I just want to give a shout out to Maria from the optometry department. She is hands down amazing at adjusting glasses for the perfect fit. Shes also very kind and you can tell that she loves and understands what she does. 10/10 the reason I would continue coming back to this Costco department.

They definitely need more security around this Costco. This place gets so packed and people just park how they feel and apparently no one showed them to park with in lines. Costco itself needs more patrol especially with the holidays coming up.

No lamb chops. Very clean store. Did find 3 rib eye steaks that looked pretty fine.

The food court was clean. The employees were following covid safety protocols. The aisles were neat and tidy..i did find some expired produce & yogurt. I recommend checking before you leave the cooler with it. The checkout lines were short and there were plenty open. Albeit, it was a Monday afternoon. The line to leave the store was quick and almost non existent. I recommend this place.

Love this Costco but the pharmacy is VERY VERY slow. Need good trained people. Very much frustrated with their service.

Very affordable prices for quality food and household items especially when purchasing for a large family like ours. Conveniently located in a very accessible area of the community with banks and other shops close by to save time when doing grocery runs. Personnel are very friendly and knowledgeable abd more than willing to help, especially when loading very large and heavy purchased items.

I love Costco. This store did a great job all through out this pandemic ensuring customer and employees safety. They always have great stock and plenty of lines open, even when the lines are stacked!

Costco carries so many wonderful products. The Kirkland brand products are always a winner. I gave it a 3 star rating because of their empty shelves. By now, they should know how to keep their shelves at least half full.

Oh boy did we have fun. Super friendly people and good shopping! Then a tasty hot dog and soda pop at the end.

This Costco is the nearest to my house, and it is amazing. Clean, vast, fully stocked and reasonable prices. We are so lucky it is nearby.

I was pumping gas 2 weeks ago at this particular Costco and was side swiped by a driver in a delivery truck. She was at the pump behind me. They have it all on camera. Clearly the person can be tracked by their membership card and plates. They did nothing to assist me. An officer came out and spoke to the managers too. It’s not like I asked for the member’s information. All I wanted was for someone to give the information to the officer. Now I’m left with paying for the damages or file an insurance claim. I would still have to pay the deductible. This whole situation is so frustrating!

It’s Costco! Parking is easier than other locations, The fuel lines are usually Ok, expect for maybe some peak times over the weekend.One of the cleaner locations, though all other locations in Houston are pretty clean as well.Inside the store, it’s typically jam packed. They don’t offer the samples anymore, which i miss but I also like people not assimilating in corners with COVID still lurking around.They were one of the first stores to initiate sanitizing carts, wearing masks and taking other precautions.Love my Costco!

Costco is always my happy place. this costco is well organized and always clean. Parking is sometimes hectic, but in general this location is great.

This store has sold me more expired items than I can count on both hands. ALSO, the customer service people at check out are very rude, the old man at the self checkout has been seen yelling at older female customers! Just rude, and downright disrespectful. I had to call corporate as I own my own business and would never let a service member disrespect a Woman like this. This used to be my favorite store I dont know what degenerates are running this location. Learn some manners.

Very big, enough space, clean a tidy.It is good for Shopping in bulk.You need to have a membership.Sell most of the daily needs with the good quality.Depends on your needs. You may visit it once a week, or once 2 weeks.

Costco the store is great and love that their parking spaces are big, BUT their tire center is a big let down. I’m never buying tires from them again!! Service is really slow, so I guess back to discount tire for me, where they got it down pack. My biggest disappointment is the after two months after having my tires, I got a nail in one of them, so I took the wheel off my car to take it to them to be patched when they open. I thought they would patch it up quickly, but to my disappointment I was told I had to drop it off with them and they will call me when it’s done, since I’m a walk-in. I’m a Costco executive membership holder, but I guess it does not hold any value. But it was just one tire to be patched! The wheel is taken off and to them, so there really isn’t that much work they have to do!!! Discount tire is only 5mins from my house, but I drove 20 mins and waited for the store to open because I thought since I purchased the tires from them I should have them patch it! Whatever! I’m done with my rant, lol, but never again!UPDATE: It’s now after 2:00pm, after dropping it off a 10am, so I’d called to see maybe they just forgotten to call for me to come pick it up to just be told they haven’t gotten to it yet. “Give us a few more hours and maybe”. All I have to say is, what is the point of included road hazards/ like puncture with mount and balance of store purchased tires when the customers is shown with such horrible service!

