Ordered a crankshaft pulley 8 days ago and hadnt heard anything like they said theyd do when it came in so called and was told it was there but never got the phone call like I was told I was going to receive. Strike 1. Go to pick up the pulley and they ordered a harmonic balancer instead of my pulley. Strike 2. They went and called and couldnt speak to anyone to try to order one because of it being saturday. Surprise surprise surprise. Now theyre going to call around monday for me and supposedly give me a call though I highly doubt it. Looking other places for it and if I find one they can keep whatever they get if they know the difference between a crankshaft pulley and a harmonic balancer.

Dealer prices at this location are significantly higher than on the exact same products at retail prices in the surrounding area.The attitude of the employee was he was annoyed to have a customer in the store. Dont expect a can I help you here its more of a get the hell out youre bothering me.As a chain I will continue doing business with them but this location is not one I will ever go to again and I highly recommend that you get your Auto Parts elsewhere.
