The customer service was excellent! The staff walked through all the options and broke down the menu to us. They took the time to make sure we got something new and something we would enjoy. Definitely made for a great experience. The drinks were a good price. They got them out quickly.

Hands down the best boba shop ever. I’ve been coming here almost every weekend for the past 2 years and they have never failed to make the best boba tea. I always order the Earl Grey Milk Tea w/ 3Q, and they’ve always been consistent with their quality in flavor, boba, and service. Even after I moved back to Austin, and each time I come back to Houston, I can’t skip Tea Top during my visit. I hope you guys come to Austin one day!They have another location in Bellaire, however it just doesn’t taste the same. I’d recommend the Katy location over the one in Bellaire. Haven’t been able to find a better boba shop in Texas. Keep doing what y’all are doing!

If i could put 10 stars, I would do so. Since I live in Chinatown area, I usually visit the one in Chinatown location almost every week. Thus, I felt a bit weird if I went to Katy location this time to get milk tea. However, i love Teatop milk tea a lot, I decided to go there. First, this store is big, clean and decorated nicely. Im not sure if this place has mini boba like in Chinatown or if they ran out at that moment but it was alright. As always, they made drinks very fast. The thing made me surprised was the cashier asked me if I have registered for rewards system/ account with them. It answered my question because I always wonder why Teatop doesn’t have reward card or something similar. The process was super fast, they just need the phone number and first+last name. At the end, the drink was good, boba just cooked and was warm, cheese foam was delicious.Thank you very much for this enjoyable experience!

Great place, good seating, cute decor, differently tasty. The tapioca is in brown sugar so it has a different taste. The color tapioca balls is more like juice ball that pop in your mouth. Kids love it.

This tea place is a little tucked away from the other stores, but very friendly customer service and good tea. They have original or cheese foam options. I got the oolong tea with original foam, which is sea salt, it’s too salty for me. Won’t be getting the foam again.

Best tea in Katy Asia Town! We got the taro milk tea with coconut jelly and the hot Jasmine tea which was all the freshest I’ve ever had! The staff was very helpful and committed to making sure you enjoy your drink. It was really nice to be able to get a big glass of water too, Im always dying of thirst when I drink all that sugar😅

Their OG location down in chinatown is one of our favorite boba places in Houston, and this location is no different!Dropped by after dinner on a Thursday night and grabbed a Sun Moon Lake milk tea to go at 80% sugar. Simply delicious!Im trying to cut the sugar to help my waistline but I would highly recommend getting the drinks at the sugar level the staff recommends.Weve had a good chunk of their menu and the Sun Moon Lake milk tea is a must try, in addition to their taro milk tea. If youre a taro lover, that drink is made with real taro and sago!Cant rave enough about this place. Would stop by any of their locations everyday if I could!

They refused to serve my sister bcuz she wasn’t wearing a mask mind you out of a group of 5 ppl everyone else had a mask on. Also the employees are already hiding behind a plexiglass and have mask on . If you gonna force customers to wear a mask provide one!! Been to many other businesses who don’t hound you down for not wearing a mask . Will not be back.

Their Taro tea isn’t the same as other places because they make it differently- my sister didn’t like that so they were amazing enough to let her get another drink. I got the Earl Grey with 3Q-it has 3 different types of bubbles, and that took some time to get used to as I was drinking.I absolutely loved the interior design of this place- they even have small booths with outlets where you can sit and work!

First time visiting this place the staff was very very patient with me and my family.The main cashier was very very nice and asked us what kind of teas we generally preferred to come up with a list of suggestions for us.I got the taro milk tea with coconut jelly and it was Amazing!

Decided to check this place out, as it is 1 of the 6 tea places within the same shopping center. What brought me inside was a photo shared on yelp of their Matcha Latte. I went ahead and ordered that, and the cashier was nice enough to suggest adding nothing below 80-100% sugar. She explained that the Matcha is quite bitter, but it is totally optional of how much sugar I would like to add. I went ahead and went with her suggestion, as I trusted her input. The drink came out perfectly and I was impressed! I will be back to try other menu options!I also appreciate how spacious the tea shop was! The interior was pleasantly decorated and gave a nice relaxed feeling. I love the mini booths by the windows! So cute and cozy!

I love Tea Top! I come here all the time with my friends and the staff is super nice and welcoming! Today, my boyfriend got his regular drink which is the Alpine Green Tea with less ice and 30% less sugar and it is delicious. I usually get the Cold Brew Osamanthus Oolong Tea and it’s so good you can’t go wrong with it! Today I decided to try the passion Green Tea Medley ain’t less ice and it is delicious as well both are my two go to drinks! Really everything in the menu is so good and there is something for everyone. The drinks are very customizable as well so depending on what you like they’ll have it here! The atmosphere of the place is really relax you can even come here to study or just hangout with friends. They do game night on Tuesdays and they have a lot of games to choose from. It is such a friendly place that this is my new tea place and worth the try, it won’t disappoint!

My go-to tea place. Good vibes, good tea, they always be adding new things and theyre always down to answer your questions. Can get a bit noisy in the late evenings, sometimes families and friends will play games, so consider that if youre going there to study. Good stuff.

Good Boba! I got the Yogurt Orange with less (30%) sugar and Ai-yu jelly and it was super delicious. I also got the brown sugar jasmine milk tea with 50% sugar and boba. The boba seems a little small but still good quality. The drink was a little watered down but I think it was mostly because I asked for 50%. Next time I’ll try a regular sugar level for the milk tea and see how it goes.

