Excellent, high-quality food. All the dishes were very flavorful. The Boba tea‘s were delicious. Everything is always super clean and well-maintained. The employees always greet us with a smile and are very kind.Inside decoration is very modern and pleasing to be. Menu is pretty extensive. Keep up the good work.

I dined into this restaurant for the first time today. I ordered a mocha milk tea and a grilled pork bahn Mi sandwich. The sandwich was REALLY good. The meat was tinder and full of flavor. The tea was refreshing but what you have to come meet the staff. I only caught George’s name but all the boys were friendly and A1 on their customer service. They asked if I needed help with the menu, offered water with my order, and check on me after I got my order. 10/10 good job boys!

This place has the best fries! I love coming and ordering a smoothie with fries and popcorn chicken. The chicken and fries come with basil leaves and they’re seasoned so good. The price is also great! You get a small bucket if fries for $3. Definitely recommend!

Order mix of caramel and coconut tea. The tea was not good, and requested if they could make the tea sweet as it tasted like coffee. I was me handed stevia. Ended up throwing in the trash, and was not offered a different tea or remake.

Ordered the grilled pork rice and Bulgogi banh mi, the tastes are really average, will not crave for it next time. I also noticed the back of their iPad was quite dirty...I dont have much confidence in whoever managing this place.

First time visit for a short easy lunch togo. It was recommended by our pediatrician’s office staff. I ordered the Grilled Pork Thit Nuong banh mi($5.50), the Popcorn Chicken (spiciness=mild)($5.50), and an Artichoke Tea with basil seeds, herbal jelly, and lychee jelly ($5). The popcorn chicken was well cooked, and tender yet crispy on the outside. It was a bit on the salty side. I didn’t have the banh mi but I was told by my hubby it was salty as well. I liked my tea. I did ask for NO sugar for the sweetness level. I think the lychee jelly added that good hint of sweet already. Over all I’d come again.

Excellent customer experience during COVID. Despite the increase in calls during rush time, Richard could take care of my order through the chat feature on Google Maps and it was fulfilled as promised and with no flaws...and that goes with also saying that quality and flavor are top kitchen...support your local businesses!!!

Typically I would rate higher but today’s experience was concerning. I saw one employee eat some type of noodle dish with her hands (fingertips in her mouth) and then proceeded to TOUCH the payment iPad screen with her hands. She was the one making the drinks so I don’t know why she had to touch the iPad as well without cleaning her hands. Considering what is going on in the world, and the fact that they do not wear masks while working, I would hope they would encourage washing your hands.

Great food and customer service! My daughter wanted to try boba tea and the nice young man at the register took the time to explain to us all the flavors they carry. We ordered the peach tea with strawberry boba and it was great. We also ordered their banh mi sandwiches. We got the BBQ pork, the BBQ beef and the shredded chicken. They were all so delicious! We will definitely come back again.

Can anyone explain how someone could hire such unprofessional employees? No greeting when you walk in, no acknowledgement when you are at the counter to pick up, the food and drinks are always late, just outright bad service. I walked into pick up an order and the young female cashier was checking out someone in front of me. I stood there as we made eye contact waiting for her to acknowledge me and ask what I was picking up. She looked at me, said nothing and just turned around and walked away.

Yummy bubble tea. Fast service, good people, nice choice of drinks and snacks.I tried there taro and tiger tea. They are delicious. I like there curb service. There is no need to wait in the store. We can wait in the car and they will serve you there. Easy to spot and no parking issues. Good place to visit if u love and would like to try bubble tea.

I go to Go Tea all the time, and their drinks are amazing!!! Whether you get a slushie, milk tea, Vietnamese coffee, or a fruit tea, you will not be disappointed! All their drinks are fantastic! If youre someone who has a low sugar tolerance like me, make sure to get your drinks at 50% just to be on the safe side. My personal rec for something sweet and filling is the lavender milk tea with egg pudding. For something light and refreshing get the ginger green tea with milk foam, and for something thatll get you ready to take on the day, get the Vietnamese coffee!! Their food is also excellent (I adore the spicy popcorn chicken Bahn Mi!!!), making Go Tea a one stop shop for lunch. Plus the staff is always really nice :)TL; DR: go to Go Tea

Gobs of fat in the pork and sweet too. Burnt egg rolls and fries. Popcorn chicken was inedible. It was so bad that I almost forgot they shorted us the order by a $8 item.

