Pumps say they pump gas but actually pump nothing into tank and charge $2. Then Shuts off. Bathrooms were disgusting.

I,. unfortunately have to agree with the previous reviews about the rude staff. I was in there at 8:25 pm on 8-10-2020 and was refused service due to my medical condition.The lady that is working there yelled at me across the store, embarrassed me. I threw the cup away, due to her hateful demeanor and completely unprofessional attitude. I will no longer be going back to that store. And others shouldnt either. If she had been kind and used customer service skills, I might overlook the refusal of service.Training is in real need at this location

Pumps have broken parts, waste of time to go here and have the FR rewards stop your filk at 20 gallons because god forbid they extend the 0.05 cent discount to your entire fill-up. Then the card swipe doesnt work, move to a different pump and the button for Premium is broken so just a huge waste of time. Left for a better station

. 10 cents a gallon for using a debit card? Super expensive AND I didnt get the amount of fuel I should have. Receipt shows 10.1 gallons, definately didnt get that much fuel! Card wouldnt work at the pump, had to get a basic receipt which didnt show the gallons- had to go back and get one that showed the gallons. DONT USE THIS STATION! THIS COMPANY OWNS MANY STATIONS AROUND HERE SO CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!

Lucky as hell for scratch tickets!!! Lol! I won $65 off of the $18 I put in!! I just got a few more tickets and cant wait to see how I do! Wish me luck!!

The Shell station has phenomenal staff theyre friendly hard-working can I pleasure every time I come in. The shell has been recently remodeled and look sharp.

Like the ice cream they have to offer. They have over a dozen flavors of hand scooped ice cream. However, the place is filthy and the bathrooms disgusting. The local park Honey Bucket is cleaner.

Gas prices are good. The customer service is great! I found that their cold beverages (rockstar, gatorade, etc.) to be cheaper than the grocery stores, most of the time. Look forward to going there next time I visit my daughter and son in law. A+++

A typical shell gas station. For me just a regular visit and nothing extrodinary. The station is located convinient to the freeway entrances, which makes it ideal for a quick stop if you have to fill up.

Workers were awesome

We were traveling from California to Seattle, Washington when our battery died. The staff were beyond kind on helping us resolve our issue.

This has to be one of the dirtiest gas stations I have ever been to, especially the restrooms. The womens had mold in it, the sink looked like it was falling off, and the toilet seat was broken. My boyfriend said the mens didnt even have a toilet seat, it had broken off and was never replaced, and was just as dirty as the womens.

At first I enjoyed coming here but the staff are excessively opinionated and rude, my money is always right and it no longer spends here.

Good selection, but staff was less than welcoming.

Fuel pump was pain to use- it was tripping all the time. It took whole lot of time to milk a few gallons out of it. We left with the tank half empty.
