Outstanding service! Needed an extra laptop charger to set-up up my home office. Keller computer Care had extras in the back that worked with my particular laptop specifications. Awesome service and professional attitudes. Computers are easy to screw up if you dont know what your doing, these guys are good at what they do.

I called to get an estimate on a screen replacement I gave him the exact model product ID and SN number of the laptop needing the repair . He couldnt even give me a rough estimate just that it would be $59.99 to take the computer in plus the cost of replacement. To me this sounds like an open-ended ticket hell charge what he feels like. Id stay away from this place if I were you

I contacted Keller Computer care to see if they could fix my camera on my dell laptop. They told me it was a simple fix and should take 1-2 days with a $59 diagnostic fee which would go towards my repair. So I took my laptop on a Thursday and they again assured me I would have it by the end of the day Saturday. I waited and called them before they closed Saturday and was told it wasnt ready but Monday ill have it back. Monday comes and goes and was told by Thursday for sure. Again NOTHING. At this point I just want it back without being fixed but they tell me its taken apart they will have it by Monday the next week. Then I get a call Monday they said the repair didnt work and I could pay several hundred dollars to try the next phase of repair. I politely decline but want it back they tell me ill have it the next day (Tuesday) now its Friday and I finally got it back, they refused to refund me or even a partial for the 2 week wait for absolutely nothing! I went and got a $20 camera from walmart and it works great, should have done that in the first place but was trying to support a local business. I Do NOT recommend and will NOT return! Beyond livid!

My experience started with calling up and asking for pricing and turn around time. I specifically asked what the turnaround time would be to clean my xbox. They replied it would take 1 hour and be $59. I was excited I could get it done so quickly so I ran up there to be informed that there was a miscommunication and that it was $59 per hour and would be 3-5 days. On the 5th day I go to pick up my Xbox they inform me it took 2 hours and would be an additional $59. I was frustrated and felt that this was not a 2 hour job. I am the kind of person to take a man at his word. I looked him in the eye and said if you tell me it took 2 hours ill accept that and move on and we did. I take my xbox home and the power button is broken and it wont turn on at all. I dont understand how you can spend 2 hours on an xbox and not even check the power button or to see if it works. I take it back to them they dont apologize and pretty much act like I broke it and act like they are doing me a favor by fixing it under warranty. If any one reads this and still wants to do business with them just make sure you clarify every single detail and stay on them to make sure it happens when they say it happens. On top of everything my xbox powers on now but it still wont work.

Eric at Keller Computer Care replaced the charging port on my sons phone in about an hour with no notice. They actually stayed a few minutes past closing to make sure we got the phone back same day! Great customer service by even the highest of standards. Thank you!

I am still shocked at how great my experience was with Mike and the crew at Keller Computer Care!! My 14 year old son bought a used PC to start gaming on and we took it to them to upgrade it to play the games he wanted to play. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get his PC ready so that he could play with his friends. Great communicators and extremely knowledgeable!!!

Went in to get an iPad screen repair and was rudely told they would not work on it. Front clerk was very nice but the repair guy was unnecessarily rude and even refused to order the part. Take your business elsewhere.

I had Keller Computer care install a solid state hard drive on my laptop. They also installed an external ethernet port. Now my computer is moving lightning fast and I’m able to take advantage of my internet speed. I’ve already referred them to two other people. I was surprised at the price. I was expecting to pay more.

I put off getting my screen fixed until it just stopped working altogether, so when I walked into Keller Computer Care, I had about a years worth of cracks and loose screws going on. They fixed my phone and got it done faster than I expected. Courteous, efficient, and a much better deal than having to buy a new phone!

Edit 2: I am not interested in a repair credit and wouldn’t recommend for anyone especially friends or family... Wouldn’t trust the repair as they could be upset over me leaving the bad review & the repair was bad the first time. when did I say “by my own admission” it was two years ago? Haven’t removed anything from the past two parts of the review. Haven’t called them because I realized it’s just not worth the time or headache.Edit: I am positive it was here. I legally went by a different name at the time, And also still have emails from employees with names other than John. They were Mike and Desiree. So not sure what hes saying there as far as him being the only one to email... Ticket #7894. Very willing to show the emails. Black curtains up front, Couple of small chairs, small podium right in the door when you walk in. Next to boot store with old crown Vic out front. Will be calling them soon.Brought a Samsung galaxy S6 in with a cracked screen. After chatting with the guys up front, they went behind the curtain and whispered, not very quietly by the way, back and forth on how much to charge me. They decided on 200, stating the whole assembly needed replacement and the part would have to be ordered. Okay, feel a little unsold but If I hadnt been in such need of the phone I would have said no. I assumed I was in the clear at this point. Dropped it off and signed the paperwork. However in total it took 6 Days to get the phone back. This was with emailing the store a couple times asking about updates on it, But by the sixth day Id gotten an email from the owner apologizing saying the phone had Been fixed for a couple days and just none of the employees had emailed me to let me know. Very frustrating because again I needed this phone for work. And to top it all off, When I finally did get it back, The home button wasnt secure and could be moved freely with my finger. It eventually ended up falling off completely within a couple weeks. I moved or else Id have gone back with the phone to ask them to fix it. tried my luck elsewhere. Just wanted to share my experience.

