I went there to get the car manual that I had ordered. They got it for me with no delivery fee on time. Theyve got a knowledgeable staff that seems to know what theyre doing most of the time. I was in and out of there in minutes and back with my day without breaking the bank.

Cost Less Auto Parts provides amazing service! James went above and beyond to make a small but essential repair to my seatbelt. He made many trips back into the store to get the right nut to secure the seatbelt in place. Then he noticed a bolt was missing for the seat, and he again had to try a few to find one that fit. He was cheerful throughout the process and persevered until the repairs were complete. Cost Less will get my business from now on.

If only there was a rating below one star... I only go in when I’m forced to due to product availability, but each time I do I regret it. I’m a mechanic and these are the most condescending, rude and unhelpful employees I have ever dealt with. They apparently know more than me about my job, my own cars and my car parts. I’ve had to order several parts through them and every single time my part gets delayed, ordered wrong or just forgotten about. I wouldn’t bother with this place unless you absolutely have to. Employees do not care to go the extra mile for their customers. I am purchasing auto parts at least once a day and I choose O’Reillys, Baxter’s every time over these guys.

Just went to pick up an ignition coil, had to to tell the guy at the counter the vehicle model twice, acted like I was wasting his time. So to O reilly we go.

On Sunday I entered the store..watched as the girl checking ppl out had her mask half way off..didn’t really care as I get it’s hot ect. As my husband was talking to the clerk on a part for our car an older skinny frail looking gentlemen walked in without a mask. One of the male staff snapped at him that he needed a mask to enter the building. The gentleman kindly responded I have a medical reason..and before he could finish the male staff said it didn’t matter he must leave until he had a mask per company policy. I got upset and reminded the staff of the law and that if it’s company policy and not just what the government is stating then it should be posted on their doors ect. Staff proceeded to tell me that they don’t have to post anything. As my husband and I check out I handed another customer a new mask so they could go in..I took a picture of staff not even following rules that are being demanded of customers. Yes some people will fake reasons to get out of wearing a mask but this gentleman was clearly within his reasons. I am very upset and disappointed in the staff.Plan to the send picture to corporate office.

Not as well run as the big store in Vancouver. Has about half of the staffing level they need on a weekend, you are either put on hold for 5 to 10 minutes every time you call or have to stand in a long line in the store, and the store itself was dirty inside and out...floors look like they havent been cleaned in years except by the front doors, and moss and mold is growing on the outside. The one good thing is that the counter people, seemed knowledgeable, just werent enough of them working on a busy day

Went in to get a gift card for a family birthday gift and the staff behind the counter couldnt stop complaining about the process for purchasing a gift card being so slow. We understand the frustration but we werent in a hurry and the clerks constant complaint about the slow credit card machine made me want to leave the store as fast as possible. That being said it was my first and only experience at cost less but the store looked like it was well cared for. Shelves were stocked and organized, clean in and outside

Mostly a management review-As a business owner myself I cant help but comment on this.Sunday night 7:15pm 6 people at counter plus a cashier on the clock?Im looking for something, walking multiple isles and no one asks if I need help finding something..If I was the owner I would review the manager that writes the schedules.Seems like a bottom line killer having that many folks on staff on a Sunday night.Cant tell me you have more than 3-5 sales in total from 7-9pm...
