I walked in and was instantly greeted by an amazing tapioca expert...his name is Danny. I did not know what to order. He was so happy to give me some recommendations. I was excited to try them all. The first drink was so delicious that I decided to try a different flavor as well. I know I will come frequently until I try every flavor there is. I definitely recommend this place. This will be at a local favorite of mine. The food menu looked delicious! I will come eat lunch next time for sure!

I really wanted to like this place. It was clean, had a interesting menu, and the lone person there made the drinks as fast as she could.My problem that the drink I ordered was way too expensive for what I paid for. I paid TEN dollars for two drinks: a strawberry tea a a rose water tea. Mind you these were teas not smoothies. Water, syrup and ice, that is it. While the drink was good, the value wasnt there. Especially when this was finishing a repayment on some money I owed for a recent trip.Maybe I should try something else, but today this place was not a hit for me.

This place is hands down got the best tapioca drinks in TEXAS!!!! Delicious delicious drinks :) Danny was super nice to me and my friends he will make you feel like your drink was made especially for you. Try the vanilla Cappuccino with the salted milk foam and you won’t regret it :)

I loooove it here! I could’ve taken better photos of this delicious shredded chicken viet po but I rushed to eat during my break. The customer service is excellent and I’d definitely choose this restaurant over fast food any day! ❤️

Great experience.Cool modern and clean interior.Friendly service.They use real taro in their taro smoothies.Reasonable prices.Punch cards available.Definitely worth a consideration if you’re in the mood for a tapioca drink.

We had the peach green tea and kumquat green tea with tapioca and they were flavorful and amazing. My son loved his peach tea and the wonderfully flavored tapioca. Danny was very helpful. Will return for sure.

Friendly helpful service and great drinks!I went there with my 5yo daughter who loves Boba 🧋(she has a mature pallet 🤷🏼‍♀️ 😆). We loved it! The manager Danny is so kind and helpful! My daughter enjoyed a Honey Oolong Milk Tea with Boba- 50% sweetened. She loved it! The tea flavor was delicious and the sweetness was just right and not overpowering.I tried a Taro Smoothie with Boba. It was delicious! Sweeter than the tea but not too sweet.It’s worth going just for the service. In my experience most Boba/Tapioca Tea places aren’t very friendly or forthcoming with helpful suggestions, but Tapioca Xpress was different!

Now Dani is not working there . He is very friendly, but now there is working a old woman nothing friendly. The quality is not good, the price are higher and without taste. I was waiting for more than 20 minutes. Now they don’t have almond milk either. I don’t recommend this place

My friend & I just left and we had the nicest experience there. Customer service was 12/10, The owner was so incredibly sweet. Food is so good too, go check it out :)

We are so glad they expanded to this new location in Katy. Lots of tapioca drink places to choose from but this is definitely our new favorite due to a variety of boba drinks from their Menu which they can customize to your choice if you want. LOVE their crystal boba tapioca which stays juicy and crunchy, not super rubbery chewy like others. They use natural fruits for the blended drinks instead if artificial powdery stuffs...which is a winner for us. Oh yeah, also a fabulous place to grab some foods if youre running on E and need to refuel your inner sanctuary...their bourbon chicken or roasted pork sandwich, popcorn chickens, specialty kimchi fries are some items we tried thus far and really love them. Outstanding customer service and staff to top it off...we will be coming back for more and try other menu items!

Just like any other tea house. However, this place gets an extra star because of their excellent customer service, great drinks, and delicious snacks. We were so welcomed from the staff and the manager. I got foamy Black tea with tapioca. Their tapioca is chewy, soft, and with the right amount of sweetness to the tea. I definitely will come back to try more flavors! Forgot to take pic for our Viet chicken and pork sandwich... a must try!

Best Vietnamese Coffee in the game! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Bulgogi Kimchi fries are amazing. Danny, the owner, has an infectious energy and creates some delicious combinations with the food and drinks.

This place is the best Boba tea and food place ever in America me and my grandfather come here almost every week I rate this place 10 out of 10 and the people working there are amazing and very kind great service

Definitely my favorite Boba tea spot by far. Stsff is always willing to customize your order to just the way you like it, and add a little extra, no charge. And not only was the tea delicious, but the tapioca bubbles were sweet, too which was quite the pleasant surprise.

