Great casual place to have lunch, or dinner. You order and pay at the counter when you walk in. Seat and wait for them to bring your foods out. It’s a cute place to hang out too. They don’t just have good foods but also great desserts and drinks. Good foods, great price, and customer service is also 5 stars. Check them out.

This place has a great ambience, nice decor, friendly associates and really good milk tea, the classic hazelnut tea was Amazing!I also ordered the Beef and noodle soup, it was really really good!Some of the stuff on the menu seemed a little wild to me, but thats what you come to authentic restaurants for!

Such a cute place tea is good and the food is surprisingly good as well despite the place just looking like a tea shop from the outside. i would come here for the tea and just the nice feeling it has there but i’m maybe on the food (was not bad but not the best i’ve had)

I rate this the best ramen I have had outside of Japan. The bubble tea is also very good.

I was a little disappointed that this chain from Taiwan, which is the vegetarian haven, has only two vegan options. With that said, the ramen was good. On the table was a small bottle of soy sauce but no typical salt, pepper, Sriracha, hoisin, etc. Not that I needed any. The fried vege dumplings were alright, a little oily. I think people go here for the drinks and the foods help make it a one stop place.

Good. I like Xiao long bao very much. Every time must order! Because every order is fresh cook, so you have to wait up to 15mins to get this delicious Xiao Long Bao. Highly recommend to everyone.

Good environment. Friendly staff. However, incredibly disappointed by the curry in their Chicken Katsu Curry Bowl. As shown below, it was served to us with no consistency - literally like soup. Will come back for drinks, but not the food.

The BEST matcha red bean latte I’ve ever had!!! And believe me, I’ve had many different ones! I love this place. So nice and friendly! Good food and drinks.

The tea was really good. It wasn’t necessarily any better than any of their 15 competitors in Asian town though. The food was really nothing special, but once again not bad. The real disappointment was the soup dumplings though. They have a sign at their register saying they may break while cooking, no refunds. True to their word, almost all of my soup dumplings were devoid of any soup.If you are so admittedly bad at making a particular dish, why do you continue to serve it?

We went in for the milk tea and stayed for dinner. Very good and unique Asian food. The fried octopus legs were the best out of the three dishes we tried. For me could use a little more spice or sauces to add a kick.The Taro milk tea has real Taro instead of a powder so it adds a different texture to the drink you might not expect, but it has good flavor. The Thai milk tea was great. We enjoyed the visit.

An adorable place, had tofu for the first time, and didnt gag to my surprise. Had THE BEST spring rolls Ive ever had, the sauce for those is amazing, dang!!🤗 the veggie noodle bowl was the winner here for me, and of course the spring rolls, was icing on the cake. Jasmine green tea was good too. Never tried any of this stuff before. Thumbs up!!

If the sign say close at 10pm and the door is still unlock does it mean you are closed at 9:55pm. Next time don’t be rude the moment I come through your door. To the Rude gentlemen there is a sincere way of letting the customers know. Don’t use rude hand gestures too.

Super cute atmosphere! Its clean, you order first sit and they bring food out to you. The manho smoothie was tasty. And my spicy tofu had excellent kick to it. It was a bit too salty though. The staff is polite and food didnt take long .

Ordered 2 drinks passion fruit green tea at 25% sweetness and match green tea latte 50% sweetness. Both were overly sweetened even though I asked for specific sweetness. I asked for them to remake which I must say great customer service. Which helps saves this review, truly deserves a 1 star. Also tapioca was very chewy and hard. I asked them about it and they said it the end batch. Hmm end batch? To my understanding end or top batch should all have the same consistency. You have to stir the pot . For a newly opened place this is quite sad, I saw the owner and managers standing there talking and they couldnt take test it? Very bad checks and balances !!

The vast selection of drinks are real tasty; I can’t get enough of those! The soups are very good. The only turn off is the restrooms have been a mess every time, enough to ruin an appetite.

Cant get enough of this place. My go-to is the Taro Milk Tea with pudding and no other place has a good one. They also have an attached restaurant so its perfect for friends.

OMG...the Bao....is killer. The fee Miso soup is a wonderful touch. The Taro smoothie makes long division into a delightful chore. The teas...come on yall get the point. This place is delicious. It my newest addiction. Been here three days in a row...and tomorrow is looking like the same.

Wish I could give this a zero star, but honestly rudest employees ever. I complained about my drink once and the guy rolled his eyes and said that’s how it’s suppose to be! So I kept it and just tried to be content with it, but I couldn’t stomach this gross crumb particles that didn’t go in my taro pearl tea. Like it was like leaving a cookie in milk to long and now you get soggy mushy cookie, that’s how it was! If it was suppose to be real taro and that’s how it taste I did not like it. So I went to complain again trying to be nice, and still the ladies seemed mad and annoyed with me asking what else I wanted. So I chose green tea matcha latte and asked for pearls and the lady said that’s 50 cents extra... and I’m like I literally paid the same price for the other one. So they lady just flipped and said “whatever just give it to her.” And then the matcha tea was still awful and I’m just not happy with this place. Never coming back, I just can’t handle rude disrespectful service.

