The main reason I called to bring my Prius in was to have the tire pressure sensor checked since it wasnt working properly. I also had an old software recall that I asked about, and they fixed it at the same time. They said they reset the tire pressure sensor and it was working fine. No one said there was a possibility it might not fix the problem. My son was on the freeway less than half an hour later and the light came back on. When I called, I felt the service lady was not as polite as earlier, and said it would now cost $700-800 to replace the sensors for all the tires, remount, balance, etc. What a waste of an entire day for my husband and son to drive there in two vehicles, take my son home to wait since they said they needed it for half a day, then drive him back to pick up the Prius.
Came here based on recommendations of friends experiences. I was unhappy with the customer service from my previous dealer here in Vancouver. I am pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail with my experience with this dealership. Well worth the drive.
I was not physically at the dealership, Lindsey handled everything for me over the phone. Her attitude, professionalism, follow up, and communication were top notch. Shes truly an asset to the dealership.

I was able to get my car serviced on a first come/first serve basis. When I got to service center they were able to take me car right in.
Service accomplished and kudos for finding a replacement key FOB for my Tundra so I didn’t have to drive back up from Camas.
I just thought from the beginning to end it was excellent. Change is a constant and for me when I visited you I expected it and was not surprised by it. Your inventory of new cars is very low. The number of people who showed up at 7AM for service was much higher than I expected. You started the day short staffed but the young lady who was running the show was outstanding, just outstanding.Saah one of your mechanics who worked on my car and drove it out after he was finished talked to me and was very patient. I had an 11:00 A.M/ appointment to have the oil changed and tire rotation done, but you were backed up so when I checked on my car at 12:30 P.M. it was sitting in your parking lot. I found the girl and told her my car was sitting in the parking lot. She said my car was ready to go they just needed to get the paper work finished. I have know idea how long it had been ready. very disappointed in the SO CALLED TIMELY service and the fact I had to find my own car sitting.
My Service writer, Lindsey Goin was very communicative about what was going on with my car and she gave me the best customer service experience I have ever had at a dealership!

While the service was really good, I dont understand how a 75$ fix cost me over 400$ at this dealership. I also dont get why I was charged over 20$ in miscellaneous charges. So the job was done well, quickly, and the staff was very friendly and efficient...but yeah these prices are stupid high.
I had a tire patched at Les Schwab (after bringing the flat tire to this dealership and being told it was not reparable) and the patch was perfect when I left this morning. I checked my air pressure when I put some gas in on the way in. During the wrap-up phone call, I was informed a technician had noted an irreparable puncture in my tire and had put my spare on it. I was never informed any action had been taken regarding the tire other than putting the spare on. I informed the caller that i would get it taken care of myself. I went to check the tire when I got home and found the tire gone and the rim in my trunk. I will be pursuing this incident with your customer service department because you gave me no option other than replacing all 4 of my tires without getting a second opinion and without my consent.

Everything was ready and by that I mean that the parts were ordered and in, I he tools to do the job were already there so for me that meant my car was only in the shop for a few hrs and that made me Happy!!!

Terrible service. My bumper was scratched while they were doing work on it. My husband pointed it out when he picked up the vehicle, but they said they didnt do it. They took pictures of my bumper before doing the work, so they know they did it but just wont admit it. The service rep, Heather, said she wanted to make it right and would call me back the following week... that was 2 weeks ago and I havent heard from her. Im not upset that my bumper was scratched. Accidents happen, but just own it. Dont lie. Dont tell me youre going to make it right and never return my call.

I called at 9:10 am thinking I wouldnt be able to get an appointment but I was very happy when they told me they had a 9:30 spot available. They had someone there to greet me as soon as I pulled up got me in and got my oil change done in a timely manner. Very impressed with their performance.

It took 2 hours just for a oil change. And I had a appointment. Appointment was at 10:45 AM and I was even early. And I did not get out of there until 12:47. Ridiculous!!
Very professional and accomodating, although it took longer than expected. I know it isnt Speedy Lube, but 2 hrs for an oil change wasnt expected. Ill know to plan better and arrange a ride to/from the dealership so i can drop the truck and pick it up when its finished, instead of waiting in the lounge.Service rep waived the charge for a 6th quart of oil. Not huge $, but was appreciated.Fact that I brought my Ford to a Toyota dealer sums it up - theyre great!

$190.00 approximately to put 2 quarts of transmission doesnt seem right. Doubt I will ever buy a Toyota again. Forced to go to dealership because of no way to put oil in. I think I will go back to Chevrolet.

Wonderful, supportive experience.
Went in without an appointment due to an emergency issue. Told me Id have to wait an hour for diagnostics. Would be $137.50 per hour. No problem (great waiting area!). 4 hours later, diagnostics done, on my way. However they dont tell you about the 10% service fee.
They were super fast on getting my oil changed and Matt was awesome.

Purchased a used 2014 Prius. Was told that the car was Certified Pre Owned. Agreed to purchase the car and they ran my credit. Finance guy came out with the payment options and told us it wasnt Certified Pre Owned and of course wanted us to buy the extended warranty for $3k plus. No discount on the car for not being Certified Pre Owned. Feel like I was given a poor deal because they knew I really wanted the car. I like the car and the sales guy was really friendly, but I will not likely purchase from this dealer in the future.