First, I have used them several times in the past for my computer problems and had no issues therefore didnt think twice about taking my phone there to be fixed. Took my phone in to fix the LCD screen (was not cracked) and they had to order the part which took several days, but I am not complaining about that. Went in to pick it up and they said something was still wrong with the screen and they would have it fixed within the hour. Went back to pick up the phone an hour later and the outside trim was broken and the on/off button did not work NOTE: BOTH WERE NOT BROKEN WHEN IT WAS TAKEN IN THERE!! This was pointed out about the trim and that it would be an additional $25 to fix even though THEY BROKE THE PART. Then the on/off button was told did not work and was informed just to take the battery out or there is an APP where you can turn your phone on/off.. Which makes absolutely no sense!! When I got home the screen went white, so took the battery out but since the on/off button does not work which THEY BROKE could not turn back on. Called first thing this morning and was told they would have to talk to Mike (owner) about the situation and I was told they would message him through IM since that was the only way they could contact him.. Called back at 2:45 and was told they have not talked to him and still have NOT ordered the parts for the broken parts of my phone and again to remind yall THEY BROKE! So here we are over a week later, with no phone and more problems with it from when I dropped it off... STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

The guys inside seem to be lacking in knowledge and competency. My wife brought an Ipad Air 2 in to get the screen replaced. She was quoted a price of $79.99. My wife was shocked as it was a much lower price than every other place we had taken it to. She asked him if you was sure that was the correct price several times. He answered and confirmed several times. While they were filling out the information my wife asked if they also screen protectors for it. He said that they didnt have any in stock, which was fine. My wife pointed to a screen protector that said Ipad 2 and asked about it and he responded that it was different than the Ipad Air 2. So she accepted that and left the Ipad to get repaired. He calls back the next day to let us know that he gave us the wrong quote that it would be much higher (almost double) because he got the model incorrect. As you would expect, we werent happy considering that she gave him several opportunities to be sure it was correct only to find out that he would in fact be charging us a higher price. They apologized and said they would refund us and give us the Ipad back.When I went to pick the Ipad up, I asked for an explanation and he said it was his mistake and he didnt realize that it was an Ipad Air 2 which has a screen and digitizer together so it costs much more. This told me a couple of things.1. If he was too incompetent to know what model it was, then why would I want them to touch it at all.2. If he did know what it was (and based on the conversation with my wife, I have no reason to think he didnt), then he is not being honest and I wouldnt want to give him my business any way. And in-turn calling my wife a liar.Another guy comes from behind the curtain, to apologize again that guy I was talking to was in training and that he didnt know what it was. I told him shame on him for leaving someone in training to man the front end by himself when he clearly didnt know what he was doing. All around a really horrible experience and I wouldnt ever recommend going there.

AWESOME! Great customer service, Quality repair my phone had a cracked screen, damaged camera and a clogged speaker (from glue) now it looks and operates like its brand new although its 3 years old. I promised the owner that i would return the favor for a job awesomely done. They even matched a competitors price because of his extreme tardiness. Just a quality job by both the front staff (who was very sweet btw), and the owner! Bravo! youve earned some more business!

Competitive prices. If there is another repair shop in Keller and they are cheaper, KCC will price match. Convenient location right next to a restaurant where you can sit and eat while you wait for your iphone to be repaired.

I went to get a quote for a screen replacement for my tablet. Over the phone got a price of 90... took it in and it jumped to 170. Felt like the price was being inflated so I looked elsewhere. Got two quotes under 100 (both over the phone and in person) from well known companies. Bummer since its lost business for them and I have 4 computers at home so it would have been good to have a good IT guy to depend on. Recommendation for owner: set your prices way above market equals no business at all.

There was a problem during repair and despite the policy, manager Mike promised to correct it knowing that fixing the iPad was on Santas list. I was shocked to see him give me a BRAND NEW iPAD that is newer than the one I dropped to resolve the situation. You cant ask for a better service anywhere!!

