My son stepped on my glasses and I thought they were toast. The owner restored them to perfect shape and didnt even charge me! And she helped me right away. Im so grateful and will return for future eyewear needs.

Ive never liked to give a bad report but if we dont ppl Will not stop doing wrong. Will not go back to buy classes at this place. They need ppl with more consideration and passion for what they do. Sorry guys! However the eye doctor next door are very careing and passionate for what they do.

I procrastinated buying new frames for eye glasses. I finally made an appointment at Visionworks Green Tree. I was helped by an associate named J, and I’m convinced that he made all the difference in my successful and pleasing visit. I bought the pairs of eyewear that I had needed for so long, and J showed exceptional care, knowledge, and patience.....even advice, when I asked, as to which pair fit and looked better. I’m so appreciative. This store also had excellent protocol in place for Covid 19.

Paula was very helpful with getting a repair done to my frames. The turnaround was less than 1 day and the service was free of charge. Ill definitely go back there to check out their glasses selection.

Came in today to get my lens placed back in frames which literally falls out ONCE A MONTH. I purchased two pairs and ever since I got them they have been falling out. Well today I couldn’t get them placed back in because I need an appointment. Since WHEN??? I need an appointment for a 5 minute job? I cannot drive without my glasses, which I explained to her but she clearly didn’t give a damn. I guess this is what I get for going the cheap way out, should’ve went to Pearle Vision.

Oscar helped me re-adjust my frames in a heartbeat! Was worried I would be without glasses for a couple days. Good customer service as always.

I went there on Sunday at 2:55pm to get some glasses. I was immediately greeted at the entrance, where I was informed that they wouldnt be able to service me since they only work by appointment, because they close at 4pm. There was only one other group of people, all together, being taken care of, hence the store was almost completely empty. However, I was still rejected. I did not arrive there 5 minutes to closing, I was there more than an hour in advance before closing time.Besides the inconvenience of the situation, it seems funny to me that a store straigthly rejects business from clients that go there to spend $200 on average. Not only that, but I was looking to buy two pair of glasses.On the other hand, I am glad that during a global recession, Visionworks is able to have the privilege of rejecting sales like this.

Nobody along the process bothers to tell you that you need an appointment to pick out glasses. The optometrist didn’t bother to tell me, the front desk lady when I called didn’t bother to tell me and then when I came in the women who greeted me also didn’t bother to tell me. Of course, they have no available appointments. I will not be coming back due to their lack of customer service. Put a damn sign on the door at least.

VisionWorks Greentree really has their act together with Corona Virus precautions. Felt 100% comfortable and welcomed there. Oscar M assisted me and I give him 2 thumbs up, 5 stars, etc. So personable, helpful and patient with my needs. Incredible vision center and an incredible employee. Thank you, Oscar M!

Both the eye doctor and Laura in the frames area were super nice. My husband has never worn glasses before and Laura explained everything to him and was honest about what we were getting!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My glasses were in bad shape due to my toddler constantly grabbing at them and thought it would be a difficult fix, but J did a really great job at fixing and tightening them. Really appreciated the fast service and the friendly phone call to tell me that they were ready for pick up.

I walked in and was greeted by Mrs. Paula, I barley got a word in before her cell phone started ringing and blared throughout the place, she turned it off and continued to give me sanitizer. I wanted to ask her if she accepts my insurance plan so I know what to expect as far as paying goes. She dismissed me and told me I need to first finish filling out all the paperwork and then she can let me know. I told her that i just wanted to know if you take it or not before I fill anything out. It was a simple question, I found her customer service to be rude and dismissive. Any how I did what she demanded and was given a tray to look around. I walked around patiently waiting to hear about my insurance, I was their for 30 mins and she did not come over not once to inform me of anything. There was only one other patient in the store so I know she wasn’t that busy. So I just quietly walked out and will be looking for a different optical. Anyways maybe Wednesday’s are just not everyone’s days. But that was a bad first impression and I will not be back nor will my family.

My glasses didn’t end up working out for me. They were all really awesome in trying to help in anyway possible. I’m kind of picky and only liked one frame here, but I’d feel comfortable sending any friends or family in knowing they work hard to make it right.

