Outstanding!We had dinner here for the first time tonight. Everything exceeded our already high expectations (the place was highly recommended by friends of ours). The beer selection is expansive with 48 beers on tap. We had the hummus plate as an appetizer and it it was truly the best hummus plate we have ever had at any restaurant ... period. My wife had the vegan burger plate which was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken & waffle dinner ... an explosion of a variety of flavors. Highly recommended!
Absolutely outstanding! We always see this place packed, but haven’t been able to make it in until today. This might be one of the best restaurants in CDA.The wait for food was a little long, but it was totally worth it in the end. Our waitress, Riley, was attentive and kind, and very helpful during our visit!My brother got the Rockefeller, and my mom and I split the Masterpiece Burger. Both food items were exceptional (and huge!). I’d definitely recommend splitting meals. The shoestring fries were also amazing, maybe some of the best I’ve ever had.We will definitely be back!
This is an awesome place for lunch and beers, which they have a great selection of. Austin, our bartender was professional and courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time there.If you’re into beer as much as I am try to sample as many beers as you can from their expansive list.
If you love craft beer this is the place to go! Good food and great atmosphere! They have a large Jenga game to play outside. There is indoor/outdoor seating and they had live music. It looks like they also have turtle races on Fridays. It was walking distance from the lake and downtown. The service was great and our waitress was amazing!
I had their veggie burger and their giant pretzel. Service was great, the environment was unique and extremely lively, and the food was overall good stuff. I can not recommend the Giant Pretzel for the price of nearly $10, but it was interesting as it had a donut-like texture on the inside. Also, it is served with hardly any cheese. I have zero qualms about the vegetarian burger - it was well priced and tasted great with an Impossible patty.If you are visiting CDA, this is at the top of my list of food recommendations so far.
The atmosphere is pretty hard to beat. This won’t be a quick in and out location. This is more of a nice catch up or date night dinner place. The food and drinks are great. Good consultant quirky every time and I have never ever had a rude staff member here. Friday nights are turtle races. And would always recommend their pretzel.
Holy smokes!!! We have been here multiple times, I dont know why I have not written a review for this place yet... HUGE selection of craft beer I think about 40 or 50 taps and a good variety of IPAs, reds, ambers, Belgians, porters, stouts etc... the food is fantastic, it seems odd and kind of out there, but the flavors that they combine are to die for. The sweet potato fries are a must have, they top them with gargonzola cheese to give them a strong flavor... All the burgers are awesome, the buffalo chicken wings are a great appetizer if you like something spicy as well... Definitely the place to go if you are visiting and want to try something new.
The night started with hearing mediocre but better-than-mine singing from the street. We walked up and saw the fun atmosphere and decided to stop in. Vanessa greeted us and shes the sweetest.. she gave awesome food and local city recommendations. Im sure all the food is amazing but what we got was super yum. Eat here!Oh I cant fail to mention that Miley Cyrus and Jay Z played which should qualify this place for six stars.
Fantastic unique menu of delicious craft food and beverages. Great service from the staff. It was busy on Saturday night but we were still treated great. They dont have a huge gluten free menu but the couple GF selections are wonderful. We shared a giant pile of sweet potato fries with the gorgonzola cheese on the size so the fries stayed crispy longer. The fries are GF but they are fried in the same oil as other items so there is cross contamination if that is important to you. Our server, Landon, was very knowledgeable and warned us beforehand. I had the Whole lot of Rosie signature cocktail with tequila and hibiscus. Outstanding! My wife had the One tree lemon basil cider. Outstanding! Cant say enough about the whole experience. Try it!
Whether its a hot day on the lake or a cool day in fall, crafted is perfect during all seasons! This is a great place to enjoy a refreshing drink while playing Corn Hole with friends or mastering Jumbo Jenga on the patio. Not only can you relax like youre in your own back yard during the summer! Crafted offers a unique Igloo experience in the cooler months. This is my go to for a burger & a cold brew no matter the occasion. My favorite handheld is the #42! You cant beat the bacon jam & aioli.
This Downton location is perfect! The staff is friendly and inviting. The patio is a huge plus. The menu is full of great tasty choices. My favorite is the salad with blue cheese, green apples, walnuts, red onions on butter lettuce with an amazing dill dressing. It’s literally the best salad anywhere! The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is relaxed and unrushed!
Great burgers and craft beer, but service was a little slow for us; we waited for about 10-15 minutes after being seated before we decided to request a server so we could even just ask for water and eventually order food; we had to remind the host staff twice that nobody had come by. Our waiter was very nice and helpful though once we he came over, and the staff behind the bar was outstanding.
Cool atmosphere, extensive draft list, great food, and attentive service from Chandler. We had a few localish beers that were all pretty good, the Post Falls Argus and Paradise Creek Huckleberry Pucker stood out. We also had the #42 burger and the chicken & waffles, they were both delightful. I’m a big sauce guy, so the garlic bacon jam and black pepper apple cider aioli on the burger appeased me big time.
Absolutely delicious! We had the sweet potato fries with the gorgonzola fondue, the garbanzo bean patty dish, and the pork tacos. The chowder was absolutely amazing!!

