I really like how the employees put the customer first. My tire light came on for the first time, I reset it and 10 mins later it came back on again. T&T was closed, but they took the time to check my tire for safety. I went back the next day bought 4 premium tires for my car less than $600.00. Great quality for reasonable prices 👌🏾

Worked With Seth. He help pick out some killer rims for my car. Very kind and professional. Pulled up a big list of different rims they could get. Gave me a great deal too. Came back when the rims have arrived and the team took care of it, didn’t have to wait long. Put my other rims in the boxes and organized them in my trunk for me. Honest and very efficient. I brought my vehicle here because they beat the price by others by several hundred dollars. Not only did they beat the price they did the work very fast and got my car back to me quickly. The part that was put in was defective not due to anything T&T did but they quickly fixed it and not only fixed that part and made it right but also fixed another part on my car due to my inconvenience of having to bring my vehicle back. With their service they have earned my return of any service they provide. I highly recommend these guys. You wont be disappointed.

I have had my Ford worked on several times at this place of business with tires, brakes, and an AC compressor replacement. The staff is always knowledgeable, professional, and courteous not to mention I have found they often have more competitive pricing than other shops in the area for similar services. Additionally, the speed at which the staff can complete repairs is impressive to say the least.

They do more than just tires.Small shop with friendly, efficient employees that know their stuff. We purchased tires from this location and they are good quality and reasonably priced. We also had an oil change done here and it was fast and through. We will continue using this local company for our future automotive needs.

Came in to have 4 new tires put on my car and then have the old tires put onto a different set of wheels. They found a bad tire of the new ones and was able to get a direct replacement the very next day. The best part is that they allowed me to store my other set of wheels in the garage while I waited for the replacement. Saved me a lot of driving and time. Will never go anywhere else again. So yesterday I took my 2013 Infiniti G37 here to have 4) new TSW wheels mounted and balanced. It took a long time to complete the service which was frustrating, but I cant fault them as they were down to 3 techs from a usual 7 as I understand. What is key here is the way they treated my brand new shiny wheels: I stepped out into the parking lot to watch the tech, and he was performing like a professional technician as opposed to a hack. He was careful, meticulous, and efficient. Pricing was in-line and fair with anyone else that I called and discussed the work with, and the end result was a perfect installation that gave me confidence in the results. My impression is that these guys know how to treat your ride, and especially know how to treat shiny new wheels!

By the far the worst in town compared to other shops. They use the cheapest possible parts and not only that they quoted me $800 for a $200 part that would have took 2 hours worth of labor

I had a slow leak and called them this afternoon. Not sure who I spoke with, but he was friendly and told me to come on in. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Seth, who was also super friendly and helpful! Kainen had my tire off, fixed, and back on in about 5 minutes! He also checked the pressure in my other tires. Fabulous service! This will be my go-to from now on!

Had to get a recently purchased car fixed up. We had thought something expensive was wrong with the car and paid as such, but the owner? Manager? I wasnt sure his name or his title realized we had been charged for what we had thought it was and not what had actually been fixed.Gave my wife a refund and saved us a lot of money on what our actual bill was. I like that level of honesty.

On July 27, 2020 Dylan and the T&T Tire on-duty manager stepped up BIGTIME when we had a really bad tire blowout on the freeway when we were on vacation.There was almost NO space to work in due to the freeway guardrail and semi trucks were flying by us just 3 or 4 feet away. We had a camper on our truck and a small trailer hooked up, but Dylan got it done so fast and professionally anyway. AND it was hotter than hot out there! I absolutely love these guys. I know that I can walk in with any problem and they will do their very best to not only get to the bottom of the issue, but to give me affordable pricing and axing customer service. ALL of the guys there are great and I always recommend them to everyone I know.

They did not do as I asked and made it seem as if they had. Did not get the tire rotation that I had asked for. I was hung up on when things did not the mechanics way, or as he expected. He seemed angry when I told him Id have to save up for a month before I could afford the repair that was needed in order to do the alignment. He said my power steering box bolts were loose thats why I was wobbly in the front end. Then said it was my ball joints........? I asked to have bolts tightened up please and an estimate on repairs. Then I went somewhere else and got great service.

They are 1st rate, Im a disabled veteran and my wife is a paraplegic, we were treated as family. We were allowed to sit in the truck cab while they mounted and balanced the front tires. Ill be back for new tires, or any other tire work, on either of my vehicles.

This Auto shop is likely the cheapest in town. Thats the extent of praise I could possibly give this location.When I initially took my vehicle in they determined that the radiator was leaking and not holding a seal, contributing to an overheating issue and likely a check engine light, burnt O2 sensors according to their techs.After they replaced the radiator, O2 sensors, fixed the check engine light(they overode the fuse to prevent the light). They sent me home with a clean bill of health.A week later driving to Portland my vehicle overheats yet again. My mechanic friend tells me it may be a blown head gasket.My buddy helps me return the car and we ask the mechanic of the possibility of the head gasket and mention the fan wasnt running when the vehicle was over heating.They took it in yet again, they diagnosed that there was an air bubble in the system and massaged the hoses, sent me on my way.Now about 2 weeks later the vehicle starts overheating rampantly. I call them but covid 19 has started and they suggest I drive as little as possible.Fast forward to last month they now diagnose its a blown head gasket and price it at a cost of $1300 and dont even include the necessary basics like a replacement thermostat, new plugs, wires...Like I said theyre likely the cheapest in town but you do get what you pay for!!

My dad introduced me to here when I was 17. Ive never gone to another place. Ive been going for 15 years and my dad has been for over 20. Best place, best customer service, they do honest work and the atmosphere is always inviting. Prices are great too.

On the way into the building I saw a sign that said to wear a mask, so I did. When I walked in there were at least 10 employees and 8 customers who were in there and none were wearing mask or doing social distancing. I asked why and the answer was, they can make us put a sign up, but they cant make us wear a mask. I walked out with some one following me to assist with the pricing of tires that I wanted to buy. If you are immune compromised at all please dont go there. It is a breading ground for COVID. So sad that they cant be there for the community. It makes me sad. The tire estimate was $132.00 more than other places for the same product.

I was recommended by family members. I purchased a new set of tires several thousand miles ago and today I went in for a flat repair and rotation. I have to admit, I was not looking forward to a long wait on a Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised at how quick and efficient they were. I am so glad I listened to the recommendations!
