Michaels is an awesome store to go to for all your crafting and seasonal decorations! And boxes and painting needs, books on how to and anything else on might think u can craft or decorate! Lol❤️❤️

Love this place! Definitely my go to craft store. They have a variety of so many things and different sales every week. You can also earn rewards if your a rewards member (definitely worth it) you get cash rewards to spend at Michaels (like kohls cash) on all orders and you also get special rewards, discounts and coupons. The employees are always very kind and helpful. The store is always clean and organized. Pretty displays and oh did I mention I love Michaels lol

Great place to wander around, get fired up about starting all kinds of creative projects, then remember I dont have any money or talent to execute those projects.

The new early morning manager is a straight up bully. This is not a one time occurrence. She likely couldnt even properly manage janitorial services. No clue how to manage. Just bullies employees. Bring your business elsewhere.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They dont have much in the way of macrame materials. Their sales are excellent.

Spent 336.00 to frame a 24 by 24 print. They stated it could be completed on the 12th, a Sunday. I luckily called before I left, a half hour drive away, on my day off and found out it wasn’t ready. I asked why they would tell a customer that it would be ready by a specific date if it isn’t! She came back with every excuse and said it would be ready by 3:00 pm that afternoon. Are you kidding me? I am not wasting my day off when I have plans to come back at YOUR convenience. I am the customer. Then she said it would be ready in an hour. I told they were lucky I called because had I made a wasted trip, I’d be even more upset and that I’d never frame another thing there again. Completely unprofessional. She then hung up on me. 👍I called back, supposedly was speaking to a manager who knew ALL ABOUT IT. She must’ve been standing there! Again, no apologies, lots of excuses and condescension. I called corporate….they’re in the Philippines! What a joke.Don’t take your things to Michael’s to get framed. It’s a complete rip off. They’re expensive and they suck! Take it to a custom framing shop where it’s a privately owned business and you will get the customer service you deserve, when you’re spending over $300 to have something framed. There is no excuse for the behavior of these employees.

IT has ALMOST everything a crafter needs! The selection of colored papers make my projects come alive! Also, all the canvas an artist could need.

Went in yesterday to shop for my sisters wedding. Place is huge and got anything and everything for whatever u are doing or looking for. Most Prices were on sale. Prices were cheaper than originally. 5* for sure.

As always I found what I was looking for and they seemed to have pandemic procedures well at hand, of course that means if we all have mutual respect for one another and keep a distance and wear ones mask as the store has hand sanitizer stations and arrows for how to travel the isles. So I felt confident that my family and I could shop safely and as always the staff were very informative and helpful.

Michaels is always cool. Today the inventory was shockingly low. Got what I came for, but nothing more. The cashier was REALLY nice and helpful.

I wont go back to this one. The cashier was rude. Would not let me use my points . My coupon either. It wasnt until I said I was going to leave the stuff there and go somewhere else did he all of a sudden decide to go e me my coupon. Then when you call customer service they tell you they are sorry offer to fix it by sending you something in mail.( a coupon not sure I was to mad ) but what ever it was has never shown up)

The employees here are always friendly and helpful. They have the most amazing deals online, and as long as you remember your paper coupons, you can double deals left and right! The reasons they didnt get a 5 out of 5... Although the employees are personable, theyre often hard to find when you need help. Ive had to resort to asking another shopper for help with hard to reach items (hey, Im only a whole 5 2 tall!) on numerous occasions. As well as having to walk back and forth from the back of the store to the front, to get help with item info and sale info repeatedly. The other reason got the 4 out of 5? They often have TOO MUCH OF EVERYTHING. For the most part youll see that the isles are organized, stocked and clear. However, when you get to the ANY of the clearance areas, its like they just toss EVERYTHING here and there and tell you to go get em girl (or guy!) Theres no rhyme or reason to what items are what and why theyre together with this and that. Its def a confusing experience. It really stinks that they make sure to do this with the sale items... Almost like a reverse psychology method... Well not anymore. The secret is OUT, Michaels! Lol.

Its alright. You know Michaels is pretty much what Michaels is. The checkout lady seemed confused she couldnt figure out which register she was running and said the wrong number every time she called for the next customer. She was nice though.

Michaels in Keene is not as great as it once was. Once something is gone, it takes them forever to restock it. The cardstock still says its 65 pound, but definitely not the same weight as an older pack I have. I hear there are bigger & better Michaels stores other places. Why arent they all the same? Wish we could have a good one here. Its better than no craft store at all, I guess.

Good store for all kinds of creative endeavors. Everything is always on sale and coupons are plentiful. However, checking out is always an ordeal as there never seems to be enough staff available.

Michaels is Michaels.That is to say, there is a really large selection of good material for art projects and a wide variety of frames.Things are off and on sale and even the everyday prices on many of the items are pretty darn good.Ive always found the help it Michaels to be friendly and helpful.

Michaels is the only craft joint we have been to in town. It is nice and has lots of stuff got building things from wreathes, to picture frames. I am not sure I can recall who the times we have got there looking for something for a great and found it.

Readily available supplies. The staff is keeping the store clean.

Michaels has so much crafts still I have a hard time leaving with only what I went for! Near holidays they have really good deals and so many options!

Michaels has I decent product selection, I will give them that. However, most over their products are consistently and dramatically marked up so as they can then offer huge sales... which essentially bring the price back down to a more reasonable price. So much of what is sold there is Made in China. Also, it seems the management (whether local or corporate) feels it is necessary to move things around in the store quite often.All in all, it can be worth stopping here to pick something up if one needs it and it is on sale, or to wander around for inspiration, but not my first choice of stores for all art and craft supply purchases.

I love what you can find in this store, but can be a little over whelming at times.

It’s Michael’s. I don’t think I need to explain what this store is or what they sell. If you don’t know what Michael’s is then you most likely live under a rock or Mars. Great store to go in and find things you’ve never even thought of wasting money on. Also good place to find glitter, glue, and chewing gum.

Their Michael selection was very poor, there wasnt actually any Michaels in the whole shop. Didnt get eaten by Michael Moore, or killed by Michael Myers or haunted by Michael Jackson.

Some of the things like home decor is downgrading....just an emphasis on holidays. Also miss some nice and/ or real florals. It is good to check out now and then

Did not have the items as advertised...items they did have werent priced as seen on the website. Couldnt get any assistance at the framing counter after ringing the bell and waiting over ten minutes. Checkout line was a mile long with no end in sight. Got tired of wandering the aisles looking for help, so we left. We wont be back...will be purchasing framing and matting online.

Poor customer service and was treated like a nuisance. Only positive is that I was able find about 2/3 rds of what I was looking for. After giving up, I then made my way to the register where despite being the only person in line (I walk with a cane and have just transitioned from a walker), I had to walk through the maze of trinkets, only to have the cashier walk away from the counter. Was made to feel like an inconvenience because I was moving slowly. I will not be returning to Michaels for any item I can possibly purchase ANY WHERE ELSE!
