Associates not courteous one in pharmacy and one front register. Positive and professional manager 5/6/21

The Pharmacy section of this store is a devastation to the customers. The workers are inexperience and not knowledgeable.Furthermore, they are rude to the customers. The manager Gina didnt admit her fault. I have at least five occasions when they gave me the incorrect number of pills. Those pills were life saving medicines. Once I got 94 pills out of 180, once 185 out of 360, once 70 out of 120, and 95 out of 180, once 65 out of 120. Every time I showed my concern, they didnt have any answer of those mistakes. Gina always argued and tried to prove that she was right, I was wrong. They didnt communicate with doctors offices when the prescription is expired or need authorization. Gina always advised me to call my insurance company or doctors offices for the refill. Finally they gave me 94 pills out of 180. I suspected and count when I returned home. I called them but they didnt know where was the mistake. Finally, I have decided to transfer my prescriptions to a nearby CVS pharmacy.Not only that, a year ago I have a bad experience in the photo department. One lady was there. I wanted to help from her to print the photos, She denied and rude to me. I called customer service manger, manager offered me a free bottle of water and a candy!! How surprising!! Customer service looks like a garbage of this storeThanks myself, finally I could transfer from this store to a better place. Good bye Walgreens forever.

Love the pharmacists and all who work in this department. They are always so helpful. I appreciate their support and friendliness. Gena and Monica have been especially helpful. This is not the closest Walgreens to my house, but I go to the 4100 Willams Blvd store because of them. ❤️this Walgreens!

The call system for getting to pharmacy is ridiculous.

The pharmacy manager is extremely efficient and knows how to get things done. I came to get a prescription the other day and saw 2 cars in the drive thru. I figured the wait would be forever but I was out in less than five minutes!! I was so impressed. The same pharmacist also quickly solved an insurance issue for my pet which was greatly appreciated.

Just stopped by to check if my brothers AirPods have been found when he dropped them there last night, and I did! Thanks to the manager, Shantrell, who as soon as I asked her about them she went straight to where she kept them and gave them to me. These little things are what count. This is an example of what one person can do to make this world a much better place. Thank you Shantrell!

Sitting in the drive-through window waiting 10 minutes plus on one car is unacceptable. If there’s a problem with someone’s prescription then they need to be directed to go inside. There were four cars behind me that waited just as long as I did and i wound up leaving. ridiculous!

Trash employees/ trash management. Prescriptions are never filled on time and never in stock. Rude customer service. Feels like McDonald’s rather than a pharmacy.
