This is my first real review and 1 star is being generous. I was recommended to Payne Brother firearms as an FFL and I’m disappointed I didn’t take anyone’s advice. I’m an easy going, smiling all the time guy. I guess I was greeted by Jesse… an old grumpy guy. Emailed him around 2-3pm today asking for an update on my firearm and got no response… no problem, so I decided to walk in. I told this man who I was and why I was there and his facial expression changed to dumbfounded as if it’s just stupid I was there asking about a gun I purchased. He started to get hostile as I calmly asked questions about my firearm and a time frame. I asked him if this is how he plans on doing business and he then asked me to leave. Not sure if I’m going to get either gun at this point. I didn’t realize I’d be such a burden as a customer.

Smooth, clean and quiet. Excellent communication. Worked smoothly with GunBroker. Will use from now on.

While shopping for a gun on GunBroker.com, I found the gun I wanted and needed it transferred to a licensed FFL holder. I ran across FFL Texas and gave them a call......so glad I did!
