A spot for a quick grocery tour but it seemed very empty and slow, they need to put more variety.

Item is placed so you can it them. I have been missing the smoked turkey necks and turkey wings. I did ask the cashier about it. Sometimes the trucks run slow. I do enjoy my visit. 💯🙏🏿

This grocery store is nice. The produce is not very good but its priced very cheap, so if you are on a budget this is your store... there are some bargains to be had at Save-A-Lot. then some things are actually more expensive than at your standard grocery store. The store is never crowded so there is never a line, you can definitely get in an out easily... also, FYI, bring your own bags*, because they charge you for them.

Save A Lot, great place to shop, you do get more for you bucks, went in for 1 thing, needed a basket after seeing all the good stuff at good prices. Left needing 2 bags.

I bought a piece of a pigs leg to roast, apparently it was all right, but when I opened it it had a strong smell, I seasoned and baked and the taste was bad. it looked like it was rotting

Ok so save a lot is a special place. For starters they don’t give you bags for your groceries you have to bring your own or they will sale you some for 10 cents. I think that’s a bit weird but it helps reduce waste. That’s the only weird thing about the place. So I like to make my family a fresh fruit smoothie everyday and that can get expensive at other places but not here. You always find all the fresh produce that you need for about half the price of Walmart and the selection is even bigger. They carry all “traditional” veggies and fruits but also have plantains, yuca, mangoes, passion fruit and many more things. The chicken thighs which I bake 4 tes a week at least are also half the price of sams and Walmart. Hey it’s not the nicest looking place but the employees are super helpful and friendly unthreatening crowd is nice families . Love this place
