental car return for me since I’m a mom and it’s tough to navigate and schedule drop offs and pick ups. Brittany was who I usually spoke to during the entire process and she was a blessing! Completely walked me through everything and went above and beyond when the mechanical issues my car had after the accident ended up being a recall issue not associated with the wreck. They were super fast with repairs but didn’t skimp in the quality of their work. My car looks amazing and they even cleaned the inside! My car was so dirty from being a mom of 4 and driving on a gravel road for a month prior to the wreck and the car looked brand new. Very happy with this shop and would highly recommend them to anyone. They were even short staffed and never missed a beat during the hustle of Christmas, covid, and being understaffed. I had trouble reaching my rental car company and Brittany reached out to State Farm and helped get hold of the rental car company.They kept me fully informed on the progress of my repairs and were able to have the repair completed early for a trip that I was taking out of town.The repair is beautiful! I fully recommend their expert repair and service.

I dropped my car off at the Kennesaw location and was greeted immediately by Brittany. She was super friendly, respectful, professional and seemed eager to provide the service. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and recieved a text within the hour informing me they would be keeping me updated and thanking me for my service. I received daily text with updates on the repairs being done to my vehicle. My car fixed within time frame estimated and the repair work was excellent!!! In October 2020 a young fellow backed out of his driveway and hit our 2005 Toyota Camry as we drove by. The car was still drivable. We took it to Caliber Collision for repair because we had used their services years before, and they were excellent. Caliber sent the claim up and photos to the young fellow’s adjuster but the adjuster did not seem very interested in responding, and left me with a strong feeling he wanted to total my car because of its age, which he said was 16 years. The issue dragged on for well over a month, until Caliber’s Service Advisor, Brittany (Lundgren) Santorufo, became involved. She brought the adjuster to Caliber to look over my 15-year-old car because of low mileage, regular maintenance, and otherwise few scratches, which could bring $4000-$6000 on the open market. The claim was accepted, and Caliber went to work. Brittany let me know when my Toyota was ready to deliver. When she drove the car into my driveway I couldn’t believe how beautiful it looked! It seemed like a new car! All the damage was gone, even the silver paint was completely matched! Do I recommend Caliber Collision? You bet! And I am pleased with Brittany and Caliber’s work! I am ECSTATIC!!

Eds truck had been damaged on the side and back, Caliber made repairs and had it as a New truck after completing....and they had completed the job a week ahead of their projected schedule time. Upon pickup it was beought out and the details of the job was shown and discussed with him for his approval. Caliber took care of the Suv rental that he used while the repair was being done and he only had to get out of one vehicle and get into another. Great job and Excellent customer service!

I have used this business on a previous occasion. The first time I used them the worst part of my experience was dealing with the horrible woman at the front desk. Needless to say I wasnt looking forward to dealing with her again. When I walked in and was met by a different person, I was thinking Praise Jesus. I explained what I needed to have done. As far as Im concerned she should be given a raise, extra days off with pay and made Queen of the auto body repair industry. She also has a great sense of humor. I dropped my Pathfinder off on a Monday and it was done before the weekend. I was shocked! The people are rude and not professional at all. My car was damaged during the hurricane zeta and a tree fell on ot. My insurance picked this company. I dropped my car off a week ago and still have not received an estimate. When I tried to call and get an update, I always get the person that is working on your claim is not available. He will call you back and never got a call back. Finally was able to speak to him and he got an attitude and lied. He stated that they are very busy and does not know how long it will take to get me an estimate and that he told me i was not suppose to drop the car off till i got an appointment. That is a lie. The lady that works there told me to drop off my car. She was mad that i had a rental before my car was dropped off and told me that was not good for them and i needed to do drop it off immediately. Then when i asked to just pick up car and take it somewhere to get an estimate since it has been a whole week, he stated that it is in process, had the take the car apart. What!!! And did not have a time on when it will be complete. At this point I dont want the service. I want my car to take to another shop who can give me an estimate. It should not take this long for an estimate. Learn to be profession, transparent with potential customer and be truthful

Came to get an estimate on my vehicle about a week or two ago. Brittany was extremely helpful she asked me for my keys and said I will be right back and about 10 minutes later she came back and removed all the scrapes off my vehicle as if nothing ever happened. She didn’t charge me for anything and she said to buy something nice for myself ha-ha! She was extremely helpful, saved me money and was honest. She also gave me her card, which I am glad she did because I had forgotten her name and would not have been able to give her the recognition. I went to two other places and they were charging $600-$900 to fix my car!!! I just knew that could not have been correct. Thanks Caliber!

I was in a car accident a few months ago and my insurance company had my car towed to Caliber in Kennesaw. As soon as my car arrived, I received a phone call from their employee Whitney who walked me through the process of what I should expect moving forward. She was very helpful explaining what they needed to do in order to send everything to my insurance. She sent me photos of my car during the process and was very helpful! When Allstate ruled my car as a total loss, they needed to come pick up my car asap. I did not have time to go grab my belongings, so Whitney offered to grab things for me (like my jacket, coffee mug, floor mats) and place them in a box for me. I was so relieved to know that was one less thing I had to worry about. She was so great to work with! I would recommend Caliber to anyone. The best customer service!

Very disappointed about the work they did, will not ever go back there again.I took my car there few months ago due to an accident I had, they kept my car after few days I went to pick it up, there was an scratch on the mirror that they missed, so they had to order a new mirror on the driver side and I had to go back and replace it, few months later Im washing my car and I realized the cover for where the door open Handel is, its missing so when they worked on my car, the Technician didnt put the cover back on, left them few emails, gave them a call, they said some one will call back, 2 weeks later, still no one has called back !Now I live 2 hours a way from kennesaw !Have to call and call and drive all the way there for a cover !Really ?I wish they would pay more attention, respect peoples time! And returning emails and calls

I had my E400 towed into the shop. Unfortunately my vehicle ended up being a total loss. However after having a conversation with Whitney, the decision to finally let my car go was so much easier. She walked me through the entire process. If I do end up ever needing a vehicle repaired again, I’m going to make sure that Whitney is the one who handles my vehicle and it’ll go back to Caliber.

Called up these nice folks at Abra to have cash wrap placed over the front driver window area and they we so kind and quick with the install. Have had good service in past. However, I needed repairs not covered by insurance and they didnt seem interested in doing the job. Quoted me a ballpark figure that was at least double what another shop is doing the work for. I assume they dont like the risk involved in jobs not covered by insurance.

I had a lime green beetle Volkswagen that had got hit in the back, So the others people insurance advice me to come here to get my vehicle fixed. They took forever for me to get my car fixed. Once they finally finish fixing it the paint on my fixed bumper was two different color greens. It looked very very tacky and the guy didnt care weather it looked tacky and didnt want to fix my color. Never again will I appear back there. Horrible job.
