Great service, wonderful selection, do it for the love of the jewelry it is easy to see. I could talk to them for hours if i want, and while my moms ring was being cleaned a gem fell out and they are replacing it for free. Again amazing service and can’t wait for my tennis bracelet to come in the mail definitely going to be coming back!

The work was performed will and at a very good price. The showroom is bright and well laid out, and the old bank vault is very interesting. Ill be back for future purchases

Stephani is a delight to work with. My husband went in looking for a 45th anniversary ring with sapphire and diamonds. She helped him make a beautiful choice and encouraged him to return the ring for any reason. I loved the ring but the size was too small so we went back so I could look at other choices. I have had two experiences at Amidon Jewelers and both times were phenomenal. I had Marisa help me the first time I had to have a battery replaced in my watch. She was cheerful, all smiles and very helpful. It turned out they had to send the watch out due to the back would not come off. I left happy and came back to pick it up and it looked great and was set to the correct time which was very nice. Thanks again. Second visit to Amidon Jewelers was to have my other watch fixed as I was very upset when it broke because it had a lot of sentimental value (big long story behind it) Lark was able to help me and send the watch out for repairs and ease my concerns. Now when I come in they both know me by name which goes a long way coming from a customer perspective. Thank you for the outstanding customer service. I had purchased my fiancees engagement ring there and had such a positive experience. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helped me choose a ring style and were considerate of my budget.