Great customer service, food, and atmosphere. I have been here twice total, 1 year gap between both visits and my opinion has stayed consistent. I am choosing not to rate 5 stars for the fact my food was not nearly as good as last time.I ordered the Bahn Mi sandwich which was not exactly what I was expecting. The sandwich is beyond what you would think a traditional Bahn Mi would taste like. The sandwich tasted more like a Baguette stuffed with vegetables and meat slathered in unnecessary amounts of what tasted like Teriyaki sauce.Why do I mention this? Simple. Just stick to the Burgers. That is what they are good at.
Awesome patio, great service, unique menu! The pretzel was amazing, the best Ive had! Bahn mi sandwich was good, as was the chicken. Great selection of beers. Service was great despite being very busy. Highly recommend!
Ethan is the best bartender there is. He is very informational, very at tentative, and is purely on top of his work. He is willing to goUp and beyond. Whether you order a mixed drink next door or whether you order a beer at last second he is willing to do his job and make the customer happy. Other bartenders need to take note and I hope when he leaves the service at the bar stays the same. By far my favorite place to hangout downtown as a local of 28 years.
Great food, fast service and cool atmosphere! Get the sweet potato fries AND the pretzel. They were both really good! The meals were delicious as well!
If you love crafty drinks and playing foosball, this is your place 😉 My friends and I had some amazing drinks and delicious food. We tried the sweet potato fries and the pretzel with beer cheese and they were so spot on delicious!!! We also had the tacos and they were also just as delicious. Def recommend.
Seating is all bar height stools with small tables. silverware trays on the table for everyone to sneeze on Or touch. Large pretzel tasted like it was made of donut dough. Not like a pretzel at all. the bottom bun of the fish sandwich was saturated with oil. Ive had much better garlic fries. We are so tired of paying good money for lame food.

This place is awesome! Atmosphere 5stars, service another 5 stars, and food & drink..well, you get the idea. So many IPA’s to chose from. We’ll be back! We have stopped in here for drinks each time we have been in town and they never disappoint! They have an awesome cider and wine selection and outdoor games for entertainment. The ambiance here is fantastic and they are always busy. It’s definitely a hip place to chill out with friends.
Frustrated because online it says they close at 9pm. An employee met me at the host stand and said they’re done seating for the night and the kitchen is closed. He said they close at 8:30. I pointed out that online it shows they close at 9. He said “it depends on how busy we are”. At that point it wasn’t even 8:30, it was 8:21 to be exact. If you run a business, stick to what you advertise! Side note, I’m by myself so it’s not like I had a large party with me. Pretty disappointed and won’t be taking family or friends here when they visit from out of town anymore. Something I’ve been doing for years.
We had a reasonable dinner here. The food was decent, but less than the hype of the restaurant led on. They had a pretty good beer list. Plenty of room for improvement.

Great venue and atmosphere. We sat at 8:08 pm and didn’t get our food until 9:30 pm. Even then, the food was comparable to McDonalds. I asked if my burger could be medium rare and the server said the burgers were to thin to cook medium rare. Server said they usually have 30 cooks but only had 8.I don’t blame the servers or cooks. I blame the leadership. Make it happen.
Tourists not welcome; prepare to be accosted, alienated, and shamed by the general manager.It saddens me to leave this review because in general I think the service, drinks, food, and ambience are great. During our second visit, we wanted to leave a comment that the live music was a touch too loud (the artist was very talented, but the volume was painful). The GM came by after we had moved tables and proceeded to yell at us, accuse us of not being locals, and told us to never return to Idaho. It was completely bizarre and unnecessary for the situation to be escalated to that extreme and to make such a scene.

