I had a wonderful experience at KC Complete Auto Service. The mechanics were very patient and understanding while explaining my car’s issues to me. They were efficient in completing the work on my brakes and had very fair and competitive prices! Ron was extremely helpful and attentive, as was another employee whose name I didn’t catch. I will absolutely be taking my car there again in the future if needed and I will be highly recommending this shop to my family and friends.

Had a flat on my Camaro - and really needed a whole set of tires. Planned on waiting another month to get new black wheels at the same time. We pulled in, saw one car in one bay - not busy at all. Receptionist asked if we had called ahead, and then RUDELY stated “There is no way we can..” Turned and left before she could finish her sentence. Went to another tire place 1.5 blocks away. They were working in 2 bays, but had time to come out & take a look at the tires. Purchased a new set of 4 tires and beautiful wheels from the helpful people!

Folks here are very friendly and professional. My husband and I took our cars for inspection. Work was completed quickly and we were notified promptly that our vehicle was ready. Very reasonable prices. Great Service!!

I ask to have an alignment checked and the service manager call me back and told me I had bad ball joints and it would cost $900 to fix. I said no thanks and when I went to pick the truck up the service manager wanted to charge me $40 for the alignment check. When I asked if the alignment was off he said they didn’t check the alignment the tech just shook my tires and said I had bad ball joints. So they never actually checked the alignment but were still going to charge me for it. I told him that I don’t want to pay for a service that they didn’t even do. I think that the service manager had some words with the tech and he was really angry that he didn’t actually do the alignment check. It was a really weird exchange with him. He didn’t end up charging me but I’d never go back.

Randomly found this repair shop on google. Called them and they were kindly able to get me in right the way and fixed my breaks in one hour. Great service, good price, professional employees. Glad I found this guys. Definitely would do business with them again.

Very nice, friendly employees.However bottom line is, up sale of services that did not fix problem. If a mechanic is well trained, experience would help diagnose problems.$450 dollars spent and exact original problems still exist.I am on social security and this is a punch below the belt. Their remedy is to run more tests and of course the $100 diagnostic fee would apply.

I have used this company for several years due to its convenient location to where I work and live. I have had them replaced tires, an alternator and a battery plus other maintenance work as needed.I have had two off putting experiences which have made me look elsewhere for automotive services.My first less than pleasant experience was electrical and battery issues. They told me my battery was old. I replied it was less than a year old and I bought it from them. After several conversations they did replace it for free. These things happen but it stuck out as a less than positive experience.My next issue was taking my Jeep in to be looked at due to a check engine light. It was looked at for less than 15 minutes (based off of the time they opened and the time I got a phone call). They informed me they really werent sure what was going on, that it would take time and money to dig into the transmission and that wasnt really their specialty. I definitely appreciated their honesty. I did not appreciate them charging me a 76.00 service fee for this. I understand they are able to do this however based off of the thousands I have spent there on two vehicles over the last 5 years, they should have waived the fee.

I arrived 15mins early to a prebooked 9:30am appointment. During my booking in another customer walked in and a disagreement broke out between them and the gentleman serving me as he had no mask on. I get that it’s a “workshop” environment and different language is used to a degree but arguing with customers in front of others isn’t really filling anyone with confidence. There are ways to communicate with people to de-escalate issues not make them worse.But Finally I was in for my wheel alignment, they offer to diagnose an humming issue I described which I decline for $40 ish dollars. They quoted me $129 for the wheel alignment and he told me they would pull it in within the next 30mins or so and then it should take an 1hr or so. I said ok this doesn’t work for me. I told him this didn’t work for me as I had work and I thought I’d booked an appointment for a 9:30 slot. He told me to hold on and went and spoke to someone and then come back and said he had a free guy now to do the work....”great” I thought. It didn’t feel me with confidence that the first time I’d visited this shop, an argument had broken out, they had tried to move my time slot.... he told me it should be 30mins to 1hr. I said ok and took a seat in the waiting room. 15mins ish later he comes in and said well Sir the front left wheel bearing needs replacing and both lower ball joints, so we would recommend you get this done before a wheel alignment. I thought nice thanks for the honesty that saved me wasting money. I asked for them to run me a quote and he said he could have the work done today. 5 minutes later he provided me a quote for nearly $1600 for a front left wheel bearing and 2 lower ball joints. My jaw nearly hit the floor. I said it’s ok that’s abit high for me and I declined the work. He said he would have my car pulled round the front. I went to collect my keys and he then informed me he was invoicing me for basically $42 dollars for the diagnosis.... I thought “what” I declined this..... so me being me I paid the invoice and left without comment or arguing. I won’t be returning I’ll stick to my usual Garage off nw Barry/green hills road I use. A lot more friendly and family owners, honest. The fact is they are always busy and I’m usually at work when they are open. Plus they only charge $90 plus tax for a wheel alignment. Thank you KC Complete Auto but no Thankyou, if you find something and decide not do the work for what ever the reason don’t then pass a charge over to the customer as a diagnosis charge when they already declined a diagnosis and don’t argue with customers. Hopefully this is constructive feedback for your business.

