Great place for Bobba Tea, Smoothies, and Iced Coffees! The staff are also very friendly and efficient at getting the orders out quick when its busy. I recommend a classic Strawberry Banana Smoothie with Tapicoa for a sweet and refreshing experience. The atmosphere is cozy and modern with nice ambient lighting. Theres a reason Im a regular here and I highly recommend you to try it out.

Good local place to get a coffee. My kids love the strawberry with the strawberry popping sinkers. I love the iced vanilla latte. Never had trouble with any of the service. Nice alternative to Starbucks.

My green tea, lemon, honey was strong? But also delicious. The cup is really big. My friend enjoyed his cold drink. There is a restaurant next door, we got confused at first, and a friend came to get us. The cashier wasnt friendly or unfriendly. The place is quiet and a Sunday late morning.

Discovered fusion 36 literally a week ago and today was our 3rd time. We had different types of drinks every single time and each time has been perfect. Price is fair. The staff is very friendly and prepare the orders right away. Place is clean and modern decoration. Love the old magazines! Havent got to see the big coffee machine in action but hoping to see it one of these days.

This is the second Fusion 36 Ive been to. Of course the drinks are as good as the first location, sitting area is neat, clean and plenty, not as fancy as the one on Barker Cypress and 529. Overall another good experience.If youve not tried any drinks here yet, Id suggest you start with 50% sweet because generally drinks are sweeter than normal

I got the honeydew smoothie and omg was it amazing, it blew my mind. Definitely visiting again, the tapioca was chewy which I love. I cant wait to go back!

Came in ordered 2 fat Burners, the girl that was behind register was very nice the other one asked another gentlemen that was there have you ever tried the fat burner he just laughed, then again when I get my order she calls out lemon with honey Drink and he says your to embarrassed to call out a fat burner and they all started laughing… soo rude… if you try it it’s actually a really good drink.!! If you don’t like the drink your business serves just stay Quiet or wait till customer atleast walks out the door and laugh at them! So unprofessional… I still sat In my Corvette and Drank it!! :)

This 360 Fusion Tea Shop is absolutely adorable inside. It is super clean.... I cant wait to meet up with my girlfriends and have tea really soon. Plus this place says, it closes at midnight....

It was okay.I think the location on Barker Cypress Rd is better, and the best out of all three locations.It has three times as much seating, nicer furniture, better lighting. IMO, it has a nicer atmosphere overall.Drinks taste the same.

Boba is too hard, could have been cooked a bit softer. 50% less sugar tastes like 50% more was added..otherwise, taro cream tea and honeydew cream tea taste good

I am an honest person when it comes to boba, so I’m going to be really blunt. The boba/pearls are rock hard, especially the crystal boba/white pearls. It’s almost as if they leave it to refrigerate for days. I went here with my family and they messed up almost all of our drinks. The only reason I’m giving this two stars instead of one is because the passion fruit green tea itself is good.

I can put up with a lot, but after a price increase AND a decrease in the cup size, Im afraid Ill no longer be giving my business to Fusion. The tea is good, but if Im paying the same amount for a cup thats 2/3 the size of what it was last year, thats just highway robbery. Greed will be the downfall of this business.

Use to have larger cups that allowed up to three sinkers (boba, popping boba, etc.) but now they only allow two sinkers as they changed cups. The new cups come with lids that aren’t sealed tight and any tilting results in spillage. Plus they use to give more sinkers than they do now. They’ve cut back a ton yet the prices are the same and you pay extra for the sinkers as well. Probably won’t be back sadly, use to love this place.

This place makes the best vietnamese coffee ive ever had and i grew up with cafe du mond and condensed milk as part of my everyday life. They dont use cafe du mond, but rather thier own espresso and its soooo good. I have converted several friends ;)Try the food next door too. They technically have been around longer and serve delicious all American fare and great prices.

