Always a pleasant experience however, I noticed the inventory is not like what it used to be. Not sure if its due to the pandemic or not but I hope they dont end up closing because business is slow. With so much online its evident that they are not loading up the stores with the usual merchandise anymore.

This one is kept nice and clean and carries some hard to find items like thermoplastic, happy planners, and semiprecious stone beads. The employees are helpful and there is a public restroom. You can even help out the cashiers by signing up for the free rewards program 😉

I absolutely adore this place. Every location the staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. I will always do my shopping for art supplies at Michaels. The Rewards program is the elite of rewards programs. If you are a creative and crafty youll definitely want to do your shopping at Michaels.

The women here will qualify you to make sure you making the BEST purchase for YOUR situation. This was a pain free experience and they took so much of the guest work out for me. Thanks ladies!

Becky (night manager) was extremely rude on the phone when I called to inquire about yet another incorrect order. This time they sent my pick up order to someone elses house and that person now has stuff that I paid for and is missing their own order. When I mentioned this is the third order in a row that has been messed up in some way, she snipped at me and stated they can only try to do their best and my new order would be waiting on me. She didnt offer anything to make it right and instead sounded as if I was bothering her by asking for them to fix the issue. She didnt apologize and was extremely rude. Pick up is not very accurate at this store, youre better off going inside.

Would not recommend this store as they do not honor their posted discounts. They had a posted discount on all frames from a specific brand with the fine print that every day values were not part of the sale. Two of the frames we purchased were apparently considered every day values even though there was nothing on the shelf indicating that (see pictures). When I asked the cashier she admitted they dont do a good job marking them and then gave me some line about how the prices will end in 00. I didnt escalate further as it just wasnt worth it and I knew it wouldnt go any further.

Unfortunately I’m writing this review because your cashier ELIZABETH needs help with her customer service skills immediately! Initially I was checking out with the other cashier Becky and she was having trouble with her computer freezing so she moved me over to Elizabeth’s line. I proceeded to give her my phone number to sign up for the rewards program and her computer made a loud beeping noise. I said oh I’m not a member of the program but I want to sign up today.. she proceeds to hand me my receipt and tells me next in line. She didn’t even sign me up for it I checked my receipt as I was being rushed out the door. All i asked was to be apart of a rewards program at a place where I THOUGHT I would be back to spend my money. But that definitely won’t be happening because her attitude towards me was very poor. It was the middle of the day, I had 4 or 5 items..there was no reason for the rush or shortness she was giving me. That’s not how you treat people! She made me feel bad for even spending my money there. Something as simple as signing up your customers for your rewards program for returning customers shouldn’t be such a inconvenience to miss Elizabeth. Maybe next time someone will treat me better at a different store.

Its a much bigger store than Romes ..its very nice the workers were very polite and the store is very clean. Go you wont be disappointed.

Mrs. Sarah is not the “go to” for good customer service. Very unprofessional by snatching items out of customer’s hands and then telling us to leave. I can not understand how this just happened. I will avoid this location from now on.

There are things I can only get at Michaels, but I dread every time I need to do so.Customer service is terrible, employees are short and make you feel like a disturbance when you ask for help. Prices are not competitive, and you cannot trust what you see online.Only reason why I give this store 2 stars is because it is well organized and clean.. making it reasonable easy to find the stuff Im looking for.

There are always employees ready to help customers in this location. On one visit, I was trying to find enough yarn (with matching dye lots) to make an afghan for a wedding present. The lady in the yarn dept went above and beyond for me! She got on the ladder and went through the stock above and beyond reach 😁. She discussed possible options with me and helped formulate the plan that inspired the pattern for the special gift. There are 3 Michaels stores within easy driving distance from my home. This location happens to be the farthest from my home and this is my favorite one!

The staff here is really bad about rewards points, coupons, & emailed receipts; often bypassing them altogether without asking. Once an employee refused to even scan my rewards app. saying it wouldnt work. After calling corporate to confirm their apps coupon would work & coming back in- they scanned it & it worked for more savings. Staff here needs to be retrained in basic customer service.This may sound like a Karen type review but if you see from any other review I ever leave in Google 99.9% are 5 star complimentary reviews. I assure you- Im no complainer... unless totally needed.

One star for the immature girl who rang up my tie dye kit today. Keep your attitude in check. If a customer wants to check for coupons to see things for themselves, that’s okay. I even stepped out of line to do it. You shouldn’t feel personally attacked because a customer doesn’t make decisions based off your word. A sarcastic response like the one you gave could have easily gotten you punched in the face. Be lucky that I’m not that kind of person.

Just stopped in with my daughter. From the time we walked in, my senses were all over! Decorations for cakes and cookies. Washi tape, plethora of write on chalkboard items, paints and brushes and 2020 GRADUATION ITEMS!!!!! Ideas. Ideas. Ideas!

