It was nice shopping at Midway Chrysler. It is a mix of the old family dealership where a word and a handshake mean something. At the same time, the facility is new and fresh and as nice as a dealership can be.The people we worked with were attentive to our needs and concerns. Lincoln Wagner answered all my questions, and if he didnt have the answer he quickly found someone that did. This was a fast, painless experience far removed from my last car buying experience with an Omaha area dealer.It was well worth my 180 mile drive each way to do business with people that dont pressure you during the process.
I had taken my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.0 v6 Diesel in for a code P026c. Brought it in for a better in depth diagnosis to fix it properly. They did try to get me to do some extra services, although that was expected a person just has to figure out what you really need at the time. I told them i was only interested in fixing the actual problem at this time. The waiting area is clean and organized with plenty of seating and TV to keep you entertained. I had 3 coffees and bag of chips in my 5+ hours that i chose to stay there. Sure it took a long time but my light is off and is fixed. The price was a little steep, so far its fixed and I paid my bill. Thank all at Midway Chrysler

Scandals. Attempted to flat out steal my trade in by asserting its value was $4000. My bank and other automobile dealers all valued the 2007 Silverado (Duramax, newer engine, 6.0 votex) at $8-12k. Never in a million years would I do business at Midway. Noteworthy, Midway has a long reputation for cheating customers of their trade-in values...

Went to ask for help on my Chrysler. Sales person was super nice but as soon as I got to the parts section the guy that helped me wouldnt even take the time to listen to me to know what I actually needed help with. All he did was print off a piece of paper telling I need to call them, guess what the paper he printed off for me isnt what I needed..So I will just take my business to another Chrysler shop. Which is disappointing cause I bought my car from Midway.. just after that whole experience, I much rather give my money to someone who would take 5 maybe 10 mintues out of their day to really listen to what I need for my car.. so I definitely would not recommend if you have to deal with the parts section!
This was the best customer service I have ever experienced in any place. They were courteous, accommodating and understanding. They even brought us to get groceries at the supermarket because we didnt get through with our car purchase. No one can top that. Our agent was Jeff. We absolutely loved working with this dealership! We are a Jeep family and tried to stay away from Baxter because they are never easy to work with. We searched for a Jeep Grand Cherokee all over the United States. We didnt care how far we needed to drive. When we found Midway in Kearney, we felt like not only did they want to do business with us, but they genuinely cared about what we were looking for and did all they could to get us that. We enjoyed working with Barb and Charles! They were a great help! We did most of our chatting over email, so it was really easy to go in and get the Jeep! Horrible customer service. Im in sales too and not impressed by this place. If you make them an offer, they just tell you no and that is it. No follow-up question, counter offer or anything. I should come train them how to handle sales leads. I might as well buy a car online from Carvana rather than buy here. I will get better service.

We just bought a new Charger from Midway and brought the car in for its first servicing. Tori, at the service desk, was so friendly and helpful going over all the procedures that they do! I enjoyed hot cappuccino and didnt even finish it and my car was done! I loved the feeling that they checked everything on my car and that I could drive away knowing that there wasnt anything wrong, It felt like driving it off the lot when we bought it! I called midway about a truck I seen on there website this was in March. I talked to Michelle about the truck and asked her a few questions about it she was very helpful and professional about it. I told her I wood be driving through there in April. She called me the day before I left from Colorado and said the truck was still there. I said great I will stop buy and look at it. Bought a vehicle from them, went back to trade, got left in an office for an hour cus somebody was thinking about buying a charger and all the salesman flocked over there. Stopped in again to look at an extra pickup for the ranch, got to dealership 30 minutes before close salesman was out locking vehicles up made every effort to avoid me then when I did catch him he gave me a card and said he had to go. Had cash was ready to purchase... Guess not ....will never step foot on a Midway lot again.