Update on 24 Sep: Well, I took the phone to the Apple store over the weekend and they confirmed a hardware problem but did not even want to try to fix it. They said that cellular antennas are part of the phone back and are not repairable. So I ended up replacing my phone. I guess well never really know what happened. But, Keller Computer Care did make good on their promise to reimburse all but their labor costs so I changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars.Update on 21 Sep: John, I appreciate your trying to work with us on this but I must reiterate that:1. The phone never had a wifi problem, either before or after your battery and charging port work.2. It was after your work that the phone no longer could get a cellular connection. Before that, even with the inability to charge, everything else including the cellular connection worked fine.3. Your technician noted to my wife that your company had a very difficult time replacing the charging port, and had to do it 3 times before they got it right. I really think its likely some other component relating to the cellular connection was damaged during this.Really having a struggle with this business right now. My wife brought my daughters iPhone in for repair almost 2 weeks ago. Problem was it wasnt charging. So first, they changed the battery which I dont understand because the phone was barely a year old and the battery should have been in decent shape still. Of course that didnt help (we still had to pay for it) and then they changed out the charging port...more time and more dollars. Well, that finally fixed the charging issue but in doing so they damaged something else and the phone did not make a cellular connection anymore. They claimed something was wrong with the wifi, and ordered a part. That took about 4 days to come in, and when they finally replaced the wifi part, guess what, the cellular connection was still bad (no surprise because it was a cellular connection issue not a wifi issue). So now they say they need to order a cellular antenna which will take another 5 to 7 days. If they are finally able to fix it, that means 3 weeks to fix the phone for a charging issue. I sure wish the Apple store in Southlake wasnt closed, we would have gone there for sure if it wasnt being renovated. I really hope Keller Computer Care can finally get my daughters phone fixed and make it right. Not once did they apologize for the problems and delays they have caused to date.

We just got back from this place Saturday and they were able to recover all the data off our failing harddrive. Usually I dont care too much about tech but this computer had my daughter and sons baby pictures:-(. It did take them a few days longer than they said but they explained to me failing harddrives can take a long time to recover data from. I dont care so much about the two days because Ive got my baby pictures back!!!

After talking with some kid on the phone about pricing. he saidhe didnt know how much it would be, he needed to see the phone, I askedcan I just give you a model number or describe it to you?he said no; he needed to see it in person like there was some magical tool he was going to use that would allow him to see numbers that I could not.Then I asked where to go as my phone is my gps and its broken.Then what I heard made confirmed my doubts.Him: uuuuhh, there is like a fake cop car out front....me: ooookay....Him: and were on main street.me: okay, assuming Im coming from The home depot in watauga..how do I get there?Him:uuuuuuhh I dunno.me: okay, do you know where Tarrant blvd is?Him: uhhh no... Me: okay do you know where Denton highway is?Him: uuuh I dont...think so...naah(you are OFF OF DENTON HIGHWAY YOU DUDE!) and Tarrant blvd is literally the next stop light down! I decided not to go with them because if they cant navigate the street that they operate. How are they going to navigate a $900 piece of technology?Hints the low rating. Thank you so much Keller Computer Care. It is so nice to work with a local small business that has great customer service and quality work. I had taken our ipad and had it fixed at another local store. After a few weeks it stopped working. The company did not offer a warranty unlike your company. I decided to try somewhere new and found you guys. You fixed our ipad in a short amount of time for the best price we found. We have a kid that is on the autism spectrum and it is hard when he does not have his ipad. You took this into consideration and got the job finished even faster. We will be using you guys from now on.

It took one month to fix my laptop screen because the one that they ordered originally was broken upon arivial. A week after the phone call informing me the ordered screen was broken, after not hearing anything back from them, I had to call them to find out that they actually needed to charge me for an additional part. I finally recieved my repaired laptop and they did good work. A week after recieving and paying for the laptop I was called again to be told I wasnt charged for the additional part and they needed to run my card which did not add up as I believed I had paid the full price based on the quotes for the screen, labor, and additional part. After doing some digging, I discovered that the quoted price for the laptop screen was not what they charged me. The price for the work had risen by the exact price of the extra part they still wanted to charge me for, meaning I was paying the original price for the work, an extra $40 that was not quoted, and another $40 for the extra part bringing our grand total to $80 not was not quoted when they took my laptop in and charged a $60 deposit. After spending 10 minutes on the phone trying to explain my situation, I was told bottom line that I had to pay the additional fee. The whole process was incredibly unprofessional. I would strongly urge against using Keller Computer Care.

Frustrating Experience that got more frustrating as it went along. Went in for a screen and battery for an IPhone 6 on Tuesday. Phone kept rebooting so took phone back on Wednesday and they checked it out and discovered it was a bad battery so the put old battery back in until they could get more batteries. Friday they called to say that a battery was ready so we went in and they said that the batteries were all used up with 1 hour fixes and that it was First come first serve I explained that I was in line on Tuesday and I should be first in line, he disagreed. Asking for refund on the battery, waiting on the Owner to approve my refund request.

I took my cracked iPad in to be replaced. You could see that it was replaced since it was lifted by the menu button. I could stick my fingernail in there and move around. With in 2 months its all cracked and chunks coming off at the menu button.
