The rc guy tries to sell you unnecessary stuff and does not 100% know his stuff. Brought my “broken” battery in somewhere else and someone helped me fix it. The rc guy said I needed a knew charger and possibly battery. This is only the rc guy however and not the wrest of the store. However, when we bought the rc cars, the guy that works with traxxas was helpful and very nice.

I have been going to this store with my mother since I was a small child. Back then it was all Legos and Playmobils, and now it is board games, magic the gathering, and Warhammer. Some day I hope to walk through the isles with my own children.

This place is fantastic! We didnt expect a raceway in the back! I dont live to far an thankful for that! Perfect for Teenagers for sure. You can rent the track for $15.00 for the whole day! They also have rental RC cars... Vacationing in the area? Your teen bored? Rent the track! Get a little bored of it? You have the movie theater next door, as well there is KFC/Taco Bell and a Pizza place all in the same parking lot go back and still race! A big day at little cost. Try it! You get time for yourself, and a happy teen!

Such an awesome store with a great selection of toys hobbies and crafts, the RC section is great and the service/advice has really made getting into the hobby much more enjoyable.

Toy City is always a pleasure to visit. Now that we are home more, we are looking for new games to play, Toy City has many to choose from. Prices are very reasonable too. The staff is super knowledgeable and we love supporting a locally owned business.

R.C. department was great. Guy was very helpful. However the guy cashing people out who wears the giant grinding mask who thinks hes going to catch HIV from Corona virus, rocking the lady pony tail. RUDE, they have a my people life size display right at the entrance of the store. My 5 year old son whos hands on was messing with it... because hes five. There is a sign on it that says please do not touch . As we are learning words and can say and spell somethings at a young age of 5. This guy has the balls to say infront of me to my son Cant you read. Almost knocked the guy out and should have.

Excellent inventory, staff is knowledgeable and willing to work on an individual basis with customers to suit their needs. Especially for wargames or terrain, the stock is not deep but it is varied. Recommended.

This store is great for RC, Legos, models, I also saw some great deals on baby cribs as well. However I wouldnt suggest walking in here to get any regular old toy you could get at Walmart because youre going to end up paying more here. I would only come to this place if I was looking for something specific but I think its worth checking out.

Fantastic store here in Keene, comics, board games, D&D (pen and paper and tabletop), RC vehicles and planes, and tons of great baby stuff.

I went here looking for two player games, not only did they have one I expected them to but they had many more including a much less common game. The person working there had tons of knowledge and told me about all sorts of other games that are now on my list!

I come here everytime Im in the area, and Im never disappointed. I usually go straight to the War Hammer/D&D section, which always has an awesome selection. I also love the puzzles they have! The staff are very nice and helpful as well.

I really like this place. The owner is super friendly. The prices are high though. I recently stopped in with my husband so he could look at dungeons n dragons stuff, and I grabbed a jenga game. It wasnt until I was in walmart yesterday that I saw I paid 24.00 for a 13.00 game. ;(

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about board games (including ones they didnt offer) and were able to make suggestions (including games they didnt offer) based on the games that we said we liked. I believe the guys name was Ron. He was really great. I will definitely come back and am very willing to pay a few extra dollars for games that I could order online at a cheaper price because of the staff and to support a local business

Im so glad a brick & mortar store like this is still around. Im into model building + model railroads, and my son is an R/C car fanatic. The store has a decent selection at reasonable prices. It is great to be able to pick up something, hold it, look at it, etc. instead of always shopping online.

Toy City offers a good selection of toys and games. The prices are fair for a specialty toy store. Theres a good selection of STEM toys for older kids, but not so much for children under five. The store layout can be a little confusing, but, ultimately, it makes sense. The staff is helpful and pleasant. Overall, Toy City is a valuable resource in Keene.

Toy City is a great place to get new games and toys! There are entire sections of the store dedicated to toys such as board games and Legos. They even have strollers and car seats, which can be a big plus when looking for them. There are also some drones, though theyre very expensive. Overall, Toy City is a good place to get new toys and games!

I have shopped Toy City for 17 years - since my son was 8 and had (has!) an endless love affair with model trains. We purchased his bunk bed - a beautiful piece of furniture, and all his train set components there. Always had fun with Steve and Rob and got great advice and support. Were very fortunate to have such a quality local enterprise.

Its mostly a hobby store & specialty toy store (horses & playmobile) their game selection is great. Not very kid friendly to kids under 3, staff hovered and follows behind us everytime we go in. Every toy my kid touched they immediately came behind us and made it perfect again which is fine but it made us feel like we couldnt touch anything. Everytime we go to check out the animal figures they are right there hovering and straightening them out. Hows a kid supposed to decide which one they want with a stranger hovering above them?

Bought a car seat here for my grandchildren: The store offered a variety of quality seats at a reasonable price, the service was friendly and helpful, and a certified installer installed the new carseat right in the spot! Highly recommend.

Well if you really want me to share the details of my experience then I shall tell you what happened when I went there. I went in and showed the guy how there was a defect in one of their products from the manufacturer and he knew all about it and he basically told me to just live with it and Im being ridiculous for bringing it back to him, after quite some back-and-forth he realized it was definitely broken and that I wasnt going to live with it and eventually he realize he had to return my money but not without some back and forth and telling me I was being ridiculous for asking him to return my money for a defective product he was selling me. He actually used the word ridiculous in front of all the other people around me. All because I was returning a product that was defective that he was trying to sell me.oh and one last comment their prices are way way overpriced so dont go there unless you expect to pay top top dollar. And that is my honest experience and I am absolutely 100% truthful in this happening.and if the guy who works at the store reads this he knows he called me ridiculous and he knows exactly that this event happened. By the way the owner of this establishment is extremely nice and I like him, hes very friendly. I just wish his prices were lower because more people would shop there and he would get a lot more business in the long run.