I stopped by on a Tuesday evening around 3 P.M., having seen a truck I was interested in on the internet I thought I would give it a closer look and take it for a test drive. After a couple minutes I was approached by Josh, he got the truck pulled around and I was off on a test drive. I really had no intention of buying a truck that day, but they offered me a great deal on my trade-in, and even with not so great credit they found my a great company to finance through with a great interest rate. Within three hours of showing up I was headed home in an awesome 2013 Ram loaded with all sorts of cool options. No one there was pushy, I didnt feel pressured, and I had the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had! I only moved so quickly with getting the truck because they offered me such a great deal on my trade-in, 2,500 more than what I had been offered at other places. These guys are really easy to deal with, and are very professional. I would highly recommend going here for a new or used vehicle. Great place!

We enjoyed Gage and Chad. They really made it pleasant and very understandable with our questions. We are still a bit stunned at Larry. Hes quick. Not sure how he gets through stuff - were still wading through the stack. Realizing, we may need to adjust a few things. One day at a time. What a big adventure.

Repaired my Jeep quickly, professionally, and politely. It was an excellent experience, except for the part about needing a repair, but that was not their fault.

My wife and I were looking for a reliable used vehicle. They were very professional and courteous. We never felt pressured. We recommend them to friends and family that are looking for a good place to go for thier vehicle needs.
Got the vehicle we were after, but that’s about it. We felt misled about some financial details on the deal. Salesman stated there are features on our vehicle that the manufacturer doesn’t even offer as an option. They offered some accessories as compensation for the financial issues but never called when they said they would to set up an appointment to install and didn’t respond to email inquiries. The only good thing we’ve found so far about this dealership is the vehicles they offer, but those same vehicles are available elsewhere. Would say 0/5 if possible. Definitely do not recommend Midway. They are aware of our frustrations and so far have done nothing to work with us. Terrible service after the sale.
Had a recall on our vehicle. They were friendly and had our vehicle finished in good time. The service center was clean and tidy.
Service area, lacks customer service. They dont inform you completely of what is going to take place during your scheduled appointment. Then they reschedule you because they dont have time to fix what your scheduled appointment was suppose to be for in the first place. Resulting in 3 trips and wasted fuel.Edit: Service manager heard about situation and reached out to apologize. Which lead me to give 3 stars instead of the initial 1. Hopefully he can resolve these types of issues for future customers.

Our T&C van broke down in Kearney. Trying to still have a happy holiday and have the kids not miss seeing extended family, Shawn in service hopped into action. He not only got our vehicle in right away, he also got us a loaner vehicle, which he was well aware we would put over 1,400 miles on. While we were away he followed up with us via the phone keeping us abreast to the condition of our vehicle. We returned a week later to pick up our van and it was ready to go. Having Shawn in service is a true asset to your dealership. He went above and beyond for a customer who was not a regular and that type of service should be commended. We had purchased a vehicle from Midway in August and were very pleased with the purchase and staff. Colton Hopkins was our sales representative and he was very helpful. We went back for this purchase because Colton and our previous experience.
So I bought a Jeep through Midway of Kearney because they had the exact one I wanted. I live in Iowa so the challenge I faced was the dealership not knowing how to handle my paperwork to turn into the DMV accordingly. They waited until the 29th of June to even attempt handling my paperwork and my plates were due July 4th. It is now the 16th of July and I was put up in a rental because my plates have expired and their 7 failed attempts of spelling things right or putting correct numbers on my paperwork was too challenging of a task to ask of them. To say the least I am NOT HAPPY with this dealership and will never be doing business again through them. I spoke to a GM to get status yesterday and he got a terrible attitude with me when something is no fault of my own I sure wish they could be more helpful or willing to make things right in a quicker manner.
Customer service was great until we agreed on a price, and then it went straight downhill. It took almost 3 hours just to write a check and get out the door. Cash check, no financing. I can understand about an hour for paperwork, but 3 is ridiculous.

We bought our truck here a few years ago and never had any problems with the staff. But not long after we got the truck the fan quit working, took in they fixed it okay, few months later same thing. Been fixing the damn thing for the last 3 years now and guess what it works after you kick the passenger side area on the floor area. Never will go back.

Went in and asked if I could get oil change and they did a little checking and said sure. We looked at some cars then we waited in the lounge for about 20 minutes. The service man came in and said our car would be around in a little bit. We paid and went outside and in a few minutes our car was there. We were there for about 30 to 35 minutes and went on our way. We want to thank all involved especially the guy that actually changed the oil because they hardly ever get a complement from a customer.
