These guys are excellent. I needed some screws for my bike shoe clips and they are a real pain to find. They had them and I received them, tracked USPS in Miami very quickly, 3 days. A great product and even better customer service. Thank you.
Poor customer service. I tried calling to resolve issues with my web order and waited on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up in frustration and disgust.
Quick response and helpful.I recommend this store.
Great place for all things bicycle, definitely worth a visit
Awesome customer service willing and able. Excellent stock of things normally only found online. Prices that beat the internet. Quality all around.
Never received my order,,, Vacation ruined
Great place to deal with. Products are shipped on time and packaged well. Company PR is excellent and they take care of their customers. Ill look to them for all my bicycle needs first even though I live on the westcoast.
Very helpful!
I have been doing business with 365 Cycles for many years. Between my family members we purchased over six high end mountain bikes from the shop starting back when they were located in a small store at the edge of Keene. Recently I ordered my 7th Santa Cruz. Unfortunately this time around the communication with the shop was horrendous and unacceptable. After this experience 365 realized there was a communication gap they rectified the issue and worked hard to fix the problem. It turned out to be a technical glitch in their phone system. We all make mistakes, but it is all about how we overcome the mistakes that matters. I highly recommend doing business with 365 cycles because they truly earned my continued commitment to their shop.
Outstanding bike shop. Brought in my old school metal rim. Back one. They serviced my hub, cassette, new spoke. Trued the wheel and installed my tire and tube. Almost ready to hit the road again! Am a roadie. Never cared for the Mountain Bikes. Dont know why. Probably the black flies and mosquitoes. Oi. Top notch service! Love this bike shop!!! 🚴❤😎😎😎😎😎🚴🎧...
This company promised a repair done in 7 days. After 8, we called and they hadn’t touched it, and promised it for 3 business days citing reduced staff. Again, no contact. After 21 days, we called asking and they promised it the following day. The voicemail they left listed services we asked them NOT to do and they claimed no record of the conversation.
This place is amazingly Crooked! I purchase a new Manitou Fork from them and received a take off/used item(wear on the steer tube and star nut installed). I tried to return the item and was not offered a return label after I was told this was a mistake and never should have shipped. I disputed the charge and they had the nerve to deleted my account so there was no record of the transaction. DO NOT do business with this company, you have been warned!
These guys are great! They shared some valuable insight with me and got me steered in the right direction. Much appreciated!
I wandered in with a flat tire, no advanced notice. They fixed the tire (new tube and tire) in 5 minutes at a fair price. I appreciated their helpful attitude - not condescending, etc.
Dreadful customer service. The typical 365 Cycles response when you want to return defective merchandise ordered from their website. You can always send the part to 116 Main Street Keene, NH and we can have our professional shop inspect the part and see if there is any manufactures defect or if it qualifies for a warranty. If it does we will send you a replacement back if it does not we will send the same part back to you. This company does not want to issue refunds. They ask for many forms of proofs as well. Beware of that before making purchases. The savings is definitely not worth the inconveniences if you get a dud. I steer as many cyclists away from this shop as possible!Dont feel obligated to be friendly with the staff if youre not satisfied with what you receive. The staff is insincere and at times rude. Keep it strictly business when making contact. For some of you reading this for the first time, its probably too late. I know, I know, we want low prices. Stick with shops that have taken care of you, even if their costs are higher. Youll be much happier in the long run.I tried it...Wish I didnt.-ciao
I had my first (of what will be many) experiences with 365 Cycles today. I was in a pinch and needed service ASAP. I called desperate for immediate attention. I fully expected to be shot down as it is busy season in the bike world and here I am calling mid afternoon looking for same day service. Instead, a very nice guy (Evan) went above and beyond to get me in and back on the trail in time for my 5 am ride. I am so grateful! He was super friendly, extremely informative and genuinely focused on customer service. Thanks a million & you will be seeing me again soon!
Ben, the customer service rep that assisted me, was sensational. After tracking info had been issued for a part I ordered (bottom bracket), I sent him pictures and he determined the correct part I needed, intercepted the wrong one from shipping and replaced it with the correct one. It would have been easy to use the reason its already been shipped but he made a concerted effort to remedy the situation. Simply stellar customer service and Ive bookmarked the site for future orders. Thanks!
