First time shopping at whole foods in Katy! actually its been awhile since I shopped at Whole Foods since the pandemic started. this whole foods location is big and spacious and very clean. lot of offerings especially prepared foods and bakery here, they even make and sell pizzas. not many locations do. and I like how they showcase local homegrown products as well. dont remember seeing that other places but then again its been awhile.

I went to go inquire about a custom cake. However, before I went to whole foods I called to make sure they made custom cake which I was told they do. When I reached to the bakery section the lady told me they do not. I told her but I just called and told you guys do. Then she said okay but we only make custom cake in chocolate??? Besides that, please have a person upfront at the counter who can communicate better and speak proper English. I dont mean to be rude but it does make the communication easier.

The cooked meals are my life savers as a mom of three toddlers!! Honestly I love coming here even when I don’t need anything just to walk around.I just love this place and mostly I like the clothing section, it is small but you can find great finds,Wonderful whole rice sushi,great vegan cakesThe staff are always super friendly,

I really love my local Whole Foods, staff is always friendly and the store is very clean and organized. I instantly get happy coming in here to find vegan options for myself. Whole Foods has a little something for everyone and I appreciate that about them.

What a great experience! Today was my first day shopping at Whole Foods. I had a list with me. I was looking at the fish and one of the associates approached me to ask if I needed any help. She pointed me to all the aisles and looked at my list with me. She went above and beyond with her friendly attitude. There are vegan items and I loved their produce section. It’s so organized and all the workers are hard working and are everywhere at the store if you need anything or have a question. Also, kudos on using PAPER BAGS! SO SO SO ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY and I applaud this green mentality! Thank you, Katy Whole Foods! - Mother of 3

Very unfresh fruit tart, has mold on fruits, tastes like trash. Disgusting and it was a waste of money! Very disappointed!

The quality of the staff here is very poor! No manners, no service. They dont know what theyre doing? No training at all.They are not worth more than $1,000 a month I spend here!

Bakery staff are always so helpful except for today 8/18, Jessica at the bakery section seemed so bothered that I requested happy birthday written in pink on a cake! She needs a break or something. Made me feel like I really gave her the hardest chore. I come all the way for the Berry Chantilly cake and always get the best treatment. Just unprofessional!

Located in a very convenient area and is very clean but I am disappointed in the fact that they mislabel there products. I bought a pack of bread which was packaged on that very day according to the label, but the next day it started growing mold. I wouldn’t suggest buying stuff from the bakery, but otherwise the stores not bad.

Accidentally setup my Amazon return to here but glad I did, it was really fast and easy to do. Friendly staff who directed me where to go as I usually do my Amazon drop offs at Kohls or ups store. Its otw to my pt place too so its a great location and no line, Ill have to use this place more often.

I recently moved from Chicago to Cinco Ranch and I always grocery shop at Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. And this is the first Whole Foods I’ve visited in TX and I’m disappointed. The produce was not the best, everything was old and spoiled. There was not a good variety of FRESH produce. Maybe I came on a restock day, I’m not sure. It just needs to get better. However, the bakery section was good. Also, I have never seen Sutter Home wine be sold at a Whole Foods. That’s really shocked me.

I dont even have to go to the store to experience their useless services. They are worst. I tried ordering a pizza, without even knowing my order the persona said, I would charge you a $1.25 for any additional topping but he failed miserably to explain that their vegetarian pizza doesnt come with any topping not even cheese (Surprise!!). Also, along the conversation price was bumped from $1.25 to $1.50. I guess wholefoods is trying to change pizza forever for the world or else they just like to eat pizza base by itself. Good luck to anyone planning to order pizza from WF.

Cant avoid plastic while shopping here...super annoying. Still waiting for plastic-free shopping + dining experience. And an upcycling strategy? Meat strategy? I thought they are supposed to be the leaders of healthy + environmentally friendly food shopping? Or is it just a monopoly on the market?

The best teriyaki candied salmon. I can only get in Katy. Not Houston, Not Sugarland, and not Charlottesville VA. All that I frequent Monthly. Thank you Katy for making this year round. Its delicious. A lil pricy but delicious!

They asked me to put a mask on to do my shopping, I did, then the security guard kept watching me as I went through produce. Every time I faced the front door while shopping, I noticed him staring at me. When hed see me notice him he walk back outside. A few minutes later, the same scenario would occur. It made me really uncomfortable and some what irritated.I dont mind wearing a mask if asked, but to treat me like a delinquent little kid is a whole different issue. I will not return until normalcy is put back in place. I feel like the amount of money spent on the merchandise here is not worth the discrimination.There are literally 2 products I buy here that I cant get anywhere else, I can live without them.Also why dont you have organic baby Bella mushrooms? I can get those at HEB, theyre organic selection isnt the best, but yet they have a variety of organic mushrooms... whats up with that? Yall need to step up your mushroom game.

Always have what Im looking for. Store is always clean, staff is always helpful. I love the different selections they carry.