This shop is fantastic, state of the art facility, Ron and Bob are great, theyve helped me tremendously. I highly recommend this shop for those up north that need a real full service shop.

I’ve used these guys about 3 times, for different things, before leaving this review. I live closer to another shop, but wasn’t happy with my experience there. The first time I used KC Complete, I had the wife’s car towed past the other shop to get to this one. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been professional and very willing to explain what I need and what I don’t need. A couple of times I’ve brought our car in to have work done and they were able to get the work done the same day. I don’t feel push to buy anything and like I said. They’ll let me know what it is I DON’T need. During the Covid stuff, they have their lobby set up perfectly to keep the customers and themselves as safe as possible. This will be where I go for any auto repairs that I need.

No pressure service! Will be back for repairs and maintenance.

I was referred by a friend who thinks you guys are great. I have a problem with my ac in my f-150 truck. Your guy in the office just printed me an estimate for 1500.00 total rebuild and dismissed me. I was not impressed, whatsoever. I was thinking maybe a diagnosis of the problem, first, would be the way to go.

They were possibly the most professional auto care that I have visited. I didnt have an appt but they assured me they would work me in and they did. The waiting area was clean with a tv. They were also professional and courteous.

I didnt do business with them cause of the price but the guy was nice enough not to charge fee for looking at it even after all the nasty things I said.

Was needing a wheel alignment was told cant do it because different size rims but the tires were still same in diameter.....went to firestone and they had no problem drives great..... recommend FIRESTONE

My tow truck driver recommended KC complete so I had it towed there I called Bob made an appointment told him my tow truck was on its way he is very friendly very courteous said he may be able to get to the car today but wasnt sure. it wasnt much later I was getting a call they had a quote ready they said it was the starter quoted me the price said theyd have it done today and this was at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Friday they close at 5:30 and at 4:30 I got a phone call that my car was ready. awesome service Ron was I believe my technician he was just as as super as Bob was. I definitely recommend these guys and will go back. Thank you guys!

I brought my car there for an inspection and asked that they check my back brakes and heat and air up my tires. They went above and beyond! They saved me so much money as I didnt need any work on my car as Id been told. They even called the dealership to make sure they were not missing anything. Then, they didnt charge me for anything but the inspection! They will be my new place for auto needs.

These guys are honest. Decided to take a chance with this shop because I heard nothing but good things about them. My car was making a noise after another mechanic replaced bearings. They inspected the car and found the issue which was nothing major and they fixed it and all they charged was the fee to inspect the problem. They could have told me anything and charged me some crazy price but they didnt. Definitely taking my vehicle here again. For me its all about finding a mechanic that will do good work, be fair, and be honest and at KC Complete Auto Service that is what you will get.

Absolutely the most honest and trustworthy mechanics I have ever dealt with in my 50+ years as a driver! Im a female, driving cross country, and my air conditioner blower wasnt working. It would intermittently work if I gave it a smack under the dashboard. I explained this to Bob at the service desk and he said they would check it out. I went to their clean and inviting waiting room, and even before I got a magazine out to read and settled into my chair, Dean the mechanic, came in and said the car is as ready!!!! Better yet, there was no charge!!! Originally I was told the diagnostic fee was $49.00, which is more than fair, but since it didnt take but minute to discover it was a loose plug they werent going to charge me anything! If these guys werent the honest and honorable men that they are, they could have really taken me to the cleaners. I am so grateful for my experience with KC Complete Auto Service --North!! I only wish they were located where I am moving to in Ohio!

I have been bringing my personal vehicles to this location for over a year and have not been disappointed. I have had services ranging from a new transmission in one vehicle to simple brakes on another and I have always been pleased with the service, price and quality of their work.

I was a first time customer this week with a vibration in my vehicle. They got me in quickly. They diagnosed it as 1 bad tire. They replaced it and Im back to running smooth. I was so impressed I had them replace the tires in my pickup and wifes car!

These guys were super kind and answered all my questions. They were quick to get me in and didn’t try charging me an arm and a leg like the guys down the street. I will be back and recommend them to others!

Ive come to expect mediocre service at most garages I end up yet. Either they dont communicate well, no ETA of timeline, overpriced or just rude. This is probably the best place Ive ever taken a vehicle and will continue to go out of my way to use them. Pricing is fair, I knew every step that was going on with my vehicle and the front of house staff isnt just the best customer service at a garage, its some of the best service Ive had anywhere. I needed new tires, called around and KC Complete was very competitive and I have had work done here before so I gave my business to them.

