Great service and coffee! I visit one 11 on one of my many trips to Houston. As always, I’m usually on the hunt for amazing coffee. Everyone knows Houston is a saturated market but one 11 really hit the spot for me. The interior is cute and the servers are great. Take out and drive through are efficient as well. Definitely will visit again!

I have been to this place. I’d say this place is cute. Was going to go back today but I read the reviews I probably shouldn’t. I am offended by the responses from the owner to only those not completely happy reviews from customers, and their responses always ended with the statement I think it was unnecessary and offending. Won’t be surprised the same would be coming to me shortly.

Okay this is absolutely like a whole other world tucked into a shop inside of a strip mall. I mean seriously I walked inside and I immediately could not wait to bring my daughter back for our own little tea party. It is beautiful and just look at this stunning horse have you ever seen someone display suspended tea cups from the ceiling? This spot is one of Katy’s Secret but one that we must share y’all check them out because I know without a doubt their coffee must be every bit as wonderful as the food!

The coffee shop is beautifully decorated, perfect spot for social media fans that enjoy posting with fun backgrounds and props. Cafe is very cute! I love the interior design! Their coffee comes in big portions (except original coffee like cappuccino or espresso or macchiato) Their lattes are nice! I recommend their lattes! It is a very cute cafe to take pictures and talk with friends!

GO SUPPORT THIS COFFEE SHOP!!!! It’s at the end of a shopping center, so you know plenty of parking. The staff super friendly and answered all the questions I had. Their breakfast sandwiches were good. The coffee is good too! The vibes and oh my gosh let me tell you about the music supper chill. While driving down the south Mason road I passed by this hidden gem of a coffee shop. Exterior looked very warm, cozy and gave off cool vibes. Today I finally decided to get my coffee fix from.this cute looking shop with perfect cup of cuppicino to.offer and a great dessert selection. Prices are fair too. I loved the interior esp the silver horse at the entrance. Seats are very comfortable

I am already in love with this place and its my first time here! First, the decor is GLORIOUS! So beautiful and elegant. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. The music is perfect in selection and volume so you can enjoy it yet still hold conversation. Nice environment for working, studying, reading, or chilling with friends.Next, I really enjoyed my Bombon coffee drink. Very unique and tasty! Im so happy this spot is open now. Its a great alternative to the other main stream coffee shops.Some suggestions to the business:Better tea selection - tea drinkers are often forgotten in the mix and Starbucks does well in servicing their tea drinkers with selection.

I had the matcha ice latte. The product was really good but my complaint is the pricea. Plus the employee didnt tell me he was going to charge me extra for almond milk so this simple drink ended up being $7.25. Way too expensive.

Not worth the visit, if youre wanting to enjoy something well made and worth the amount you pay. They overcharge their products to a ridiculous amount and level that other cafes havent reached. $6 for iced citrus tea thats only a tbsp of the citron tea with honey they sell in HMart? Seriously..?Update (in response to the owners response): When I visited the cafe, $6 was the price for my drink. My review still stands. Risk a trip to this place, if you want to. You can buy a jar of honey citron tea from Hmart for $6 and make a years worth of iced teas. Wow, I feel honored that you know me!

Beautiful little coffee shop in south Katy with a lot of variety and a great atmosphere. Piano music playing in the background, tufted couches, and well thought out design. Very classy feel and relaxing. Oh, and the coffee was great too!

Quality of food/drinks/service is awesome. Super clean place with fun modern interior. Unlike anything else on the west side, that’s for sure. I like to study here, but would also be a good date or meeting spot.

Modern, delicate and shinny place, good coffee and amazing desserts, in the entrance is a Big horse made of mirrors (almost real size). They have large tables and some corners nice to work with your laptop also! The staff is super calm and they don’t bother you at all, is really a great place. I wouldn’t recommend to go with kids because there are many things of glass and mirrors.I went with my husband and we loved it. Different types of coffee and flavors there is even a vintage espresso machine.Now in Christmas they have a wonderful Three decorates with with and of course shiny stuff.

Skip the Starbucks or other cafes nearby, this is the spot. The superior coffee, wide food selection and deserts, and ambiance is better than anything around. Nothing commercial or traditional here, definitely a unique treat.

