Dropped off my 13 Ford Transit Connect for water pump replacement and tune up. Was recommended by a cousin. Honestly one of the smoothest best mechanic transactions I’ve ever had.-Staff was personable and friendly (rare these days)-Price was very reasonable and fair.-Quality of work was on par and the guys are knowledgeable-Speed of work was exceptional. This is my #1 priority due to me using the van for work. The vehicle was ready sooner than I was told.Just came back for a second time to get new tires put on and their service is consistent. This is my new regular mechanic and I would recommend anyone to go here.

My truck was broken into and the steering column damaged beyond repair. I located a replacement from a junkyard and brought it to these guys.I dont want to be heretical in my theology and say these guys were my saviors, but they were darn great. They did a good job, at about half the price other mechanics quoted me. The steering column feels tighter and steers better than before, they were quick and friendly. Id definitely recommend to anyone needing quality, reasonably priced repairs

I would not recommend.I went in to have my brakes assessed as they were starting to make noise. I was told “your front brakes are fine, but the rear pads are thin.” Replaced the rear pads. The sound remained.Came in a month later as the brakes were now noisier and grinding. This time I was told “your front pads are gone and tearing up the rotors. Both need to be replaced.” Confused since I was just there a month ago, I asked, “why didn’t you see this last month?” They answered “it’s hard to see without a flash light.” This is unprofessional.Still astonished (and after checking the availability of the other shops in my area) I asked them to replace just the pads on the front. To which I was told, “we never just replace pads, we always replace pads with the rotors.” I’ve heard this before at other shops, and not too surprised, except they had just replaced my rear pads last month. So, I was told something untrue, or their policies are not clear to all employees.In the end, I received a $30 discount, for which I had to ask, new pads and rotors, and a renewed appreciation of Mr Tires, the better shop for this type of issue down the road. Where I have always received a full inspection and been told the truth.

Salvation Auto fixed our brakes in such a timely manner I waited in their comfortable waiting room and enjoyed a great read while I was at it! They have many good books to choose from! SA has rescued us on so many occasions I cant even count them all since we drive vehicles that seem to require lots of work/maintenance. Their work is equal to their character and outstanding to say the least! I highly recommend you make an appointment in advance but even today after someone cancelled...Matthew called back a lady who had just called in to let her know that appointment time was now open!!! who does that? Wow - What a salvation Salvation was this evening...My car was running funny and I thought I was going to “blow” the engine...it was getting late on a Friday and I was afraid most places would be closed so I did a Google Maps search for auto repair/open now/sort by distance and Salvation came up - after calling two other disco-ed places, I got ahold of Chris - he said “stop on by we’ll be here”... 8 minutes later he was using his thingamajig and checking the codes ... He said not to worry “you’re not going to blow up today” and reset the codes... it didn’t give me a problem after that...he must be a magician...

Chris and the guys always go the extra mile for us. Thats why we take all our vehicles to them. Their prices are more than reasonable and they actually care. An honest mechanic that stands behind his work.

Good quality work at a fair price.

The gentleman helping me was Chris, a few years ago. He was extra helpful and explained everything that was wrong, what needed to be done, what they could do & how much it would cost. I appreciated that he wasnt the kind of mechanic who tries to talk down to you because youre a lady or because you dont know as much about cars as he clearly does. I dont recommend many places, but my friend recommended me to his place & she was right to send me there. Now my Uncle goes there too, Good & Honest repair shop.

Amazing and honest people

Chris and the team are super professional and caring. My mercedes had an electrical problem. It was not consistently starting in the summer heat. They replaced a part and all was well after that. Not expensive, and got it done the first time.

Would highly recommend them!! Heard about them through the owner of a local car dealership call the Car Farm that I know well so I knew I could trust them. Its a Christian owned shop and they are all super nice. I could tell they werent the kind of shop trying to get as much money out of you as possible. They worked with me to get it the cheapest possible (I got a new clutch in my car). I will definitely refer any friends and family to them in the future.

Had to tow my car to Salvation Auto even though I had never been there before. The mechanic was honest about the fact that my 19 year old car had too much wrong with it to be worth fixing. I ended up getting paid for the salvage value of the vehicle. This really was the best solution for me!

I was told I didn’t need to replace my oxygen sensor by my normal mechanic shop, 3 weeks later my check engine light came back on for it. Luckily I was recommended here which ended up being closer to my house, a lot cheaper, and also a significantly shorter wait time. Highly recommend

Chis and his team at Salvation Auto are very knowledgeable on all makes and models of cars and trucks. they have worked on all three of my cars and all repairs were made quickly and done right. They are very honest and forthcoming when it comes to pricing and finding out what truly is wrong with your car, no shortcuts or add-ons. I wouldnt take my cars anywhere else, these guys are great!

I won’t take my car anywhere else

I called the office two times before I personally took my car there, to ask for the price of an oil change for my car, gave all the details they needed and received a price. By the time I got to the service with my car, the price went 20$ higher than I was previously told. Don’t forget, called and asked 2 times the same question to make sure and I received the prices for the oil change (synthetic) 60$ and regular (50$) :) in the end I had to pay 80$ for the synthetic .:)) You guys should definitely work more on the prices you offer to your customers. You just lost one, it’s not because of the difference (20$ is not a treasure), but because of the inconsistency. I suggest better to give an honest price from the beginning especially when you receive all the info you need OR tell the customer the price can vary !

This is the only place I take my Audi. They are more than willing to work with you and find out exactly what is wrong with your vehicle without jerking you around. My 15 year old car is in very good hands and I hope to get many more years out of her with the help of the guys at Salvation Auto Repair.
