I just left there and ordered 2 egg and cheese and 2 potatoe egg and cheese. They were extremely cold and a couple was wet on the bottom...I’m not sure if I have to ask for them to be heated up in past experience at multiple locations I’ve always had warm kolaches I’m not sure what’s going on with this location. I threw the wet ones away

We didnt know there was a kolache factory at this location. I stopped in for a snack and the kolaches were fresh and no problem when heated.Employees were helpful about the different kolaches ingredients.

Wish we had one in Florida it was wonderful love them I tried 3 different kinds.

Ok let me start off by saying Rossi ( I believe that is her name) is the best human being Ive come across in a long time. I work for centerpoint inspecting gas lines and I got sent out here yesterday for my work day which is almost an hour drive from my house. I always drive to me work area and find somewhere to have breakfast before I ge to work which in this situation was this place. I got here and as I was getting down down Ive realized I had forgotten my wallet at home. This has happened to me once before and it was terrible I had to struggled to find a place to order online which for some reason online ordering was very difficult specially in an area you dont know and after struggling for like 2 hours I decided to get DoorDash app and have food delivered to me in my work area which I had to wait another hour for it to get delivered so now I have google pay so I can pay with my phone. I went in here and advised Rossi I lost my wallet and if I could pay using my phone. Unfortunately they didnt have the machine for I can pay with my phone but Rossi was kind enough to let me get the food and go back the next day nd pay. I was mind blown because this is the first time this happens to me where I got to a restaurant Ive never been, 1st time ever and they are kind enough to this for a customer. Now today I went back ( today my work area was in Downtown close to the Houston zoo) but I went back just to pay Rossi and show my gratitude. I got my breakfast today (which by the way their Italian chicken kolache and ham & cheese croissant are delicious) we chatted a bit and as I was paying she told me not to worry about yesterdays food and she will just charge me for todays breakfast. Oh my God, my heart, this girl is an angel. Seriously, Rossi, you have a great soul. Please dont ever change no matter the difficul time or people you have to deal with, dont ever loose your kind soul. The world needs more people like you. Next time I get sent to work over by Katy area will definitely visit again. You have gained a customer for a lifetime. A million thanks.

Best Kolaches EVER

The biggest &(?@: ever! My husband came in asking for potato,egg and cheese and my husband asked the idi@(9(! in the counter if he was 100 % sure of it. He assured my husband. My husband came home and we discovered they gave us ham and cheese and ranchero. I am glad these people do not hold important positions like sending rockets moon or in an operating room because they would mess up constantly.

This particular store has the friendliest staff and the Manager is always super nice. They always greet me with a big smile and the food is always on point.

We were pleasantly surprised. We went on a whim and we are so glad we did. The food was delicious and the lattes were on point. It was a bit on the pricey side but the portions were huge. Definitely coming back!

I brought a coupon that had the bottom portion removed so you could not see the address- and despite being a frequent regular, they refused to let me use it.... just a warning to others trying to use a coupon from the back of your Fry’s receipt.

Wonderful kolaches. Very fresh and delicious. Combinations I wild have never thought of. They take email and phone orders so its boxed when you get there. Try the sausage gravy one. It should be illegal is so good

Dawn,I believe in 2nd chances. I just know how the other locations are and was very surprised on this location. Im glad that this reached you. Ill go ahead and change this 1 star give it another shot. Will come back and check on them. Im here to help improve services and not just level up on google reviewer.Apparently the manager here has a bad hearing problem. I ordered sausage and cheese. And she said I SAID sausage egg and cheese. I didnt know u just correct your customers like that. Then wants to just throw the 5$ refund. A manager position shouldnt have a walmart attitude. So find someone else that would show respect and kindness especially if you are at fault. Today is 2.22.2020. So corporate I hope your listening. Go see what the problem is. Yes we know they are busy. But kindness is not a hard job.

It is overpriced for what you get. I understand that its a chain but its nothing special. I had the Polish mild. I did see they had a lot of interesting flavors that I had not seen before as well as sweets like cinnamon rolls.

It wasnt bad, but I did expect more from a place that sells kolaches in Texas. Its more like food from Oklahoma...just meh.

Stopped by on Oct 4th around 11am. Great food, and coffee and the lady learning how to operate a Kolache Factory was lovely to chat with. Unfortunately the man working there decided it was acceptable to make rude and disparaging political comnents about Republicans. Not sure why anyone working in a service capacity would think that would be acceptable. Your political opinions should never enter the workplace. We get bombarded enough with political garbage without having to listen to it while trying to get a cup of coffee. Will not be returning.

Used the drive thru this morning at 8:30 a.m. One would assume the kolaches would be hot and fresh on a Saturday morning, but not the case. I ordered the Bacon & Cheddar, which contained cold, dry, lumpy, stale cheddar and the Jalapeño Popper, which was only slightly better. I gave 2 stars only because the prices are fair (if the food is edible) and the drive thru is convenient. Unfortunately, these particular kolaches were not up to par. I threw them away half eaten!