The smoothies are not made out of real fruit. It’s all powder. First time I ordered rose smoothie and was too sweet. Then tried lavender, too sweet and very icy. Then we tried taro avocado and both the taro and avocado are from powder! No real avocado.Then we tried mango avocado and mango powder also avocado powder. I’d rather just not keep trying, won’t be back here again. Much prefer the other tea places that everything is made from real fruit and real ingredients not just horrible tasting powders.

This place is EPIC! Their Banh Mi is out of this world. I got the Grilled BBQ Pork and let me tell you..I wish I had an entire 9x13 on of that stuff..so delicious!! It was the perfect combination of savory and sweet. I ate it so fast I forgot to take a pic but I did order their Watermelon Green Tea. Honestly, when I got it, it was like a giant glass of sugar water..I tried to drink it but just couldnt..I went up to the counter and asked to purchase another one with less sugar and the owner offered to just remake it for me, for no charge! I was blown away, thats true customer service. The second one was perfect. Great flavor and just the right amount of sweetness.Thank you, Richard, for an excellent experience. This was my first time going to this boba store and our drinks took a very long time to be given to us and once I was halfway done with my drink, I felt dizzy and got a stomachache. Ive been to other shops that sell boba/bubble tea and this is the first time Ive ever gotten sick.

We stumbled upon this place a few weeks ago and have already ordered take out 3 times. Extremely delicious and a tremendous value. You can get their bulgogi or what they call popcorn chicken on a banh mi for about $5-$6. I would highly recommend both. They also have really good french fries that are thin and crispy. Both the fries and the popcorn chicken can come regular or spicy. I like really spicy food, so I liked them that way ... but they were pretty spicy FYI. My wife can tolerate some spice, but this was too much for her. So happy to discover this place!

This place has great tea, we got the mango lemonade with rainbow jelly and matcha green tea smoothie with tapioca. They have good customer service and very clean.

My favorite place for drinks and snacks! I love their milk tea. I like it better than any other places I’ve been to, including in Bellaire and Katy Asia Town. The drinks are always fresh and with the right amount of sweetness. The food is delicious - popcorn chicken and bánh mì. Customer service is great! A plus is knowing we are supporting local and small. 🤍

I tried this tea place for the first time. The gentleman at the register assisted me with recommendations as there was so much to choose from! I am sure he could see it on my face. I tried the Strawberry, Watermelon, Passion Fruit, and Hazelnut smoothie. They were all very tasty! Will come back for sure. I did not try it this visit but the popcorn chicken looked very good!

Prompt service, but staff was not knowledgeable in their ingredients nor were they able to offer any suggestions. Overall boba tea was not as tasty as other places, but it is conveniently located.

I really like go tea! The kids that work there are super friendly, they’re really fast and efficient, & I go so often that every ten drinks (pretty much every three visits since I buy multiple drinks at a time L O L), I get a free one! (Ask for their stamp card)The food is actually sooooooo good, especially the kimchi fries. Always ask for the extra egg on top. It literally is soooooooo amazeballs. The bulgogi bahn mi is astounding, too.Only thing is, you have to remember to ask for cutlery, b/c if not, they will only give you napkins. And if you get a bahn mi (sandwich), ask them to put it in a container similar to the one they put the kimchi fries in so that the juices don’t leak. But otherwise, genuinely, my favourite place to go.

For well over a decade, I have been on a quest to search for a rare treasure: the freshest and tastiest banh mi in Katy. A banh mi that has fresh fillings that are made with pride, cocooned within a soft, yet crispy bread which does not lacerate the roof of my mouth. I am so very glad to say that I have found my treasure here of all places, in this unassuming boba shop at the very west of Katy.Ordering the combo banh mi is one of the highlights of my week, paired with the incredibly tasty shrimp spring rolls they all disappear instantaneously down my gullet and I I am left to lament the lack of banh mi until the next week. Sometimes I treat myself more and get the artichoke tea boba and I savor every sip.Extra bonus points to the fried tofu banh mi for a fabulously savory vegan option for those who are so inclined.