Not my cup1 of tea. The drinks arent that great. I love going to Ding tea on Mercantile in Katy. It smells better inside, they keep everything nice and clean and make the best drinks. The staff at Ding Tea in katy are so nice and sweet. I only went to Fusion 36 because Ding Tea was closed. The worst decision ever. The milk was spoiled and the tapioca was extremely hard. Inside the building smells like an old funeral home located in a food shopping plaza 🤢🤮

I would rather being served by the employee than the boss. I mean I always order the same thing everytime, their employee seem to know things better. I mean I really like the tea here, especially the Lychee Green Tea. However, there was always one guy, he was in his 40s something so I don’t think he’s an employee. Anyway, the lychee green tea that he makes is too plain, I could not taste the flavor of tea, I feel like drinking “lychee water” not “lychee green tea”.

Smoothies get 5 stars but the girl making them nudges the tip jar forward when paying every time I go. Very tacky and I probably won’t go again because of that.

Had a bad experience at the location on fry rd and clay rdPoor customer service my drinks were spilled because they gave me open lids instead the regular ones .I have pictures I really want to share .Lady was rude when I asked if I can have another straw and she told me.NO.Never again !!!

The service was very much terrible they were very defiant in making my drink just cause i wanted two combine a drink she then decided to request to get another thing like girl i did not ask for that drink i wanted the one i ordered she then proceeded to move the jar tips near her thinking we were gonna tip her that’s why my cousin only gave her coins bad attitude but the drink was tasty and very nice atmosphere.

My smoothie here is always good, found a new flavor cant remember the name but its some type of Japanese green tea smoothie.

It is always a great pleasure to visit any of the fusion locations the staff is always warm and inviting. Not to mention they go out of their way to be polite to their customers

Ive been going here since they opened, food has always been what keeps me coming back, but my only complaint is whatever cleaners their using to clean dining room and or tables has some chemical fragrance which has no place in a restaurant, you should only have the smell of food and not some man made chemical fragrance, only odorless cleaners should be used.

This place is usually pretty good, but the last time I visited, I was ignored for 2 minutes while the cashier figured out how to replace the receipt paper. I totally understand that she was busy, but I mean, we were right in front of her, she couldve at least said hi? It made me feel like leaving, but I stayed bc they have my favorite Thai tea. I plan on returning, I just hope the service Is more friendly next time.

Boba was old and hard inside!!! I go there all the time, but the last couple times are not consistent with tea taste, and boba are old and hard inside. Please check or taste your boba before selling it!!!! This is the closest tea place to me, hate to drive further.

Great drinks

Great place for bubble slushies and teas. They have a good selection of flavors and jellies to put in your drinks. The price is good and their service is friendly and fast. They also have tables and seating for hanging out. There is also plugs for computers and phones at table level for you to charge your things, homework, or get some.e work done.

They have some tasty drinks but the tapioca balls arent great. I wish they had a loyalty program like the other tea houses I frequent... They all have stamp cards for rewards unlike Fusion. But I do like how they are open later than all of the other tea houses in this area and they have a patio.

Great smoothies, boba tea, and coffee. Top spot in the area.Ive been here quite a bit, including once when another customers order and mine got swapped, which they graciously replaced without any fuss at all. My only gripe is that the coffee grinder probably needs to be cleaned and reassembled, as it makes an amazing amount of clatter.

This place doesnt let me down... Wanted to go to Bahama Bucks but they were closed on Sunday. So we came to old faithful instead. Also open late! Not to mention great prices. They dont let me down.

They have a very nice range of things to choose from even if you dont particularly care for boba, which is a smoothie or drink with tapioca at the bottom, then you can get a regular smoothie or tea. Tons of flavor variations.

My family and I went there on a whim. We had a latte and our son had a hot chocolate. I was better than those leading coffee (S*******s ) outlets and the prices were a lot cheaper and the quality had not been compromise. This place is a must check out if you love coffee and etc.

They have the best iced coffee (and hot coffee) in town. Its espresso based and only $2! The wait can be long during certain times but its worth it if youre not running late.

The girls there were extremely rude and looked at me stupid as I told them what I wanted to drink. Then when I choose something else after they told me they didnt have what I wanted even after I texted someone before asking them if they had caramel milk tea and they told me yes that they could customize my drink but the girls there told me itd be nasty anyways. And when I chose almond milk tea instead with coffee jellies the jellies were absolutely flavorless and disgusting. Id recommend not coming here if you want a good experience with bubba tea. And Id give it half a star if it let me. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!