The produce is great! The dairy case is good too. However, all the packaged food and products are square in the middle of the store, making everything you need an obvious journey around the boxed things. Not easy to stop in for fresh things, they are far from the cashiers.

Ive been going to whole foods for the bakery dept. Idk but Ive noticed all of their baked goods are so much better and not as sweet. Definitely try Tiramisu!

The butchers at this whole foods are so friendly, they always humor my 6 year old and hold up the larger fish for him to see ❤️💕

We live in south Texas. There are no whole foods. We are vegans. We are really excited by the selections.

Literally the perfect size supermarket. Always has interesting new foods and all our traditional organic favorite items. Produce is always very high quality and loads of locally sourced items are available.

I mean, its Whole Foods. Good products even though theyre limited. Prices are at a premium though! And if were honest, other grocery stores are catching up to the quality with lower prices.

Went to drop off an Amazon return. They did not want the box I brought the return in. Also found out that they do not recycle either and did not offer to dispose of my box. Weird for a wholistic grocery store. Cardboard is worth quite a bit in the recycling world. Not sure why they would not collect that. Odd world we live in today.

I just wasnt impressed. There were some aspects that I liked, i.e. the bar. But ovetall, its an oversized Sprouts. Customer service was excellent and the selection of goods was good. I guess I will have to go back and make a more thorough review. 3 stars is usually not enough for a return.

Staff is always friendly, and proactive in making sure customers with a couple of items are quickly checked out instead of waiting in long lines with everyone else doing the (full) groceries. Store is also very clean too

I made a curbside order the Tuesday night before the holiday Thursday for pick up Wednesday. I got there and only two of my items were brought to the car. I told the curbside person that this was not all of my order. He went back inside to check on it and came back with a manager. They quickly got on getting me my items and the manager provided a gift towards my next purchase. This store will be getting more of my business.

I will be shopping here more now that they have great deals and sales for Amazon Prime members! Look at this key lime pie from the bakery! The BEST! You gotta try it.

The store manager did not allow my 89 year old mother to use restroom. As expensive as everything is for them to not allow this service. The store should close if not able to provide such a basic necesity

I did not know about the amazon prime thing. This is still the best place to get organic food. There is a lot of variety and the store is clean and the baskets and there are not lots of crowds. Additionally, I feel more community conscious people are there so no random people trying to take off their masks in public or foolishness.

Herded in like cattle through one entrance to buy overpriced food items. No thanks. The 6 foot rule is for everyone except employees. Go to Sprouts which has reasonable prices.

When I want fresh fruits and vegetables this is where I go. They have variety of fruits and vegetables. I will come back.

In the store at 4:30 today. Tried to order the Friday pizza special ($6 large cheese) for Amazon prime members. I asked to add and pay for 2 toppings. Was told not allowed to add (and pay for) toppings by 2 employees. This was odd, as a family member has added toppings on numerous occasions. In an effort to salvage the order, I asked to get the cheese pizza and was told it would be “minimum” of 45mins (at 4:30). I said no thank you. To top off the experience, both staff were not very friendly. Great job Whole Foods/Amazon.

Nothing to really jump up and down about, Ive definitely been to much better ones. They didnt have much warm food and what they did have packaged up didnt look appetizing at all and their pizza didnt look good either.

Wasnt even busy at 4pm, and I asked two people to direct me to dog food, one sent me to produce, produce guy sent me to the right place after making me wait while he was talking to a friend he saw. Now I know where dog food is

Very expensive but I have to admit, you can stay healthy shopping here if you have the means. Everything here is either organic or whole foods, not too many processed food (which means when you read the ingredients you can recognize it or able to pronounced it).

We’ve been coming to this location since it’s near to our house but everything is going down, bad quality products, vegetables and fruits are old and damage and they are not cheap, and they are not carrying some products that we actually buy for our daily basis also if you bring your own bag you have to pack your groceries I don’t think we’ll be back here

They also helped me with additional produce I needed for juicing. I can’t thank y’all enough for helping us (myself, patient & wife) during the three months we were here. It’s pricey though, I bought the small cake for $10 without taxes and tastes the same as any other grocery store (too sweet), I recommend having the fruity cakes they make, it tastes amazing and not too sweet and it was on special for $27 ( largest size)alsoo, the employee at the front door is really sweet and he’s very friendly!

Im a frequent shopper of Whole Foods, my go-to. However, the customer service here is so bad I had to leave a review. From walking into checking out, everyone was rude for no reason. The cashier was the cherry on top! Didnt say one word to my dad or me and ignored us when we attempted to have any small talk - hey there, hows your weekend? Nothing. Hows your day going? Absolutely nothing. He just stared at us and continued to check us out.

I enjoyed my shopping so much because everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Everyone is so professional and accommodating every time I go to this location! And the employees actually know where their products are and actually know about the products that they sell.

I always love Whole Foods and the selection they have is fabulous my only reason why I didnt give it five stars is because for me its out of my budget. But when they have sales they have great sales.

I always expect more from Whole Foods but every time I arrive there I do not buy much because they lack options.
