Totally satisfied with my kicks! The staff member, or security guard (couldnt tell the difference) was not friendly at all; she never smiled, acknowledged me when I spoke or asked if I needed help, she just watched me like a hawk, which was weird and made me uncomfortable. However, I went for sneakers and I got them and I love them! They are comfy, bright and true to size. Cant go wrong with Converse anyway. Check them out...

My experience at this particular store was excellent!! I don’t know what his position is but an employee named Mark was extremely helpful! He looked our shoes up to help find a better fitting shoe and he was alert enough to secure my wife’s cell phone after she left it in the store!!! The rest of the employees were also very friendly and helpful!!!

The store have a lot optuons but the cashier that I paif was rude and unhelpful

Prices where good and The store itself was clean. Cant really review the costumer service since I didnt see anyone there. Looked at the cleanrance shoes and found some very disgusting ones. They where dirty. Very dirty and they wanted $30 for them. In the pic you cant tell good put in person they look Filthy.

Mark and Christine had mixed communication about an EXCHANGE I had. Therefore, I was given a refund via my credit card, although I bluntly told both of them, and was holding the shoes in my hand that I was getting for an exchange. Wouldnt normally be as big of a deal, but I drove TWO hours to go exchange shoes for my son before school started. And I had TWENTY dollars to my name. Therefore, had to leave empty handed because it was going to take 7 business days for it to hit my card. I walked out of the mall CRYING MY EYES OUT. Nothing I did wrong, but it made me feel like a failure as a mother, for their mistake.

Always here shopping for shoes and adding up on my rewards so I can get coupons.

This store has excellent customer service. I needed a bigger size after I went to the register to check out, and one of the employees went to the back and got the new shoe for me. They were very friendly.

I dont like this store, its always overpriced. Its rare when you find something good but then the next day you find out that the shoes are on sale at some other place. Just FYI keep your receipts.