Very nice place. The decor is like an open beam warehouse with faux brass chairs, white marble, or at least faux marble counter and table tops, totally bare walls except for copper accents and chandeliers to top it all off.Most importantly, the coffee is amazing and they have tasty baked goods to go along with their drink offerings. They also offer smoothies and other drinks as well as both hot and cold tea.

Picking the right beans for your taste buds. From citrus and Graham cracker aroma beans to sweet earthy to savory . Many more to choose from. One 11 will be introducing there own roast soon.The must try so far from this soft opening are the cold brews off the menu. You will get that rich coffee flavor with the slow drips vs cold brew. You get the oils from the beans to that roasty subtle coffee aroma. Very smooth and non acidic . You can drink a whole cup and want another but the problem will be the that your body or mind may not be able to accept more caffeine lol. What I mean is its so easy to drink with no nasty after taste.These slow drips are different than most Ive seen. Its a literal slow drip process than takes around 24 hours. Worth every drip !! Also have an excellent selection of gelato and cakes to choose from. Coffee making/brewing is such a true art that I never really knew.Food will be introduced later on TBA not sure when.This I the place you stop by once and show up the next . Its happen to me and have recommended to many friends .

Horrible horrible desserts!! Had ordered few different cakes on a Friday night. All of them were dry absolutely not fresh at all! Plus it all came in a styrofoam container for which I paid $8.95 each for 5 slices. The place may look fancy but to me it’s just another CHEAP TAKEOUT PLACE😡😡.I am definitely not going there.

Super cute and attractive atmosphere! I devoured the carrot cake!! Oh and they had this Brazilian house blend that was so good I didnt even ask for creamer. They also serve gelato which my daughter loved! There isnt a changing table just FYI incase you want to come with a baby. Will come back again to try more desserts.

Atmosphere is very nice, the decor makes it stand out, the food and drinks are good nothing too special over all cute hangout spot to be, but not recommended for studying I tried to study while having my coffee but it is very small and very loud and I did leave my flash cards behind when studying I called and they told me they didn’t see them and that’s a lie i know for sure I left them behind

I give this place 5 stars all the way. I walked feeling a little blue and after a few minutes absorbing all the great vibes, my mood turned around. I ordered an orange tea that was Devine. I highly recommend One11!

So they’re not actually a roaster... The Diedrich roaster has been replaced by a giant glitter ‘LOVE’ sign. The shot was sour and the drip was decent, but that’s not hard to get right. There is a lot going on in there but roasting isn’t one since they use and sell Cuvée. The name is deceiving. Honestly I would give it less than one star if I could since their name is built on roasting and they don’t roast.

Super cute place. Iced mochas a delicious! VERY happy they have nonfat milk. Will def return and glad that its right next to my work.

Order coffee. The dude working literally forgot to make my coffee. I had to go up and ask him after waiting for 15 minutes. He didn’t even apologize or anything. The place wasnt busy. I was the only one who had ordered anything. I have no idea what the dude was doing or thinking but clearly his job wasn’t his first priority. Also, the coffee sucks. Overly sweet.

This place is gorgeous with a great staff and warm inviting atmosphere. Their desserts are wonderful and I know I will be back to try the coffee soon.

Been here before for desserts, they have tasty treats. But what really deserves 5 stars is Young. My kids next door didn’t get their snacks. Having something to do with simply fresh. He offered to bring them something for me! I really appreciate it that!

Oh One11, you totally have my heart! Last month my mothers group and I met here for a Christmas gathering. From the spotless interior to the cozy atmosphere, you had us! We all were extremely impressed. The owner and staff treated us like family and catered to all of our needs. The team there even had an opportunity to play a fun game with us.I loved how friendly everyone was, how yummy the lemon tarts are, and how every coffee I had was delicious! I would definitely recommend you try this place out. Once you taste their coffee and desserts, you will never want to go to Starbucks again.

One of the best coffee shops in town that is not only aesthetically pleasing but has good quality coffee. My favorite is the iced hazelnut latte! Even their bakery items are fresh and taste amazing! I love the way it is decorated inside as it has bright colors that welcome you in to the shop. There’s plenty of space inside as opposed to other coffee shops. This place is going to be my new study spot!