Its a joy to be in this store. The staff is so welcoming and funny. They are equipped with the latest discounts and tell you if youre gonna get a good deal. If you have a compulsion to buy all the really tiny or personalized things, go here. I know Im not the only one.

They don’t know what they are doing. I can’t even ask a question cause they don’t care and don’t know anything. Please hire better staff, today an employee with an weird voice, ginger lady just did not care at all. She didn’t even tried to help me or explain anything.

My daughter is a very gifted artist. She wanted to go to Michaels to acquire the materials she needed to make holiday gifts for her friends and family. So, of course I took her, and the gifts were divine.Its been years since Id been to Michaels and I was very surprised to find an extensive array of such high quality, affordable materials.As for me, Im in the beginning phase of opening another business. Id planned to purchase many materials wholesale, but Michaels has most of the items that I need at CHEAPER RATES. Wow!I would like to include a shout out to the staff. They rock...To sum up my review, Im officially a fan, and plan to use them for most of my business needs.

Staff is always helpful. I buy a lot of display frames and they always get more in the back for me when the shelfs are empty

The store is always stocked and orderly, tons of crafting materials and ideas and great sales.

At any given time I can have three or four projects going on. Love being able to walk into this store and find what I need for each of them. One stop shop. Only downside is unless its a holiday time, you dont find many staff members on the floor to ask for help. Check out at this particular store is great.

I love this store. Unfortunately, sometimes I get good service and sometimes I dont. I had purchased numerous items. One of the items was a regular priced item and I could have use my 50% off coupon but the cashier told me that I couldnt use my coupons. After reviewing my receipt, I realized that I paid full price and had to go back to the store unfortunately I returned the fulk full price item. That left the disdain taste in my mouth for that cashier.

Always great customer service..however the curbside pick up today was longer than normal and only one associate was running the register and curb side pick up.

The store definitely has almost anything you need. Price check art supplies before coming here, this is usually the most or at least more expensive than most other places.Guy at the printing counter was helpful and nice. Ring out was smooth and everyone seemed pleasant.

Love coming and looking at all the creative materials, but for what ever reason every Michaels I go too the customer service is poor, so I usually go else where.

An older store packed with festive customers. They are handling the customers well. The store is easy to see once inside the shopping center.Store is well stocked and ready for the season. Unit has good pices.. Would recommend.

Home run today. I wasnt going to decorate for Christmas this year but found a pre lit tree that can be color bulbs or all white. I was transformed from my sorry attitude this year by the selection of Christmas decorations available. God knows its been a bad year but the joy I found had me smiling again. They always have what Im looking for

I can spend HOURS at Michaels. I love all of their craft project kits which are so easy to pick up and do with the kids. I come here regularly to pick up supplies and get new ideas. Theres always a coupon that can be used and theres always merchandise on sale. I like bring my kids with me to help them pick things out that will keep them away from the screens.

This craft store has a giant variety of useful items and decorations perfect for parties or just interior design. The prices are good, the service is amazing, and the overall aura of the place puts me in awe. I always want to come here when I have money, usually to buy something to put my overly creative mind at ease. I also know that people can host birthday parties here, which is a very nice touch!

I found exactly what I needed and got a good discount signing up for their rewards program. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The store was well blocked and the signage was helpful.

Michaels is an amazing store! Sign-up for the rewards program to get first notice on sales, coupons and such. This location always has great deals. The staff here are always helpful and pleasant.

Would get 5 stars if they had more airbrush merchandise. Airbrushing is fairly popular these days and to not have it is kind of behind the times.

Always a great shopping trip for any last minute needs as far crafts, gifts and decorations. Needed picture frames and found exactly what I needed and the quantity that I needed. Cashier even provided a coupon to take an extra percentage off my total.

Great staff. I had a 40% off coupon that did not start until the next day and the cashier had one at her register that was 50% off that we were able to use! Great customer service!

Went to the store on Black Friday, and it was actually a pretty great experience.The store was busy, but the employees didnt seem stressed and they were willing to help and talk to us. I only bought a book, but I was still able to move through, look at everything, and then leave with my item without feeling like I was locked in a herd of people.The storefront is great and organized and shopping at Michaels is a pleasant experience for sure!

Selection is hit-or-miss, and the service has gone downhill quickly. Today, the register line quite literally reached the back of the store with only two cashiers. A lady just ahead of me informed the cashier and said You really need to call for help. The girl nervously shrugged and said Its only my second day.

If you are artsy-craftsy, its hard to beat this place for inspiration and supplies, BUT, uou had better bring your wallet ! I had no idea things like this cost so much. No wonder you see coupons for Michaels often. 50% off of things that cost twice as much as they should doesnt work to your advantage.