Excellent group and atmosphere, they were even kind enough to transfer the bikes original warranty over to me after I bought it from their customer. They will always have my loyalty
Ordered 2 pegs through amazon. After getting the run around from amazon and basically being told they “can’t help me” after my package has been either stolen or completely lost, ive had enough. Sent the company a couple emails; still ignored. Nice to know I’ve just had my money taken with nothing. Guess I’ll buy local next time
Greg and Evan are knowledgeable ad personable. It is a very customer oriented bike shop. Their in store inventory is limited but they can order anything that is available from Specialized. They do carry some ebikes.
I ordered some rims and other various parts for my mountain bike over the phone with the Josh. Parts came in an orderly time frame and all seemed well. Started to mount the hubs and realized they had shipped me 32 hole rims instead of 28 hole. I didnt realize there were two different versions of the same rim and wasnt asked while ordering. Perhaps thats my fault for not knowing there were two versions. Perhaps they should know to verify that information or ask which one I need.I packed them back up, got a return label and shipped them back. Several days later, I received an email that the rims were laced and ridden and they could not be returned. I only partially mounted the hub before it was evident they were the wrong rims, and never touched the second rim. Annoyed, I returned the email stating I would like a full refund on the untouched rim and to send me back the used one. They returned that email stating both rims had scratches on them so they could give me a 50% refund on one rim only. I literally did not touch the second rim aside from removing it from the box. Confused on how they came to that conclusion, I requested both rims be returned to me. I will be paying $25 for the return shipping.365cycle sounds like a decent shop to use in person...their online business is cause for concern.
I ordered a freecoaster wheel from them in december. The wheel messed up due to manufacturers defect. They went above and beyond with their customer service. The offered a way better replacement at a discounted price with free priority shipping. Geoff and meesh were an outstanding team on this. Ps the order was in december and just contacted them and got replacement in end of January. This is a amazing company and has gained a lifetime customer!!
I bought a website-listed Campagnolo part here, for my spare parts. Once I was to apply it in the situation of replacement, I found there be a difference: that Campagnolo having 2 different versions of the listed/purchased item. As I called 365cycles --- in how/why labeling be worded as it is, I was not given an answer. That mean that they dont want to help. As I called later, only an answering machine answers. Proving 365cycles has no assistance.
Graig is a great bike tech. Excellent with high end mtb
Well, just asked a simple question of the online services department, was trying to get some measurements for a clear rain shield. No, I do not have this in front of me to take measurements.. Really? I was under the impression they kept everything I needed on their desk for immediate measurement...So I asked if someone else could do it maybe and the reply was Im sorry but we wont be able to take those measurements for you.. Wow, sorry your having a bad day, but maybe an explanation wouldnt be to much to ask? I called the number listed on the Ebay site, and apparently the items are in an offsite warehouse, no problem, understood, thats all you had to say, instead of giving me the impression of I dont have time for you, move along. No problem, I can take my business elsewhere, just remember customer service is a VERY public and visible thing these days, and a little goes a long way.
Great service wouldnt go anywhere else
I ordered a gyro from 365 cycles, there was a discrepancy between amazon and the product that they were selling. They ended up making it right by updating the product image and working the issue out with me.Thank you guys!
These folks arent my local bike shop, but they are close enough that things arrive within a few days. Ive always had good results ordering from them, and the times Ive called on the phone, the staff were considerate and took time to answer my questions. Bicycles are a pretty complex game -- there are literally thousands of possible combinations just in gearing alone. Not everyone can respond correctly if you call out of the blue and are looking for something for your 06 Megawarp Dump Whumper. Its not uncommon that practically everything on an older bike has been replaced except the frame. Im working on a bike where the only stock items are the frame, the seatpost, and the stem. Its taken hours of research to get stuff right. If youre in doubt, either bring your bike in or very carefully write down (and preferably take a picture of) the item youre replacing. Manufacturers are not unknown to change things in the middle of the year, so even if the name of your old part may be the same, the current model may not fit.
Fast shipping!
Love em