We had the opportunity to play BINGO while passing through town. We enjoyed the outdoor space and we were able to order food from the restaurant next door which was prompt and delicious. We would love to stop in the next time we are in town.
I love how they preach kindness. But they didn’t seat us until every single white person was seated. And they only serve white people too, because a lot of the food here is very questionable. We were a small party of 4 and there were no reservations but suddenly we have to wait 2 hours while everybody else can just walk in and get seated. I get this is a tap house but since it is a family place, I would assume there would be child friendly drinks for my kids, or anyone who didn’t drink alcohol. There was even a game for kids at the front. Not very kid or colored friendly
Oh there is this most handsome charming man who works and seems to run things in the back, his execution skills are just out of this world! He deserves employee of the year. Even if I thought about having a bad experience this man wouldnt let it happen, it just isnt possible with him around. I hope this isnt wrong, ken maybe
Mid-August night, 75 degrees, and Paul Ward providing live music. Perfect patio dinner! The tuna poke, bahn mi, and #42 burger were all heavenly. Two bites into my dish and I was trying to talk my date into coming back tomorrow. Yamil carefully and delicately took excellent care of a busy Thursday night patio crowd. I would highly recommend this spot.
Great modern atmosphere with excellent choices for beers on tap. The staff were incredible helpful and went above and beyond. The food was delicious. The giant pretzel appetizer is like a donut and a pretzel had a baby and is a must have. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting down town.
Busy night. Seated 6 of us quickly. Server David was excellent. Clean, high-quality spot. The Masterpiece 1/2 lb burger was pretty, pretty good. It’s the kind of burger you don’t put down. The Old Fashioned was also good.Kids ham and cheese sandwich legit stole the show - if you’re even kind of hungry this is an option. Positive atmosphere. Everyone hustling. Ownership is doing it right.

We waited an hour for a table, that’s fine, we should have made a reservation but once we were seated they were out of half of the menu items. Then we were told that the kitchen was backed up and it would be another hour for our food to arrive. We left. They should tell people that they are out of food BEFORE they wait an hour to be seated. It sucks to wait an hour only to be told that there is nothing but salad left to eat and the salad will take an hour to prepare. I don’t know who is in charge of this kitchen but they need a new manager.

The service was really bad i went to order the berkshire pasta dish with cajun shrimp on top, they claimed they didn’t have any pasta to make the dish so i ordered a large side of shrimp and i was given 5 small shrimp on a plate. that’s ridiculous!!

THE MOST AMAZING FOOD! I had the Rainbows and Tunacorn and it was out of this world. A friend had the waffles and chicken topped with an egg....amazing. She ate it all by the way! Such a cool atmosphere and the server was great. We had a huge group and she was awesome. Oh, and the fries were delicious, too!
We had a great experience here today. Our server, Kent, was knowledgeable-helpful-friendly. The food was good; the chicken tenders on the kid menu were outstanding. Great beer menu cool decor. Wish it was a Friday to see the turtle races. Stop in for a bite and some brews, you won’t be disappointed.

