Who knew this place was even still around? But super happy it was! They had exactly what I needed that I could not locate anywhere at any other store. Thank goodness!

Any reviews prior to 2019 should be removed as this is a newly opened franchise store. I stopped by today and was greeted by a friendly and excited staff. Go by and visit.

I was excited to see Radio Shack and went in to look around. I was greeted nicely and began to wonder where all the Radio Shack stuff was located. I noticed tons of RC stuff and thought AWESOME!! I’ll ask about Power-Up and trade my old nitro engine. NOPE! I was told that is for upgrading only. I said “no it’s not” and again I was told “you already have a 3.3 Revo, so there’s nothing to upgrade.” “ if you had a smaller engine we could help you”. I went out to my car and looked it up to see if anything had changed since I was last running my truck. Nope! I went back inside and asked for the Manager. He was rude and turned away to yell his associates name and I walked up the counter. It was weird. I mentioned this could be a learning experience and went on to explain what Traxxas says on their site. The owner/Manager’s attitude was defiant. He hostilely asked me to “read” where it says engines can be replaced under the Power-Up program and when I did, He says he can’t afford to do that unless I bought the truck from them but went on to patronize me about how Traxxas would be happy to help me. WOW!! Finally, the owner attacks me verbally for challenging his friend/ associate and tried to change the focus from what he failed to do VS what he knew, he should have done.Sadly and unfortunately this is why they too will go out of business. I was so happy to see I found a Radio Shack and Traxxas dealer in one store. I hope this leads the owner to seek help with his management style or take some business 101 classes. I really would like them to succeed. I was looking for a new store to call mine. However, I’m afraid I’ll have to keep looking.☹️

Nice to have them back.I know of no local walk-in store with same electronic components on-site purchase availability.

Great to see one of these back in the area. Although they dont have as many diy supplies as they used to, theres still plenty of stuff for your diy needs.

Everything was easy friendly staff...Robert a young man was very kind and helpful...he find the parts that I was looking for a microwave ....all I can say is that Im glad to see Another Radio Shack store open...

Went in yesterday to pick up some electronics parts for a project, and the staff was very helpful and friendly! Its great to see that I can get parts like these at RadioShack still, as not many other places have them.

Love to see RS makeing a come back I will definitely be back eaven bought me a shirt.
