If I could leave a zero star I will. I find the staff very selective on who they choose to be kind to or treat well. They wont even educate me on my new pairs of glasses, have me try it on for issues or give me any useful information that will be helpful. I see them be so upfront with other customers, taking all their time to explain in details all the necessary information. I find myself going back to the store to ask questions and leaving even more confused with them acting like they are been bothered. The Asian lady (I dont know her name) acts like she owns Vision works and does not care or need my business. All the times I have walked in there, I came out feeling less than. I will never ever visit this location again.

Since I have progressive lens, Jacqueline spent the time to make sure my eye prescription and progressive measurement was correct. Also the store manager made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. If you need new glasses and then go to see Jacqueline at Visionworks.

I started coming here about one year ago for my new glasses. And I needed to keep coming back every few months or so due to my doctors perscription changes. Had a glasses emergency today. Yesterday I was playing golf and managed to sit on my READING glasses. Obviously not a good move but I could wear them yesterday until this morning when the lens popped out!Used Google and the closest store to me was Visionworks. Had no idea what to expect but a delightful young woman named Neeoma, fixed my glasses in what I thought was record time. And she would not take a dime for helping me.Great customer service, you got 5 stars from me !

My mom and I went to get our glasses adjusted today. The ladies were extremely courteous, welcoming and professional. Evely adjusted 3 pairs of glasses for us in under 10 minutes. I also over heard one of the ladies giving excellent advice to another customer picking out glasses.

A new customer to this place. But, because of the service I got from Ms. Semone and Ms. Felamari I will Never Ever consider another place for my glasses.Like we all know things do not always go well. Mistakes happen. And it happened here with me. They unfortunately misplaced a pair of my glasses that I had a lot of sentimental value attached too. As soon as they realized I got a call from Semone with a very sincere apology and was asked to come to the store and get any other pair I wanted. Without any price cap.I still requested them not to give up on the lost pair and they did exactly that. Got a call from them the day after Christmas, Again with an apology for the inconvenience and gave me the good news of finding my glasses.Also, I did expect to return the pair that they gave me in exchange of the lost pair. When I mentioned that she gave me an amazing smile and said these are yours too. 😊Like I said mistakes happen. But, it’s all about how they are addressed by the business and it’s associates.Thank you Ms. Semone and Ms. Felamari.You 2 did an absolutely Amazing Job. You 2 helped me immensely finding the right pair and that too with a best care and that too with an Amazing SMILE!!!!Keep up the good work.Happy New Year to you all.

The experience choosing my glasses was great. Helpful staff and clean location. I dropped into the office after a month of not hearing anything about the glasses I ordered. I show up and am employe helps look, goes back into the office and comes back with my glasses and tells me the glasses had been sitting a side for days because there was no paperwork and no one knew who they belonged to. So no one could have done some research in the system to see who placed an order? Probably not going back.

I came here on a Sunday afternoon and a very nice, delightful salesperson named Alex helped me pick out some super cool frames. He was not pushy at all and allowed me to take my time in picking out what I wanted. Then he gave me some simple lens options. Everything was very straightforward and simple, exactly the way I like it. I didnt want to spend a fortune because I dont have vision insurance. Luckily, Alex helped me find some within my budget. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some nice glasses without breaking the bank.

Quality is not good. We purchased several pairs of glasses for family members. After one year not one pair is in perfect condition. The lenses seem to be very soft and are easily scratched even with the added protection. The screw on the arm on my sons frame loosened and could not be tightened enough to prevent them from staying tight long term. We have had luck at Costco but generally just order online which is a significantly cheaper alternative, and quality seems to be better than Visionworks.

They were so very helpful with fitting my glasses! Even though the glasses were from somewhere else Jacqueline still went above and beyond to help me get them fitting just right. Highly recommend!

Have been getting glasses here since 2014. First time to have a new yet so knowledgeable person help me out. Verified my insurance quickly, and let me know what my insurance covered. Devin was more than helpful and gave me time to look and try on glasses. She helped when I asked, but didnt feel rushed. It was Dec. 31st. Lynn helped me when I picked up glasses more than I have ever experienced in the past. Very happy and will let my coworkers know they will get good service and help if needed.

This is the best place to go for prescription glass. Alexis helped me find my glasses he was very nice, honest and straightforward. There are a variety of glasses to choice from but don’t worry Alexis would help you find what you need within your budget.

Great Customer Experience! Searching for glasses for my son! Staff was very knowledgable of insurance and what my insurance would cover and gave information as to be best way to utilize my coverage at this time and in the future to benefit my pocketbook, even though that advise delayed my purchasing another pair of glasses. I will be sure to return to this location when my benefits renew. The best part of my experience is that the associate that assisted us was not pushy at all, allow us to roam and try on frames freely, checking on us periodically and once we narrowed it down to a few, assisted with making a great choice. Neoma ROCKS! I walked into Visionworks expecting a significant wait time before being offered assistance, and much to my surprise, Neoma acknowledged me AS I WALKED IN THE DOOR! She assisted me immediately, got me fitted for 2 new pair of specs and I was on my way, on a Saturday afternoon, may I add.