Legit my new favorite place. We got bubble tea, edamame, tonkotsu, and dumplings and it was ALL delicious. The atmosphere was great and the employees were super friendly. Will definitely be going back there.

There is a sign on the floor asking you to broad jump for a discount. I did it. Landed on the line between 15% off and free. The girl at the cash register is about to apply the discount and Jared comes over and stops it saying that was for Father’s Day only. Well Jared, it doesn’t say it on the sign and Father’s Day was 11 days ago. If it isn’t an active promotion, pick up your sign Jared.

Im glad that I can use my Fivestars reward points at any Chatime. I was at Katy Asia Town to meet a friend for lunch. Afterwards, I decided to tour around this mall.From distance, I saw the sign Chatime in the middle of a building. Great. I knew I have rewards point to spend. I was told I couldnt use my noodles reward at Bellaire Food Street mall because they had limited menu. I had to come here in Katy.So, I was here to find the reward is changed to 15% off. But i had a free drink. I asked for dairy free option. But they only had 3 choices. I ordered Jasmine milk tea with boba. This was the worst drink I ever had. Talking about watered down and flavorless.I would come back to try noodles next time. But Im too full to think about food right now.

As a person who lives literally on Chinatown Bellaire. This has to be one of the worse places to order any type of drink from. Their leche slush is literally shaved Ice with syrup thrown in it. The mango smoothie taste nothing like mango and more like watered down orange juice. I understand the new Katy Chinatown is somewhat new, but its clear that it still has a long way to go. Other than the drinks, the place itself is fairly clean and very well put together with its decorations.

Nice aesthetic indoors. I would go with the soup dishes....the rice bowl was a bit bland. Will be back again for the kimchi fries

Wouldnt recommend any of their ramens :( Ive tried twice and they arent very well done.Good bulgogi bowl, though! Their bowls come packed!Not much on their menu as far as coffees though - so was a bit bummed.

Good ambiance and nice place for a delicious milk tea or a casual lunch/dinner. Weve been here probably about 7 times and its never busy. The place is clean and has ample parking outside except on weekends.The staff needs to be (or at least look) more friendly. I probably encountered just 1 out of many staff who greeted me with a smile.The milk teas are great as usual. The foods are ok. Gyudon and Bulgogi rice bowls are delicious but not very tasty. The shrimp tempura rice bowl is very dry, I do not recommend it. Their shiumai is good but expensive for 6 small pieces.Overall, this place is good for milk teas and Ok for foods.

Ive been here several times. 2-3 weeks ago got some ramen. This week got the same and the bowl was smaller. Prices are the same though. I am assuming the owner saw too many sastified bellies and decided it was too much food. Also order was wrong too.

Employees are very nice and provide good service, Restaurant is very nice and clean, However I had some small plates, The Octopus balls made me throw up, They were gross, And disgusting to me, Had the worst flavor and texture inside, Fish flakes on it was unnatural they kept moving like it was alive, The Gyoza was very small, Burnt, And very salty, The Pork belly boa was okay, To much sauce, And not much flavor, They needa work on there small plates and make them more flavorful, Maybe its not my cup of tea, But I guess my experience was just horrible cause I literally threw up in the toilet after eating the Takoyaki octopus balls.

We found a SHARD OF METAL in our noodles, I separated out some noodles for my 2 yr old son to eat and my husband noticed something strange in the bowl. If I hadn’t of separated the noodles I would have eaten that or if my husband hadn’t of been helping my son he would have eaten a SHARD OF METAL and we’d be in the ER with no idea what was wrong, it would have stripped his poor little gut and could cause serious damage. we told Huma about the piece of metal and nothing was done, we immediately stopped eating all of the food and walked out without even a refund for a $30 meal. Never eat here, they don’t care about the safety of their customers.

The place is really cute, definitely attract a lot of IG user for photo opts!We ordered our food at 1:50, until 2:25 still no food so check with kitchen, turned out their machine jammed up and our orders didnt get print out. The lady was gave us 2 milk tea and put our order as priority. Food finally came out about 15 mins later. Food was decent, i may come back if im in the area. I would give them credit for compensate us the milk tea for the delay, they tried to make their customers happy! Usually dont see that in Asian restaurant so i gave them 3 stars for food and services!

This is the third time I have come to this store. The Xiaolongbao in this store is very good. The Chinese flavored Xiaolongbao is not the same as the one sold in the supermarket. Strawberry smoothie is delicious. The environment is clean and tidy, small and fresh