We have been using this location of Visionworks for several years. The prices for glasses are competitive with other retailers in the Katy area. Jackie waited on us today and carefully explained all of our options with our insurance. We are very satisfied customers and highly recommend.Feb 2020. Ms. Ronya just took very good care of me. I had some glasses that just did not fit correct. She took the time to adjust them perfectly. Highly recommend this location.

My family comes to this store almost every year but these last two visits have been awful! I was unfortunate enough to have been greeted by this new lady Paula. She was aggressive both times and unknowledgeable. She could barely answer any of my questions. But I was still trying to be patient with her, until my friend whom I have recommended the place to because of the prices also visited the location recently and also had a bad experience with this Paula lady. As soon as she described her, older lady with short blond hair I knew it was the same lady whom I dealt with. We understand it’s a pandemic and precautions have to be taken, hell I respect that and I love that you offer sanitizer and wipe down seats, but it is no excuse to talk down at people, raise your voice with people. She just has a really bad attitude and apparently no knowledge of glasses.

Everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful. I visited the store several times while in the process of getting my glasses and not once did I have a bad encounter with anyone. They were very honest when helping me decide on what to purchase and were instrumental in helping me make the final decision on my frames. I am so in love with my glasses! Not only do they fit my face, but they fit my personality and that’s important for something I’ll be wearing on my face all the time!

John was THE BEST!!! We were really struggling after losing a pair of glasses in the river and he came to the rescue! The selection of lenses was huge and John didnt quit on us until we got just what we needed. The prices were very reasonable and with same day service to boot! We HIGHLY recommend this location and most specifically John!

I found Visionworks to be quite responsible worth the sales of their products. They back up their warranties. I purchased Michael Kors glasses that needed repairs twice. This last time they swapped fit a new pair L.A.M.B wish a reasonable fee. Thanks to Michelle for all her excellent customer service. I love Visionworks . They are fair and I want charged too much.

Jackie is by far the most amazing person I have ever worked with! My son is 4 and has struggled with the glasses we selected for him. It was the 4th time in a 1-2 month span I had been to the store because his glasses broke. She could tell I was frustrated, but on a single mom budget I was limited in options. Due to the nature of the break, reason they broke (it was the same reason each time), and frequency, she offered to give us a pair of glasses for free that were equivalent in price but a different brand and more durable. I couldn’t believe it! I didn’t ask for that, it was just something she offered on her own accord. I will always come to this vision works to get helped by Jackie. She is phenomenal, and so is this location!

Tala assisted me for this visit. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to get the lenses in my current pair of frames replaced and she was able to get me two new pairs of glasses for cheaper than just new lenses. This was my second good experience with this Vision Works. 👍

I procrastinated as usual and I went to this location on the busiest day of the year December 31st. I purchased glasses for myself and my two kids. I had the best experience with the manager John Senn. He made my experience very smooth and stress free. I would recommend this location for anyone shopping for glasses. Easy A. my rep at Visionworks gets an Easy A+. Easy fixed 2 pair of frames that needed major attention in about 10 minutes and charged me nothing. Friendly and a great conversationalist he made my experience a really good one. In October when I buy new frames I WILL BE LOOKING Easy up again at 231 S. Fry Rd. This is a great store!!!

This location will tell you are eligible for rebates for contacts, then fail to provide you with the correct code. When you speak to staff they push you off on someone else. Definitely dont recommend this location. The assistant level is pretty awful.

This place has a very friendly and accommodating staff. A gentleman by the name of Easy. A assisted me every step of the way along with ensuring my every need was met. It was my best experience at an eyewear shop, and Ive been wearing glasses since I was a kid. The lady who helped me out, Michelle, was a thorough professional, she helped me with my insurance, my questions, my quite unreasonable demands. Great customer service, fast and friendly. I have to mention also that there was a pretty good collection of frames across all brands, Id recommend this place and Michelle to other people. It was a wonderful wonderful experience.

Is kind of sad that I, that had never reviewed any place before, have to say something about this store. My first impression of this Visionworks has been bad because of the lack of customer awareness and service. Went there thinking it was a nice place with a great staff due to the good reviews, and was disappointed when I just wanted to make some questions and made me wait more than 20 minutes, and even attended 4 customers that came after me. Probably is a great place, with great staff, but that first impression will make it difficult for me to go back to a Visionworks.

Great place - Michelle is extremely thorough and friendly. She really knows her job and got me a great deal on my new eyeglasses. I highly recommend the store and this person!
