So I pull up to the gas pump and insert my credit card to pay for my gas and pump it.It locks my card in the machine but doesnt do anything so you can process the card. So I go inside to tell the lady and she has the gall to blame me and customers. Really snotty, she says, you guys push that card in there too far.I said what am I supposed to do to get my card out. Itll come out in 5 to 10 minutes youll just have to waitFirst of all I did not push the card in too far and second of all this is the first gas station that i.have ever had this type of problem. I do not see why she was being rude to me for her equipment failureNeedles to say I dont plan on purchasing gas here and Ill make sure others know of their rudeness

Waited in line to pay for gas, a guy from the other line cut me off because the woman was chit chatting and wouldnt do her job of checking people out. She was flirting with the business married man. .I said excused me no trying to be rude but I have customer s waiting for me to pick them up n take them to the airport. I need 20 in gas.wrong thing to say, she stared in on me by telling me off and how rude I was and ect. Ending in us cussing each other out. After I paid $20 in gas. Then I go to the pump and guess what she was pointing out laughing at me and canceled my transaction. Im a 47 yr old grandma. Never will I spend a red cent at this store. Rudest staff. But its family owned so they are pretty and treat customers bad and get away with it.

I really want to like this place. I travel frequently and the convenience of getting service done while gone is a great concept. That said, after 3 trips I dont know if I will ever go back. Picked up my car this week and was charged over $100 for an oil change. They chose to use the most expensive oil possible even though I didnt tell them too. Prepare to pay A LOT if you use this place...

I go here often i work nights and it is on the way so grabbing a drink or a snack is a common place. if you are looking to save dont come here everything is up-charged to the max yes airport taxes definitely plays a part in this but the other reviews are not wrong the employees here could not care less about what happens there have heard multiple accounts from co workers having problems stopping there a friend of mine was in there parking lot and asked if he could borrow a tire pressure gauge they told him 15$ to use it and bring it right back.

This is the best kept secret in Kansas City. I arrived early in the morning and they had me fill out a sheet on what service I needed. As long as you spend a certain amount they will take you to to the terminal and drop you off and when you get back they will pick you up from your terminal. I had detailing my car for my service. My car looked amazing inside and out! They keep your car parked for you as well with no additional charge. I added it up and I would have spent almost the same amount by just parking my car at the airport and leaving it. Im going to use them again in the morning! They even help you unload your luggage. You wont regret trying them out.

They where incredibly rude I bought coffee from the convince store and was asked to leave after only being there for 15min. In the parking lot. Used to buy coffee there are three or four times a week among other convenience items I am no longer a customer. Be prepared for poor service, poorly maintain bathrooms. I would take your dollars elsewhere.

Closest gas station to the rental car facility. Make sure youre aware of their hours if you have an early flight.

They are the rudest people I have ever met and I feel like the airport saves these people if it wasnt for the location they would get no business and should be shut down. I work close to this place and now I just will refuse to come here ever again. They dont accept coupons on Cigarettes??? Ive never heard of that but I feel like these people smile and wave act all nice to there own kind and soon as someone of a different ethnicity comes around these people look mad or act totally different Ive been here a few times and today will be the last I hope they have the day that they realize it for themselves and life kicks them in the ass

Went on vacation was told it would under $100 to get an oil change and leave my truck here... get back $179 bill.. and the guy had the audacity to tell me the other guy didnt say that price.... oh yea cuz I just made it up out of thin air.Wont be going back here to get ripped off again

Customer service here is sub par. Needed a gas receipt and was told I needed to wait until they open at 6. Good thing my flight isnt for another 2.5 hours. How about making sure the machines have receipt paper before you close for the evening?

Rude to customers. Needed a gas receipt from the outside pump on Nov 16 @ 4:30 am and the clerk told me that i needed to wait until they open. I recommend to avoid this place

I strongly encourage any Uber Driver to avoid giving this place a dime - aside from the obvious drawbacks typical of these locations (dirty restroom and ridiculous convince fees/prices on the food) the place does NOT want you there. Ive been told twice that I cannot park there/I need to leave (when I had only been parked for a couple of minutes) - once when I was literally walking back to my vehicle with a handful of stuff I had just bought.They dont want our business so dont give it to them.

Fantastic store! Tons of healthy snacks that you can purchase before going to the airport. KCs airport doesnt have much of anything (and its expensive), so stock up here! Great service too. I use the vallet parking instead of the airport parking.

This place is ridiculous. Both at customer service and item pricing. Peace Tea for 2$ amazed me. I would totally avoid it from next time. Even Gas price is way higher than other places.

I was worried a bit about having to drop off my rental car at the Kansas City Airport because there werent any options for a refuel I could see nearby, or at least ones that were open for the time I needed to be at the airport. I was happily surprised to see that the facility right down the road from the rental car return actually had decent prices for gas, and was easy to get in and out of quickly before my flight.

I rolled up at 600am with my infant on a Saturday morning after discovering I had a flat tire at the airport. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Dont ever go to this place, my husband needed some small help a simple tool to repair his own tire that blew out and the body shop worker got an attitude with him asking for money my husband was In a bind and worthless people like this have no heart to help someone out.....these people are scum, only that an officer over heard the whole thing and sided with the piece of Scum not even an officer whos supposed to help serve and protect offered no solution or Help what so ever to my husband I call that officer out as being Scum as well!!!!! Point being this place is complete trash dont waste your time with people who can treat others as they did in a time of need.

Everything is overpriced and the restrooms are filthy, if not out of order. There are other gas stations close by with better service/prices.

Not sure if the short man in the chic glasses is the owner or not. But I have a half flat tire aftwr my week long business trip and the air serv machine on their property doesnt work. I went back in to let them know and see if they could help and his rude toned response was its not their machine with his hands in the air. You have to call them. I said thats weak and walked away and then he offered to fill my tire at the service shop which they own as its attached to the gas station. But then he said he didnt know if he could fill my tire now because of my weak statement. Well pal heres a statement I used to stop here all the time after my weekly trips but never ever again nor should other hard working American. We all deserve better caring customer service. Guys like this are whats wrong with American business.

It was suggested by Uber that this was the place to come if you needed a bathroom. When I got there, the bathrooms were not available. No explanation as to why.

The older white lady is rude and a liar. I pulled in here and slept for a few hours before making my drive back to ft Riley. After being asked to leave because Ive been parked there for 3 hours I find that my battery is dead so I went inside and asked for a jump she told me they didnt have a jump box after I asked a Cusomer for a jump she proceeds to Rudly inform me that they can jump me of for $30.

Extremely rude to customers I would totally avoid this place at all cost! I was on my phone finishing a call when an employee told me I had to leave even though I was heading In to buy a drink, said it didnt matter I needed to finish my call at the cell phone lot by airport.

Hope your flight isnt delayed past midnight. They say theyll work with you on making sure you can get your car but they left me stranded at the airport.

Dont use their parking service. If they damaged your car theyll deny it, and brush you off. I dont live near this place and was told to bring my car back to see if they could fix it, and when I got their they claimed zero responsibility. This place is a joke of a business and should be avoided.

Need a receipt from the outside pump early in the morning that was out of paper. The young lady was inside the store, and told me I had to wait until 5 AM. I didnt get any assistance from their staff. Piss poor.
