Selection was minimal. Was urged to go shopping online. Why have a store then?

This review is regarding Dickies.com. Never order from them. Their online quantities are incorrect and they cancel your order after two days saying item no longer available when it was available when the order was placed and to then be canceled two days later. Customer service pretty much said too bad. Dickies is terrible.

I tried to return a pair of jeans and instead of being given my money back, I was charged again for the jeans. They refused to resolve my issue in the store and I still haven’t gotten my money back.

How many like this place in Katy. But the always run out of my size.
