Not only did they fail to tell my mother that they were out of network for her insurance(yes shame on her for trusting a business to be upfront about charges) but after spending over a $1,000 on exam and glasses they then wrote a prescription for contact lenses that she can not get filled any where but there. The contacts would be over $400 and after what shes already spent she just couldnt afford it but they have written the prescription in such a way that no other eye dr is able to fill it and Dr. Nguyen refuses to change the prescription only that she will have her come on and fit her for another repair, at yet another cost. Taking advantage of the elderly and trusting. My family and I have all come here and will not be back due to outrageous prices terrible business practices.

Just finished with my eye exam at Revolution Eyes in Cinco Ranch. Great experience! Dr. Nguyen had a great attitude and is friendly, professional and thorough. She went into much detail when I would ask questions, but she was also conscious of my time and very efficient with the exam time. She is very easy to chat with about our families and life fun; but was ready to get down to business with my eye exam and my choice of frames.Her staff was friendly and helpful as well. I was a walk-in (no appointment) and it was the lunch hour. They delayed their lunch hour to accommodate me. Very service oriented. The facilities has a high-end feel to it with the latest and newest eye exam equipment. Designer frames to choose from among the many choices of frames. I highly recommend this place.

I was very pleased with my recent visit to the Revolution Eyes for my annual eye examination a few months ago. Dr. Nguyen and her staff’s friendliness and helpfulness made my visit more enjoyable. She was very detail oriented and thorough in her examination procedures with all the modern equipment in her office. She explained to me what she found in simple and easy to understand terms which made me feel very comfortable. Her staff was also very friendly and patient in helping me to select the right frame and lenses that suits me best. I would strongly recommend a visit to Dr. Nguyen at Revolution Eyes. I will surely be back for my annual checkups.

We have seen Dr. Nguyen for past 3 years. Although she is sweet and gentle, I do question her performance. Each year, my eyes have been seeing less clear at night, but she said everything is fine and that my hormones might play a role. So this year, I decided to go to another doctor and he manipulated my left and right eyes prescription differently that ended up helping a ton. However, since my kids love her, I decided to stick. But that changed when she was not being accommodating. We had a 10am appointment but was running a little late. Called about 15min before our appointment and told her we will be about 5 to 10 minutes late. She then went ahead and cancelled our appointment. We were on our way there, just a few minutes late. I have never came across this kind of service. If I was going to be 15 minutes late or so, Id understand. But 5 minutes? There are many great doctors nearby that arent so stiff on their appointments. And thats is what we are going to do: find a different one.

Dr. Nguyen is great. She helped me understand during the exam what she was looking at in my eyes, and gave examples of what she was looking for (or hoping not to find). I had exams for my glasses and contacts. Dr. Nguyen was helpful with helping chose the better and more comfortable brand for my contacts. I did get glasses there too which I am very happy with (plenty of compliments). This place has a wide variety of brands and styles to choose from. If you found a style you liked, but not the color, they can look in the system to see what other colors are available. I called for a refill on my contacts, and received a call two days later that they were ready to be picked up. This place is quick and professional. I have recommended this place to other family and friends.

Excellent experience Doctor is terrific I changed from Grand Vision (was not happy there) Revolution Eye was a great experience purchased two pair of glasses.

I like this place because it has all of my favorite brand names like Tory Burch, Marc Jacobs, and Ray-Bans! The store is very well kept and they have all new equipment. Dr. Nguyen is very professional and always takes her time with me. She is very knowledgeable and I always feel like I am getting a good deal through her office. Will definitely come back!

I came here on recommendations from family members last year, and this review is over 2 eye exam visits. I had a great experience both times. The staff at the front desk are very friendly, helpful, and efficient both on the phone as well as in-person. Dr. Nguyen was very personable and genuinely interested in helping me out. They also had a great selection of glasses. Overall Im more than pleased with my experience at Revolution Eyes. I will definitely continue to see Dr. Nguyen for all of my eye care needs.

Amazing service! I came for an eye exam for glasses and contacts. She was very thorough during the exam and explained what she was doing. I have problems with dry eyes and I work at a computer all day so sometimes my contacts irritate me but Dr. Nguyen recommended me the best contacts that would fit my needs and I have no complaints! The staff is really friendly and helped me find glasses that fit my face, are comfortable, and look flattering. I have problems with glasses sliding down my nose bridge but I was able to find a great pair of glasses that fit very well. I would highly recommend her for your eye care needs.

Went here since I moved to Katy and the office is very clean and staff was extremely nice. Very little wait and the doctor took the time to explain what I needed. Good selection of glasses and they came quickly. Definitely one of the best vision places I have been.

I have a very high prescription so my regular checkups and contact lens prescriptions/fittings are very important. Ive been through several different optometrists in my lifetime, having worn glasses since the first grade but I will never go anywhere else now. Dr. Nguyen always puts her patients concerns and comfort first. She spends just as much time explaining to her patients as she does listening to them.I highly recommend this doctor and the office as well - they have a wonderful selection of frames and sunglassed at different price points and a variety of brands.

My visit was perfect. Nothing about my appointment experience could have been improved upon. I saw Dr. Nguyen exactly at my appointment time (if not a few minutes before) and both the staff and Dr.Nguyen were friendly and professional. The office was new, clean, and well decorated. I have never been 100% satisfied with a doctor visit prior to today.

Awesome friendly service, quick too.

Super pleased with my eye drops / contact lens / computer glasses combo. My eyes arent trashed at the end of a workday. When I get up from the desk, I set aside my glasses, and my vision is still sharp. I only wear glasses for computer work. Revolution refitted my expensive frames and saved me a trip to Houston. Great attention to detail.
