Very slow loading. Took 5 hours to load. Had a 8am appointment left at 1pm. Bring your own pen shipping personal won’t let you use there pen. Place is very busy. Trucks park on the right then walk up the stairs to check in.

Variety changes from week to week, so good idea to visit often to view different products, and often clearance prices. Usually there is one product that will be steeply lowered in price, which makes for a good opportunity to bulk shop for gifts. If youre in the area and have been wanting a new cooler for way cheaper than retail, give them a try!

Very slow loading but the employees were really great.Its not their fault that they are completely overwhelmed by how busy it is.

I was excited to see the factory. Ill be honest, I did try to sneak in. I was like oh hello im here for the tour. Receptionist wasnt having none of it. She was cool. Then I went to into the store. Looked around got some good product info from the salesman at the register. Very cool experience and the salesman was on point, he was very knowledgeable about my igloos and answered all my questions. Walked out with a mini playmate and matching 28qt latitude cooler with wheels.

Appointment was at 2 pm, showed up at 1:25. Checked in, was told to park and a forklift driver would tell me when to get in a door. That happened at 2:45. Stayed in the door until 6:50. I got half a load. Yes this place yes slow but I will say that everyone i had to deal with was very nice. Didnt run into anybody that was rude. Also, you will have to take a pen in with you but I know that youre all professional drivers and you always take a pen in with you anyways. Just take a pen.

I didnt know what to expect, but the store was great. It had a variety of Igloo products at really good prices. The store had coolers, lunch boxes /bags, ice packs, parts, and water bottles. They also had a selection of Igloo hats and shirts if you wanted to share your Igloo devotion with the world. On the more practical side there were cooler parts if you have a hinge or latch break on your favorite cooler. The price of the ice packs they had was fantastic and they had a variety of styles and sizes in stock. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Overall its definitely worth a stop if youre in the market for a cooler or other Igloo product.

The staff was awesome! Very polite and quick to get me to the door......loading is a bit slow but they are floor loading the entire truck load. Couldnt say I could do that much work any faster.....Im a nutshell dont go in there expecting to get in and out quickly because it just wont happen.

Place crowded too many trucks to load at the same time, shipping office wont borrow u a pen so make sure u bring one to the office to fill your paperwork

Great place to find some bargains on Igloo coolers. I saw one rotomold cooler that was marked down $40! I think it was a slow moving color. Go check it out if you need a cooler or just want to check it out.

Attached to Igloos corporate office, the Factory Store went out of their way to get me the Grateful Dead Steal Your Face Daytripper. Saved me shipping fees, so well worth the drive to Katy. Small but well-stocked, with kind employees and sweet Igloo gear. Worth a visit for this cool native-Texas brand.

The office staff could be a little more courteous and friendly. But the facility and grounds are nice and the warehouse needs better housekeeping. They have some excellent products,more than I thought they made. Forklift operators need better training I saw a lot of damaged products in the warehouse. Not good for their pocketbooks lots of waste on the companys part.

Checked in @7:20am for 8am appointment. Got out of there in 2 hours. Not to bad. However the girl & boy checking everyone in was extremely rude. I mean its early in the morning and they had the worst attitudes like they hate life itself! If you hate your job that much, probably should quit.Also if you have an appointment later than 8am, you should expect to be spending hours waiting for a dock & to get loaded. It was a mess when I left at 9:20am!

Too slow & long wait. I would suggest to all driver who picking up live load pls be here ahead of ur appointment time. Be prepare for long wait.....good luck to all truck driver.

Almost 9 hours I’m here and they still loading, If you wanna rest, come for pick up to this facility, You’ll be very happy for enjoying your rest, Loads are floor loads, This is ridiculous if I knew this at the beginning I will run after a minute

Some people have said these people are slow to load a truck. That is an understatement of epic levels. On top of that they dont bother getting the products ready or even check to see if they have it before you get there, even if you had to reschedule to a later date. This load I am picking up was supposed to be picked up yesterday and now I find out they dont even have all the products here. The only thing saving this from a 1 star is the lady running the office right now, a young African-American woman . She has been trying to help. .

Tons of Igloo products at substantial factory discount! The store was clean and organized. We purchased 2 coolers and saved $60 off MSRP. Better selection of Igloo products than nearby sporting goods stores (and cheaper too).

I didnt realize it was an outlet store until we got there. It was still pretty neat. They dont have all the models and colors maybe because it is an outlet store. They do have some great discounts on some Igloo things though.

As a truck driver waiting to be loaded its the worse. Over 10 hours of waiting.

It was very confusing, instead of going to shipping and receiving to pickup our load, which was gate D, we ended up going to gate A to get loaded. Between the broker and the shipper there was a lot of confusion and we were there an hour before it all got straightened out.

It your picking up a load get there atleast a hour or two early. It is jam packed here and to get in a door will be hourssss.

I needed a lid for a older cooler. They normally sell the smaller parts, but after 2 weeks called and had a replacement lid.
