To be perfectly honest, the owner and his wife are lovely people. Very friendly, great attitude and disposition. Its honestly the first time Ive ever been to an automotive shop and didnt feel like I was getting the runaround. Very upfront about pricing, and nothing changed from quote to final product. I even showed up not able, at first, to get a ride home and they graciously offered to drive me 15 miles south right when they were about to close (luckily I was able to figure it out). I would absolutely bring my vehicles back to them, if youre looking to support local business, I highly recommend.

Great place to go. Had to have my door fixes because it wouldnt shut right. My window also wouldnt roll down on that door and they was able to fix it for a great price. I havent had a problem since. Thank you so much for all the great work!

Took my Kia in to fix the crumpled hood. Dave worked with me and let me find the parts I could get on my own to lower my cost. I supplied the hood and the grill and he and his crew did the rest. I enjoyed working with him and my wife was very happy with the result. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

The quality of their work, service, and prices are very good. Im amazed by the affordable prices for good parts and top quality work. Their prices for quality parts are the same or lower than I could buy them at an online discount parts website. Their labor charges are as low as my cousin would charge me. Thats amazing because my cousin is an auto mechanic (owns his own shop) who gives me a family discount price (30% discount). Behrends costs me less for parts and same low price for labor as my cousin, but Behrends is more convenient than my cousin because Behrends shop is close to where I live in Longview. Behrends treats its customers like family. Thats not a figure of speech. They really do. I highly recommend them.P.S. - Behrends does more than great body work on crash damage, dents, and paint jobs. They also repair other things. Currently my Buick Park Ave driver-side power window wont roll up. Behrends diagnosed it for free. Many places charge to diagnose. My cousin for example would have charged me labor (at family discount rate, but still) to diagnose it. Behrends diagnosed it for free. It needs new motor (Behrends part $68). Behrends labor $80. Behrens will fix it signifigantly cheaper than anyone else would, and I know their parts and quality of work are as good as any other competant shop, my cousin included.So what more could you ask for? There are very few bargains in life. There are even fewer bargains that have good quality. Behrens charges bargain prices for top quality work, and they have good customer service too.Having said the above, in the interest of fair and accurate reporting... I did have one problem with Behrens on 1 occasion. When I had them replace my headlights they did not aim the headlights properly. Neither myself, nor anyone else who drove my Buick, could see the road properly at night. So I brought it back to have Behrens re-adjust the headlights aim. That helped a little, but not enough. I had to have my cousin re-aim them. My cousin did a good job after a few times adjusting, test driving, fine tuning, and so on. The headlight aiming was the only time I was ever not satisfied with Behrens.Other than headlight aiming, Ive been very happy with all other repairs and customization projects Ive brought to Behrens over many years.
