Long but Please Read. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I wish negative stars was an option for them. I normally dont write reviews but this is the worst experience I have ever had. The people are nice initially but after I got my job done theyre true colors showed. They put the wrong glass on my car for the windshield. As a bit of background, there were two options a 320 glass that was best for my car and a 200 dollar version. Keep in mind I am a broke college student. So I asked what the 320 option does for my car and the lady on the phone told me its just for lane detection. I was like oh i never really use that feature, I keep it muted. Is that the only thing that would not work? She told me yes lane detection was why I needed the 320 one. ( Lane detection is used when a driver is sleepy and the car starts swerving off the lane) Never has happened to me before. I mostly find the collision sensor and cruise control handy and most useful in my car. Before the guy came and started to change the glass, I asked him again is lane detection the only thing I would be missing. He also agreed. I was short on cash at the moment and decided why pay more for something I dont use. He made me sign a waiver. He went on and changed the windshield and at the end called me out and handed me some pieces he took off the windshield. He took the whole entire thing out and said here take it. I was confused, I guessed that was for the lane detection and when I have more money Ill get it back on. Later when I started the car I immediately got a bunch of messages saying that headlight system malfunction, LDA system malfunction, pre collision malfunction. Even though I clearly asked 10 times what I would be missing in my specific make model for my car all those things were never mentioned. I politely told the lady at the office that you guys never told me ALL the sensors would shut off. I wouldve just paid the extra 120 dollars. Now all the lights and messages keep popping up on my car. She started arguing that she told me all that would happen!! I said it is a brand new mirror 15 minutes old can you guys take this and Ill buy the proper one this time. She told me that she will talk to her supervisor and I would get a call tomorrow morning. Behold the next days afternoon and still no call. I called for an update and she said they were working on it right now and she would call me back. She sent me a text message quote 45 minutes later for a 900 dollar glass plus separate labor costs of 155!! I waited for her to call me.. nothing. I called again and asked for the manager, the front desk lady just handed it over to the other lady at the front desk ( I recognized both their voices by now) She told me that is the proper glass. I drive a Camry not a Mercedes or Porsche!! With a cherry on top she said I would have to wait two weeks!!! for it to come in stock. I told her the price just yesterday was 320 and was available at the end of the day too. How can they run out of windshield in just one morning for the most basic car on the road? She told me the prices can change. I asked for her supervisor and she said hes not there and will call me back in 20 minutes. Its been hours since then and I have spent this time waiting, writing this awful review to SAVE someone elses life. If anyone ever actually gets to see this review. They had a 5.0 star rating and I fell for their trap. I admit there is my fault in this but they never mentioned taking all my sensor systems off. (Safety and cruise control) Mistakes happen but I do not appreciate how afterwards they never returned any calls, no manager has contacted me, the windshield technician guy was laughing at me when I called him. I am sure they lied about running out of stock of a common car windshield in just three hours the next morning, asking me to wait two weeks and try over charging me like crazy. Now I am stuck with an alarming car, and having to go elsewhere to buy a new windshield. Worst place ever.