This place has got to be one of my favorite boba places in Houston/Katy. Friendly staff, drinks are always on point. A must try if youre an avid boba drinker like myself👌

A very nice place to get top quality Asian tea, both the staff and environment are very inviting. Plus they can customize your order to suit your personal preferences. Yesterday one of the staff even helped us on our car problem! Big thanks goes out to that staff.

Love the tea - love the service. I was told to try a different tea house in the area due to a supposed larger selection. I did visit the other tea house, but never ordered a thing because the staff was extremely unfriendly. Not at Tea Top. They have delicious teas, a wonderful variety of flavors, scrumptious macarons and employees who are always pleasant and willing to assist you in any way possible. My daughter is allergic to cinnamon. Tea Top went out of their way by contacting the baker to check the ingredients. Most places get annoyed when we ask about ingredients and we even had a Starbucks tell us to just have her take a bite to see if there was cinnamon. Tea Top always asks us our opinions on items. I really appreciate their effort to make their customers happy. The atmosphere is very soothing. I honestly cant sing enough praises for this tea house. My daughter loves the Jasmine tea, my current favorite is the peach tea with apple popping bubbles but everything we have tried is great. Do your taste buds a favor and give Tea Top a try.

Another bob tea shop pop up in Katy Asian Town. Without any expectations I try this place .Parking excellent and the place is new and shiny, also very clean. The ambien is modern and ample of spaces. The place is well lit and plenty of tables for studying,My drink is lemonade with grass glass jelly and is not too sweet. The jelly was chewy and very good. I try a bit a their Sun Moon Lake tea was delicious.The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They even offer samples for the new comers to try.This might be the favorite from now on. Ill be back to try more of their drinks.

I visited here recently and really enjoyed it! I wasnt sure what to get because it is a new place, but the staff was knowledgeable and helped me try something new. I had the black pearl dessert lactose free and it was delicious! My friend had the hot ginger tea and she also liked her tea. We will visit again soon.

I like tea. Who doesnt? I live in Katy, and Ive tried every bubble tea place in the area, and tea top is by far the best. Fight me on that. No place has higher quality tea than tea top, and dont get me started on the actual flavour of the drinks. Never watery, always the perfect amount of sweetness, and easily the best tapioca pearls in the greater Houston area. Milk tea isnt hard to make, but its incredibly hard to perfect, and tea top has that on lockdown. Also, no matter who is making your order, your drink will taste the same every time. Too many places have varied consistentcy, but not with tea top. Their employees know whats up.The actual store is also very nice and a chill place to hang. Good vibes all around.Next time youre in that area, dont you dare look at the other tea shops all your other friends are posting about unless its tea top. Trust me!!! Special shout-out to their sun moon lake tea. So good.

Checked out all the Boba stops in Katy Asian town . This one stood out to me not just by the quality but the inside decor. This place is very much Taiwanese influenced with all the different teas. From Sun moon Lake tea to your everyday Jasmin green tea. The workers did a very good job on showing me all the different flavors and explaining them.These are my favorites and recommendations from all my visits :)My go to refreshing drink is there Grapefruit green tea. Fresh squeezed grapefruit with the pulps in the drink.If your looking for a milk tea. Sun moon lake milk tea will for sure capture your attention. You get that rich tea taste, non diluted . Also Earl Grey milk tea you wont be disappointed. You get that earl grey fragrance -eeee taste mixed with milk which is the cherry on top.

For those who are into tasting tea flavor out of their quenching thirst drinks, this teahouse uses locally grown tea leaves all the way from Taiwan in the brew, giving you the surprisingly refreshing sensation in the tea. Other recipes such as the grapefruit tea also use real ingredients like the actual fruit instead of artificial coloring and syrups. Like many had said, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is soothing for relaxing or for studying. Amenities such as wifi and charging stations with outlets are complimentary and plentiful. Please give this place a try and you won’t be disappointed!

My go to drink is always a mango smoothie with tapioca. The mango slurpy was extremely sweet and not made with whole fruit, no idea where their mango syrup comes from. I got 80% sugar because I already know I like less than normal. But I cant imagine anyone liking 100%. My friend got a mango slurpy as well with 50% and he said his was too sweet too. Cant stir the pearls in because they use dome lids instead of heat sealed lids, so they all sit in the bottom in really sweet sugar syrup. Probably wont go back. Snow Bubble makes real fruit smoothies that are far superior.

Brand new tea spot in Katy. I liked the grass jelly and apple vinegar drink. If you are a milktea person, try the Sun Moon milktea with tapioca. You wont be disappointed.

Yes! Another tea place to try and have in Katy. First off the place itself is brilliantly designed for big groups, dates, and studying. The outlets are close by and the wooden environment just has a chill vibe.Onto the tea! There are no fruity smoothies but the traditional teas make up for it. I personally like to compare tapioca between places based on their original pearl, matcha, and taro flavors. This gives me a better understanding of their overall quality as some places cut corners by using generic powders and sugar. Tea Top goes beyond my expectation by having a rich tea base that does not rely on sugar as a crutch. The pearl milk has a nice creamy flavor accented with the unique flavor of the brown sugar tapioca. The matcha latte was as bold as a tea of leaves so be sure to mix it thoroughly before hand if that isnt your preference. My gosh, the taro tea had actual taro pieces! Thank you! I get disappointed time and time again with tea places that use the basic taro powder which gives your drink that purple look. Its a must try if you like taro! For those who dont know - taro is a sweet root.Absolutely Positivi-Tea!