Wow! This was one of the best meals weve had in a while! The pasta and the burger were exceptional!!
Highly unimpressed. I frequently eat out and Was looking forward to trying this place only to be disappointed. The Drink menu is better than food menu, there were very few choices, and the choices that you did have were so boring and not appetizing. Just because you come up with a clever name for a dish doesnt mean you can charge $17+ for it. I ordered the poke nachos and I didnt think you could really mess that up until I came here. It was more like an onion, corn and Chipotle mayo salad aka a poorly executed southwestern twist on asian fusion. The service was nice but slow, my waiter took my order then basically forgot I existed, some other person brought my food and I was left without napkins and utensils. Dont come here to eat unless you want to overpay for mediocre bistro pub. If you want to drink and play games in a modern outdoor ambiance, thats all this place is good for. The food probably tastes better after a few drinks.
Hit and miss. My last experience was great. Today, yikes. I was frustrated, the table next to us left angry. I got the Chicken Parm (good), asked for heavy sauce, they gave me sauce in a small cup on the side (like ketchup comes in) and charged me for it!! Ive been in the craft brewing industry for a very long time. This place has poured me warm beer at least 3 times! Fix the tap system guys!! I had a taster of a beer and decided not to order one because it was warm again.Im putting this out there in the hope that they read reviews and change things. The food quality is above average! The Chuck Norris steak sandwich is excellent. The Crawfish soup I could eat daily! But theres nothing cheap about the place and being charged for a tiny cup of sauce is weak. Especially when they leave it off the sandwich in the first place!They are on the one more try list. I hope the next attempt goes better!
Tldr: Food was good but everything else made it unenjoyable.Restaurant was reasonably busy but not overcrowded at all. Myself and four people were sat immediately unfortunately that was the only decent thing I can say about our visit. We waited for an hour for a 2 hamburgers and 2 orders of tacos. The waitress never came to check on us, or even to ensure us that the food was in and on its way. My meal did not come out with the others meals at the table. The waitress informed me that my burger was still undercooked and that it would be more of a wait. It took another 10 minutes just to Cook a burger from rare to medium. By the time I had my food my colleagues were finished. The food was good but not worth the combined lack of service and substantial waste of time especially at a lunch portion restaurant with dinner sized pricing.
Outstanding beer selection and I really enjoyed the chicken parm sandwich, and I have a high standard for these things. And for all of you who wrote reviews months ago whining about the staff not wearing masks and social distancing, cry harder. What in the world were you doing out at a restaurant if you think flimsy masks and an extra couple feet between tables does something about an aerosolized respiratory virus. Stay home.
We brought our granddaughter here tonight for her 6th bday. She has been begging to go sit in one of the domes. What a great, warm inviting place. Everyone was super friendly but Issac went ABOVE and BEYOND to make her bday special. He was funny and attentive and definitely made our experience totally amazing. The food is soooo good, A+ atmosphere and A++ server ( issac).
Coeur d Alene get awayWe just finished an awesome meal at this amazing restaurant. We reserved an igloo and let me just say it was truly a fun, relaxing evening. We have been here many times but tonight was extraordinary! Thank you to Maddie, Angelica and Rebeca for taking such good care of us.You truly are an amazing team!On a side note wear warm clothes it can be a little chilly in the igloo. Delicious!! The huckleberry beers were tasty and unique, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our waiter was on point with not only his recommendations from the menu, but also in his advice of what to do while we were visiting Idaho. The food was delicious, and the drinks were great!!
Great place with an unhinged General ManagerWe were in Couer d’Alene for a week and visited Crafted on the second night in town and loved it. Great atmosphere, great food, wonderful wait staff. We enjoyed it so much we decided to come back for the Friday night turtle races. When we arrived, we discovered that there were no turtle races that night but decided to stay anyway. There was live music in progress provided by a talented young woman but unfortunately the amp and mic were too loud distorting her voice and hurting our ears. Our server agreed it was too loud but management didn’t feel the need to have it turned down and wouldn’t do anything about it. I asked if I could talk to someone from management and point out that it would be a service not only to the singer but the customers if it was a bit lower volume. She said she’d ask. While we waited for our drinks and food, we spotted a table further away from the speaker and decided to move in the hope that that would help. It didn’t much. Anyway, our food came and we were resigned to endure the volume and were making the best of things. Our waitress came to tell us that no one from management was available. So, I said that’s ok I’ll just go online and leave a review stating that perhaps the volume of the artist could have been lower and maybe they would take that into consideration. Now we are out of towners we’re not going to be frequenting this place weekly so really it is of little consequence to us what they do. Were I a local I would definitely have this on my list of favourite places to go. Would I have bothered to leave a review? Maybe, or maybe I would have forgotten all about it the next day but what happened next drove me to leave this review. All of a sudden, a woman who stated that she was the general manager arrived at the table and was immediately confrontational opening with “I hear you have a complaint.” I told her we thought the music was a bit loud and would be more enjoyable if it was at a lower volume. “First of all” she says, “we let the artists present their music the way they want we have no control over how they choose to present it”………………..had she left it at that all would have been well but she didn’t, she went on, ……..”and I don’t appreciate people threatening to leave reviews complaining about us, I hear one of you threatened to leave a negative review and I do not appreciate being threatened did one of you threaten to leave a review?” I’ve never encountered someone perceiving a review as a threat before but she was incensed. I told her I did say I would leave a review and mention the music, but only because I was told there was no one from management available to talk to about it. Things went seriously downhill from there and fast, she went off on a tangent asking if we were from Idaho (no, but what has that got to do with not wanting busted ear drums?) she declared that we should not come to Idaho, no one wanted people like us in Idaho and she wanted us to leave the restaurant immediately. I tried to explain we were only pointing out the music was too loud but she was adamant she wanted us out! She wouldn’t listen and just kept raising her voice every time I tried to say anything. So, we did as she asked, we left her a table full of drinks and several dishes of food. A truly baffling reaction to a situation that could have been handled so much better if she’d had a modicum of customer service skills.
Many different brews on tap, the vibe is good, servers are great. Tried the pretzel and a couple brews will go again!

