DONT SHOP AT THIS CVS LOCATION!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Went here on Sunday 07/25/2021 to get a few things. I usually never go to this CVS because it is far away but it was on my route to the restaurant. It is a nice and clean CVS, however, one of their employees who works at the front is absolutely terrible and could careless about good customer service. She is a white female who was absolutely rude when I asked her a simply question. I told her that “the self checkout wasn’t calculating the total correctly and my digital weren’t applying” so I asked if I “could just pay at the register instead”. She got upset and told me “No that they no longer were allowed to use the registers to ring customers up because that was a new CVS policy that had started on Monday.” I kindly told her that “that was strange because I just had gone to cvs the day prior with my MIL and they ranged us up at the register instead of the self checkout because the self checkout according to the manger doesn’t calculate the digitals correctly.” She told me “either take the items or leave this CVS is strict.” I was shocked that she was super rude and lied simply because she didn’t want to help me so I simply paid for my items and left. The following day I went to my normal CVS to get some diapers and load an behold they were ring people up at the register as well as self checkout. I asked a manger if “cvs had a new policy that only self checkout was allowed?” She told me “no not that she was aware of and if there was a new policy they would of let there customer knows.” She told me that the employee at the other location I went to had lied to me.

I had to cancel a Covid test about 25 prior to apptmnt because my daughter goofed up and took my car to her job, leaving me with no transportation. I scrambled and found a ride and texted the nurse who was waiting for me that I indeed would be on time. We arrived on time in designated parking spot (no other cars waiting for test) and had a text conversation with nurse who said essentially too bad, so sad, you cancelled your apptmnt so try another day. There was NOONE else in line so I guess she decided to take a little personal time. Didnt matter that I am to travel in two days.

Went in to by Advil Allergy and Sinus. Its one of those you have to show your license to buy. My license expired this month so pharmacist said I couldnt purchase. Under normal circumstances hes right. However, with covid governor Abbott has declared an emergency disaster and no licenses are expired until 60 days after his order ends. I offered to show him the letter I had from DPS explaining this. He told me he got his licensed renewed. Which you can do but its by appointment only and currently first available appoint is about two months out. So pretty sure he bold face lied. Then he told me he couldnt override the system on the the register. Also a bold face lie because I went to the CVS on 1709 2 miles away, showed them my expired license and the DPS letter and they rang me up in about 15 seconds. So the point is the male pharmacist here is just too lazy and/or just doesnt care at all about customer service. Skip the Rufe Snow/Tarrant CVS and go to the one on 1709and Rufe Snow instead as they seem to actually care about helping people.See other reviews - and you will see a trend about this pharmacist.

I used the drive through which I typically don’t use and waited 22 minutes behind one car. Called the pharmacy and was told they don’t know how long it would take and suggested I use the other lane while I had two cars behind me so was pretty much trapped. The head pharmacist is good but the staff needs some proper training.

The CVS that I use in NRH is efficient and friendly. They had to get my new Meds from THIS ONE!. They said they would send it over-and for me to call and ck to see when it would be ready.I have been in a great mood-having a great day-BUT after being on hold three different times for as long as I could stand that HORRIBLE STATIC THAT ALL CVSs THINKS IS MUSIC!...if any one had ever answered I would probably have been rude! Thank goodness I am ok on my meds tonight. I think I will just go there tomorrow and WAIT and witness what keeps them from answering the phone ALL DAY LONG!!

Discovered today that my new health insurance doesnt cover CVS, and Im definitely unhappy. Personnel at this pharmacy have been routinely pleasant, cheerful, and efficient. They went out of their way to learn my name and greet me by it at every visit. The pharmacist is friendly and helpful. A breath of fresh air after two other pharmacies I had utilized in Keller—highly recommended, and Ill miss it!

I was just trying to get 1 prescription filled while I was here from out of town. I waited for an hour for the prescription to be filled. Came back and they told me they were waiting for me to come back to ask me a question. I guess they don’t know how to use a telephone. 🤷🏽‍♂️ Worst experience ever! Still here waiting.

Probably the best CVS Ive been to. Mainly use the pharmacy. Quick checkout and the pharmacist are helpful and willing to answer any questions.

If you get your medications filled at this pharmacy, be certain that what they fill is correct in the amount catagory. I didnt do so and left for a trip, only to discover they had only given me enough for ten days. Not cool in my book to do their customers this way.

Victor at the pharmacy was extremely rude and hurtful, he treated me like I was a 5 year old when I asked for the fax number to make sure my doctor had it. He kept repeating himself over and over in a very loud manner like I didnt understand what he was saying. Its disgraceful how you treat people in a day in age where you would NEED to keep customer service up to par because there are many other places to go. Shame on you Victor. I was just trying to get help. Thank you for making my experience unnecessarily hard.

Worst waste of time ever. Will not go back. There a bunch of CVS pharmacy locations in the area, so I will never torture myself with talking to the trained pharmacy staff at this location. It smells musty/dirty in the store as well.

Weirdest store layout of any CVS Ive visited. I got frustrated. Spent 15 minutes with no one helping then 3 employees asked if I needed help. Too late. Their stock selection is lame, with half of what I came in for. Easy location though.