Great place to grab a quick bite. The banh mi is delicious, the bread is very fresh. They also allow you to customize the amount of sugar in your drink, which is what keeps me returning because I am not very fond of overly sweet drinks.

They opened up not too long ago and my family has been here tons of times. Drinks and food items are all delicious every. single. time. We all love the Bulgogi Bahn Mi, so flavorful! Popcorn chicken is a bit sweet for my taste, but I order all my drinks less sugar. All my kids have ordered tons of different boba drinks from their menu and every single one has been great. I wont even get drinks from other places now because they dont compare.

I think about this place almost everyday. Gotta get my Boba fix! The teas are awesome, their food is great, and the service is always friendly and quick. The owner is also around quite a bit to make sure everything is going well which makes the experience even better.

They answered all of my annoying questions, and always had a smile on their face.Popcorn chicken is BOMB. One order is good enough for two adults. They have three levels of spiciness, but we stick to the mild flavor. Its incredibly crunchy, tender, and tastes amazing. Im thinking its the basil they add in there, but it is packed with a lot of flavor.Banh mi (BBQ pork) literally tastes like its been grilled to order. Has an amazing grilled taste, and they add lots of meat inside the sandwich. Veggies taste fresh, and bread is baked to perfection.Ive only tried their hazelnut smoothie, iced viet coffee, and mocha smoothie. The best one is the hazelnut smoothie - its not strong, and tastes incredibly refreshing for a coffee drink. Iced viet coffee is super strong, I didnt like it much. The mocha smoothie almost tasted like an okay chocolate milk. Wasnt too ecstatic about that one.Prices are decent, and overall I always have a good experience here!

Awesome Bahn mi, the best and only Bahn mi Ill ever have. Got both chicken and beef and they are equally as good. So flavorful and definetly fulfilling. No complaints whatsoever would give 6 stars if I could. Their employees are amazing and their manager is the best. Totally recommend!

I would give 0 star if I could. How could this place have such good ratings and drinks so horrible? My husband and I were happened to be in this area. We wanted boba so I looked up on the map and found a place with 4.9 stars. You cant fail that, right? Well, my husbands drink came with no boba when it clearly says on the sticker that we ordered a tapioca drink. We had to go back. The 2nd drink they made had no sweetness in it. Tarp. It was not that difficult menu. A boba milk tea with regular sweetness! They missed everything. The 3rd one finally had both boba and sweetness. But still the overall taste was mediocre. My black milk tea was mediocre too. They simply dont know how to make drinks or follow instruction. We wont be wasting our money at this place ever again.

Clean place, nice atmosphere, courteous employees. Before, we would drive to bellaire or mason to get good banh mi or taro smoothie and tea, this place is less than 2 mins away their menu is very good! I recommend this place if your looking for a good smoothie and banhmi!

Loving our new Go-To neighborhood Banh Mi & Tea spot! Have been here multiple times and sometimes in the same week! My son loves the popcorn chicken with fried basil. Its a hint of spicy and crunchy. So good! The pork roll & pate sandwich is probably my favorite. The pate is so smooth and creamy which is a nice contrast to the crispy on the outside and soft on the inside bread. Their Viet butter/mayo spread is ohhhh so good! I just tried the grilled pork banh mi yesterday and its the best Ive had in Katy! Love their wintermelon and artichoke tea. So refreshing! The place is very cute & clean! The staff are very nice & friendly as well! So glad Go Tea is just around the corner!

Banh mi were pretty good. Better tha pho saigon or resturants around here in katy fulsher area. Teas are good and kids said smoothy was good too. Their drinks didnt have tap water taste. A couple of tea houses in katy have a tap water after taste. Go tea seems fine. Great customer service too.Update- so this side of china town Bellaire. Think best tasting Banh mi on the west side. Mayo and pate is pretty good.
