They were fast and efficient and did an excellent job repairing my car after an accident. Their pricing is very reasonable too.My car looks brand new. I trusted them and I was right. I highly recommend them for your car care.

There are great service advisors but I am not fond of the service technicians searching through my car as I seen on my dash cameras. The service technicians didnt even perform all of the requested services and could be heard constantly complaining about oil changes. I highly recommend the Lees Summit dealerships service department over this one.

I dont own a gm product so i will not comment on their service dept. However, i sch an appt a wk in adv for a mvi. Gave veh info and appt was set. Show up with my vw and the serv writer says we dont touch vws. . Had to go next door to Subaru. Serv writer wasnt happy about our experience and neither was i. They did rush me in. I will strongly consider buying car from them this year. . I wont ever deal wth van chevy ever!

Its sad that I regret buying a new GM vehicle because of poor after sale service. I made an appointment to have an oil change. I called the day before to ask about wait time and was told 45 min to an hour and 15 min. The next day the service advisor said it would be closer to the hour and 15 min mark. I chose to wait. No word from anyone until after two hours. The service advisor was nice enough, and acted like they took the utmost care with my car. I accepted the apologies and left almost 3 hours later. After smelling oil burning off the exhaust manifold when I arrived home, I found oil splattered in a pristine engine compartment, pooled on a brace and fluid reservoir, and another missing part problem I wont mention at this time that may not have been their doing.This is one of their top of the line cars, and Im sorry, but I expect so much more. Its too bad I cant buy a Corvette from the nearby GMC dealer, Ive had great service from them in the past.I havent had a chevy in ages, maybe they will follow up with a customer satisfaction survey like other makes I own, and Ill update my review appropriately.

You go to this service center with one problem and come out with another so you go back.One thing for sure, they dont take responsibility of fixing the problem they caused during other repairs, a broken plastic piping, they epoxy it and says it was broken already.Obviously I avoid going this service center at all cost and make sure all my employees (50+) do not go there and waste their hard earned money.

I went to the shop thinking my 2008 Chevy Malibu had a transmission problem. I couldnt take it anywhere else because Chevy builds car so only dealers can access the transmission. They believed it was the transmission too and let me know Id be looking at a pretty steep bill if that were to be the case. Long story short they kept my car for about 4 days and it turned out to be the spark plugs. Nevertheless I had to pay over $500 to compensate for the trial and error it took them to figure out it was a tiny maintenance issue. That did also include fuel injector service which I believe was about $150. Of course they had to come up with something else to justify keeping my car for 4 days. I left feeling used and abused .