My “to go” place in Coeur D’ Alene. Always get the same “Rainbow and Tuna Corns” (Tuna Poke) and a nice bloody mary. Nice atmos and fun.
We tried to get into the section on the right side, there were some open tables but the girl at the front said it would be 30 minutes. We walked outside and went to the crafted bar on the left and got a seat right outside (on the right side) immediately. I guess I just depends on who wants to be helpful. The guy helping outside was very kind! We got a gyro and sweet potato fries and the huckleberry cocktail - great flavors!

Usually I get the #42, but I decided to have breakfast for dinner. Rockafella Yall was fantastic. Highly recommend. Of course having over 60 beers/ciders to choose from is a nice problem to have.
We had a group of 25 people, that the staff were able to accommodate at a moment’s notice. The host and hostess were phenomenal in seating us quickly, even though it was a busy Friday night. The waiter were genuinely kind and extremely helpful. The setting and food were amazing! Thank you to everyone at the Crafted Taphouse & Kitchen! You made our night!
They are always so friendly and helpful and today they made a vegetarian breakfast bowl for me. They were so sweet!
Update 4/2021: their food is really good. The new staff they have in the tasting room is great...had to upgrade to a 5 star experience and give new photos....and yes to the deep fried oreos....always yes...Food here is good. Garlic fries are not for the faint of heart. Beer? There is a complete wall for your tasting. Out door seating is great. Fun seating inside. They race turtles on the weekends. Nuff said.
The food is excellent they even have a menu with Chuck Norris in it.cool. they have on the outside board game very cool .you can sit inside or out.

My wife and daughters were excited to take me here for my birthday 6-29. They have been several times without me for lunch and have enjoyed it. Appetizers didnt come, talked to the server and he said the kitchen messed up. 1 hour and 45 minutes into waiting they tell me half of what we ordered was not available. What they brought me as a replacement was soggy and bland. Left hungry after 2 hours. Definitely felt bad for our server David as he tried his best to make it right.
We were seated right away... And that was the only positive thing I have to say. We sat for 20 minutes and no one came to our table. We even checked back in with the hostess to see if we should put an order in at the bar, and she told us she would send someone over. Again no one came. She then sat another party with a dog ( we had our dog as well) right next to us which makes things a little more strained. So after waiting a total of 25 minutes, we left.
Not much to say other than LOVE THIS PLACE.GREAT Beer selection. All we have ever had is the Pretzels. They are very tasty.
I live in CDA and some of my family were visiting and we decided to take them to Crafted and sit on the patio. I have never had bad service in CDA until this place. The waiter was extremely rude as soon as he walked up. He scolded us for sitting where we did. My husband explained that we had spoke with the hostess and okayed our table spot through her and his response to us is “well, she’s new”. Then proceeded to move our stroller and give more attitude. Treated us like a huge inconvenience. Yikes! We left before we ordered anything. It made us that uncomfortable. Won’t be back.
We went here for beer, really enjoyed the atmosphere. Staff for great. Patio was nice prices were decent.