The customer service is entirely over the top . Id purchase *everything* from Costco if I could. I dont write these kinds of completely fanboy reviews, but this one SO warrants it.I am in Corpus Christi. I needed a product that I can only find on Costco.com. Costco.com will not deliver it to Corpus, no idea why. My wife will happen to be in Houston in a couple weeks. I called the Costco in Katy, Tx, and talked to Monica. Things got a little crazy.For whatever reason, costco.com also wont deliver to Costco stores; goofy but true.. However, Monica has a friend in another Costco out east that *does* have the product. Monica is going purchase the product herself, on her personal credit card, then have her friend ship the product directly to Monicas house. Monica is then going to bring it to the store for my wife to pick up.Seriously, who DOES that these days? That is absolutely crazy. With all of the tight labor, over-worked, underpaid, easily-offended employees, who does this? Apparently Monica. And Costco. At the risk of repeating myself, Id purchase *everything* from Costco if I could. 18 stars out of 5.

Just opened a member ship at the 99 and i-10 location. Ron helped us with our membership and told us about all the deals. This is the first time I met Ron but he made me feel like family. Im glad I have returned to Casco.

Michelle who works in the office was awesome! I spoke with her on two different days regarding gazebos and she was professional, patient (I had several questions), and had a pleasant demeanor. My experience with her at this location was much better than my experience with the Katy location when I called them to find out about the gazebos and ask some questions.Thank you Michelle and to the employees who assisted me in store with my purchase.

A standard Costco.. at times it seems like the clothes selection is minimal.. I have been to other locations were there are so much more..

If you buy tire from costco, just make sure you know a couple days ahead before getting a puncture.Katy Costco will require you to take next available appointment for them to work on it. Otherwise there is no guarantee they will take a look at the tire.Appointment is a great idea when the place is understaffed. Not sure though how people need to know when they will get a puncture.

Kennedy at the gas station is wonderful. He helped me today when my battery went out. He made sure I was comfortable and he put up a cone/flag right away.

This was my first time going to this Costco in Katy, and I noticed one thing which stood out in a good way.1. Katy has a sizable Asian population and this Costco had a good selection of Asian cuisine items in bulk sizes. Given that we eat a heavily Asian diet this was a boon for us.Will definitely come here again.

Always has essential house items in stock so I rarely have to come back if something I need isn’t there. I’m also glad there’s self-check out now, so the lines go a lot faster.

The Chinese lady at the food court is the rudest person I have seen, tried to get her name but she did not have the name badge. I collected the items I ordered, she tried to stop me thinking Im taking some one else item when I clearly see it was my order number, when I asked for pizza to be covered for take she screams, clearly she should not be working in the food court.Today was the first time I have seen her, all other staff were quite nice and patient.

I went to the gas station there and it was crowded but the line went down quickly but could have been quicker if customers would maneuver the line better by driving to the next available pump instead of waiting for the car in front to move.

It is really organized and clean. They know how to set up products to help customers find their needs so easily. Staffs are so helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Today we had a very upsetting experience with the female designated to monitor the front entrance. She was very rude & disrespectful; she needs to learn how to engage with all KINDS of people. It is not acceptable to follow anyone in the store especially when you dont know the full story. Costco please train your staff better.

Costco is my favorite store to shop. The prices are right and they offer a variety of good products. There is Always helpful and friendly associates available. One Big thing I really like is the ample, spacious and convenient parking.

Sitting here this morning waiting for the doors to get opened. I think it’s sad that the employees are not required to park in a designated area. So, all the customers cannot have prime parking until someone’s shift ends later today, as they have all the front spaces taken.