First time here, and was greeted immediately, and they helped me choose out my first drink! It was great and the drink I ordered was great!

I don’t usually write reviews, but the service and quality of the tea/boba here has been the best I’ve seen. The regular milk tea(#1) and taro coconut slush(#4) are my favorites. You can’t go wrong with either one. And the actual boba pearls are so soft, chewy, and slightly sweet. It’s like a slightly chewier marshmallow 😍

Nice and quaint little tea shop in a strip center that I think is underrated. I had the honey milk tea and it was great, as was my friends number 1 off the top 10 menu. Both were really good and had boba in it (personally I like popping boba better but the original was good as well). It had a wonderful Christmas vibe with the decorations and neon green when we went in on New Years Eves eve - and Ill be coming back again.

Korean kimchi tacos are amazing.

I called in my order while I waited outside with my pup. The service was great and super friendly/patient on the phone. They brought my food outside to me. I got the grilled pork banh mi, its amazing! Packed with fresh tender pork and sauce, the bread tastes homemade and is light and crispy. Also got a paradise tea, mmmm... the jellies are fresh and tea has a great jasmine flavor 👌

We love their piña colada with boba drinks. Just wished they used ordergrub so i could order in advance and not have to wait for them.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with the menu. The ambiance is very nice and modern. The recommended durian*/avocado with boba was pretty good. *Durian is NOT for everyone. Its an acquired taste* Too bad we had lunch prior, else we would have tried the banh mi and fries. Maybe next time.

Ive been to this establishment 3 times and each visit was delicious-ly splendid! Their bubble tea is the best around the 15-20 mile perimeter FOR SURE. Dont waste time going anywhere else but here!

Great customer service however I will not be returning because the smoothie I had was not blended correctly. I ordered an Avocado smoothie and it had chunks.

This place is superb. I met the owner who is fantastic and incredible person. He introduced me to a couple new drinks and healthy add-ins. This is now a fav spot when I travel to Houston.

Love the owner so much his smile is very welcoming! He supports trying new drink flavors and they have this new punch card where you can get free drinks if you have enough stamps! Also they give you samples!

Great customer service. The young lady was very knowledgeable of all the different drinks. She was very helpful with drink suggestions. I had the coffee milk tea, and it was full of flavor. I will definitely go back, my new teahouse of choice in Katy.

Above all, both the owner, Danny, and his staff are not only very conscientious in making sure your needs are met, but also in developing genuine relationships with the customers to make sure they get something that fits their exact tastes.I cannot recommend this place enough for the folks living in Katy, but even if youre just passing by, definitely drop in! Youll leave with both your stomach and soul nourished and satisfied.(And for the folks needing a place to work or study, this place is super cozy!)

I had the grilled pork Banh Mi....outstanding flavor, plenty of protein but well balanced with other ingredients. Bread was fresh, light, with thin crispy crust. Very pleasant and comfortable for dining in. Can’t wait to go back.

Been to TapX twice now, and both times we had exceptional service and enjoyed the best boba outside of bellaire. TapX might have even better boba than most of the popular spots in China Town. It’s cooked fresh and kept warm. I highly recommend the Wintermelon Milk Tea!

This place is amazing!!! The customer service is amazing. There drinks are amazing and I love how you can put free toppings on it (not including exclusive toppings (50¢)). It is such a cute place with nice decorations.One recommendations Id make:1. Put more parmesan on there parmesan fries. There fries are pretty good, but after ordering there parmesan fries, I would enrich the flavor of parmesan.If you are going to eat there, order less than you would usually eat, because there food is pretty amazing. Went here today and asked if they had avocado tapioca and the lady rudely responded they didn’t have that on the menu I kindly asked for a suggestion and responded with “we have an avocado smoothie, but the tapioca is not in the menu”... very disappointed on the customer services...wouldn’t even make a suggestion..she already had an attitude when I walked in, I get it some ppl have hectic days but the place was empty when I walked in, no excuses .