Came to this coffee shop for the first time and as soon as I went it I fell in love with environment!As a girl who wouldn’t want to be in a cute coffee shop. It’s clean, bright, comfy, and welcoming. Whoever took care of the decor did a heck of a job! This is a place to take cute pics.In regards of the coffee and goodies. Everything was delicious and the portion was right.The only thing that stopped me from a 5 star was the service. The male who helped us was not welcoming. He gave us a mad look the whole time. I know everyone has a bad day. But don’t take it on clients. it was not even closing time we went there hours before closing time and we were the only ones there.But other than that I enjoyed this place. I will be coming back to meet with friends hopefully the service is better.

Visited this coffee shop for the first time and very impressed with not only the cleanliness and atmosphere but the coffee was good. The employee who waited on us was very helpful and knowledgeable as my friend wanted a not real strong coffee and not sweet. My only suggestion would be some lower calorie options of food. Maybe finger sandwiches or scones. Will definitely go back

Just got some fresh beans and a good cup of coffee. Not only were they super friendly and helpful selecting something new, he sprayed down my card with sanitizing spray and gave me a pump of hand sanitizer through the drive through after he gave me my card back. Great experience.

I’m a big fan of one11 and have been coming regularly for about two years now. I got my birthday cake here and the quality is always consistent. Glad to come here as always and youd be missing out if you didnt try their cakes!

Getting my oil changed and decided to go for a walk. I found this place and decided to give it a try. Way better than Starbucks hands down!

Beautiful decor and excellent coffee

Been here a few times this year as we enjoy going to tea house and coffee shops.This place is pretty modern and chic with its white decor.We love the honey tea and we mostly order that drink. Compared to other places, this is on the expensive side as small cup of hot tea is $5+.Parking is plentiful. You order and pick up at the counter. Place feels a bit smallish with their table areangement.

This place is awesome and glad that I found it. The coffee is the best around and the atmosphere is fresh, nicely designed and inviting. Its a great place to go have coffee and dessert or to sit and relax or bring in a laptop and work or read a book. They have a drive thru also for convenience when you dont feel like going inside. Dont forget to say Hi to the HUGE mosaic mirror horse when you arrive! :)

They have the best iced latte I have ever had. Ever. I love coffee and Ive had thousands of iced lattes but theirs has been the best. I believe it was the owner who made it for me. I hope the other employees can duplicate it because Ive been dreaming about their iced latte since I had it 2 days ago. Im now determined to try the different flavors. Ive had the bomba and it s fantastic. Ive also had their regular latte. They know coffee. The cafe is pretty inside as well. The only thing I did not like was the price of the desserts $8-$9 for a small portion. Ill pass. The coffee is so worth it though!

I was standing in front of the cashier about straight six minutes and no one welcome me or tell me that will be with me or even pay attention and the place was not busy only two customer that already was sitting when I walk in. two people behind the cashier I’m gas was too busy to take my order so I turned around and left horrible customer service

Visited this coffee shop this afternoon and thoroughly enjoyed it. They are still in their soft opening and working out a few kinks, but it was delightful. The staff is very friendly, and we enjoyed our refreshments. We got the salted caramel latte and tea. They were out of other teas so we had to get the blooming flower kind. It was quite pricey though. Spent $14 on just these two drinks. The decor is definitely feminine, and very different from any other coffee shop weve been in.

Great quality coffee (never had the food). I switch between the pour over or americano. Atmosphere is very relaxed and easy to concentrate and get some work done.

I like the interior design. I like the carrot cake. But the tea isn’t impressive. I’d say like hot colored water. Also, I paid 15% tip and I don’t feel like doing it again. They have one guy and you have to bring everything on your own even some patron I know that has knee problems.

So me and my wife tried this random place just because it was close by where we had dinner and not to brag but the cappuccino was good and strong with a delicious taste just how I like it. My wife also enjoyed her mocha just as much as I did, the only down side was it did take a little longer then I thought but hey it was worth the wait.

Very nice coffee shop (inside), but the coffee... not so much. I had their lavender latte, and it was watered down. That was a bit disappointing as I thought it would taste much better than it did since the presentation was beautiful! Think they put more effort into the presentation than the taste of their coffee. Also, I was not pleased with the owner personality. Hes not too friendly with his customers at all or maybe he has his picks. I think that could improve, especially since its the customers who determines whether or not your business remains successful.

Excellent coffee (great beans for the craft coffee lover) and breakfast food items. Specifically the orange poppyseed bread and sausage egg and cheese sandwich was phenomenal.