COSTCO is so easy in warehouse you dont like it wrong size the item brakes you just take it back.I like the cash back to credit card easy no hassle.Employees are professional and efficient.

First off, who doesn’t love Costco? The club has great prices and usually a great place. Gas prices are still great comparatively! HOWEVER… stay away from the tire center! They are overtly rude- Don’t care about customer service or just general human pleasantries at all.Received an email that my tires were in and ready to setup an install appointment. Called at 9:30- they had an opening at 3. Got there at 3 and the red-headed man with a beard was extremely rude to my wife. Claimed he had no appointment- he was extremely put out for their mistake. My wife called back at 5:30 (since they closed at 6) and the dude was super rude again. They then called me 5 til, saying the car was ready and to get there. I said ok, thank you, and the dude hung up the phone while I was speaking. I went to retrieve the car, and Matthew was a nice guy but overall horrible service. When you’re spending $1k for tires, you kind of expect at least normal pleasantries, not terrible attitudes. Avoid their tire center!!!!!! I would have rather paid the small amount more at Discount tire and received better service.

This is related with the tire service. For the past sometime we have seen very poor tire service provided by Costco Katy.1. They ask you to get appointment which is not available immediately and still wait for couple of hours to get the work done when go at the appointment time.2. Lately Most of services such as flat tire are not fixed making excuses of expired warranty that forces one to buy new tires. This has happened couple of times with me with both of my cars.3. Most of the time, there is only one tire available that fits your car which is relatively costlier compared to other tire providers. Unnecessary high expenses incurred by the customer.4. I have seen supervisor like April just keen on selling tires rather hearing or thinking from customer perspective.5. Now I decided not to go to Costco any more for tire services.6. Even my cobrother shared the same experience of Costco Katy tire service making excuse of invalid warranty.7. I never write review. As I got very disappointed with the tire service so writing this.8. All other services of Costco remains great.

Parking lot was filled with basket every where. People driving with no type of manors & the store was overly packet with people rushing through the isle crazily.

A lot of organic products. Fruit and vegetables are overall fresh and there is relatively a high variety of products with good quality here. They also have very good special offers. I just wonder how come such a high profile whole sale store doesn’t have an electronic method of payment where the customers can just scan the product and pay using their cellphones without having to wait in check out lines.

This is one of my favorite stores and visit it so often. Staff is extremely courteous and always smiling. Store has so many great products to buy. Costco Return policy is awesome. No matter you have receipt or not, you will be able to return the item. Food court is good and serves tasty food at a great price.

Im preferential to the Katy store as this one seems to be more organized and stocked at better levels than others in the area. This past visit, the lines were long but as always managed well by opening up additional checkouts. One thing that may be helpful are additional self check outs. Another improvement could also be spot scanning the exit lines rather than the current method of counting items. I recognized this helps Sams Club exit move much faster.

Always great service. Although lines can build quickly, checkout us usually pretty quick. I love the selection if natural and organic foods.

I really like shopping here. You can get a lot of bulk items that can last a while. BUT the downside is that once you find something you like, that item will not be there few months later. The return policy is great especially if your account is an executive because this means you can returned opened items with no hassle or the 3rd degree questions. There is always parking.

It’s Costco, they’re great and amazing. It’s just fun walking around the store for the heck of it, even if you want to pick up just one item. You can’t go wrong with getting a membership here. And I always recommend getting the executive membership because that extra 2% cash back will end up paying for itself the more you shop at Costco.

Wrong packing of delivered item; have to exchange the order. However, customer service took care of the exchage very professionally.

Since school is now out, kids are literalky running rampant throughout the store. Parents are oblivious. The clothing section was a wreck, especially the womens. Usually this location is kept neat but it was a mess Tuesday. I may not go back until school is back in session. Not Costcos fault, but management should address the issue of kids literally running through the store. I love Costco but I hate unruly kids. What a mess.

Extremely rude employee named Rigo, yelled at my aunt and refused to hand over the card that belongs to my sister. Costco hires just about anyone huh? Douche bags included.