I have had $THOUSANDS$$ of dollars worth of work done here. Ron treats me fairly however today I took my SUV up for an 8 am appointment that I had called and made last week. Ron was not there, they did not have my appointment in their computer and the little things I wanted checked I was told would require 3 different diagnostics at $89 per. As mentioned I have spent $$THOUSANDS$$ OF DOLLARS at this location and told them I was not going to pay for each diagnostic to replace a fuse or see what is making a noise in the back. That I could see 1 charge to check my engine but not 3 more!!! Needless to say, I blew my top and told the individual (not Ron) what I thought!!! Seems all he is interested in is $$$MONEY$$$ - wonder do they get a commission on services?????

I went here to have a car inspected that Im considering buying. I was a little unsure about how thorough they would be and whether it was even worth the time and money.The people here impressed me and showed me that my time and money were well spent. They inspected the vehicle from bumper to bumper and top to bottom. Afterwards they sat down with me and explained what they found in easy to understand and practical terms. KC Complete has been the place weve taken two vehicles with multiple issues in addition to routine maintenance over the past several years. They have always been transparent, pleasant, and prompt. If you doubt the fairness of their rates, just call some other shops for comparison. This isnt simply a quick lube shop, so be sure to schedule your appointment in advance. However, they offer nighttime drop off.

Excellent, accurate and quick service. We happened to be travelling through KC when our car developed a problem. I called the KC Complete Auto Service center on N. McGee and they were able to get me in within an hour. They had a nice, air-conditioned waiting area where my family was able to wait while they checked and repaired our vehicle. The inspection was quick but accurate, and they charged a reasonable price for the repair.

Very pleased overall with recent service on my Ford Ranger. Personnel were knowledgeable, quality of service top-notch. I was pleased with the final cost of completed service, found it to be quite reasonable. Also appreciated personnel’s followup on progress of service and time of completion.

Always performs great work! Love that they dont pressure you to get work done now or your car will explode. Lol. They give you price estimates of work recommended by manufacturers or work that they see needs done, but dont make you feel the safety of your loved ones is in danger if not handled immediately. We are new to the area and did some Google research to locate a place to begin taking our vehicles for scheduled maintenance, etc. After reading several positive reviews, I felt confident that this would be our new place to take our vehicles. As we were to be heading out on a road trip a few days after the oil change, I verified with the lady at the front desk that the oil change service would include checking & replacing fluids, tire pressure, etc. She verified that yes, it did. The service was completed, all seemed fine and I went on my way. Later in the evening, my husband opened the hood to work on attaching our front plate bracket (again, new to the area) and noticed that the wiper fluid was nearly empty. He also checked tire pressure and it was clear that that had not been done as well. While these may be minor issues in the grand scheme of things, I was told that these things would be done. They obviously were not and there is no telling what actually was done or was not done to my vehicle. How can I trust a company that lies about something like this? How would a customer know if the oil was even changed? Or the filter? If they cant be honest about something so simple and easy, how could they be trusted with larger issues as well? Theyve lost a potential lifetime customer.

Being a female most car places treat me differently than males. They try to sell me things I dont need or talk to me like Im an idiot. Not here! I am always treated with respect and not talked down to. They explain what I need fixed at that moment and what can wait a little bit longer. They are so friendly and explain things well. I dont know if the prices are competitive but I dont mind if I have to pay a little bit more than elsewhere if it means that they arent trying to take advantage of me. Recently I had to take my car in and there was a lot wrong with it. I told them that I needed my car done by that day for work. They put two guys on it and it was done before they closed that day. And they didnt charge me extra like some places would. I will never go anywhere else for my car. They have a customer for life!

KC Auto is a clean establishment and one I don’t mind going to as a single woman. All the men there treat me in a professional manner.

I tried them out for an oil change because they are super close to my office and all was great. Howevwe, I recently had a dead battery while at work, I could not get a charge. They came to my office, got my car started, installed a new battery and the super awesome girl that works there stopped by on her lunch hour to give me an update. By far the best service I’ve ever had with my car! They will be my go to forever and I will happily recommend them to everyone. I am so thankful for them!!!

I was looking for a place that wouldnt scam me considering I am a local college student. I was recommended by a professor to K&C Auto and I took a chance. Very glad I did! They not only offered me a shuttle home so that I wouldnt miss my classes while my car was getting fixed, but they were honest about what was wrong and I paid an incredibly fair price! TOTALLY would recommend these guys!

This was my first experience with the car care. It was a good experience. My girlfriend recommended this place.

Im keeping it at 2 because they were at least professional about wasting my time.I came in requesting a brake change on my BACK tires as they were squealing. Said I knew what was wrong and just needed a shoe change.All is well and they tell me they want to do an inspection before they do the work. Fine, they have to make money somehow.2 hours later I get a call they cant get into my car, so I come up and unlock it with the fob. Another hour passes and Im told nothings wrong and they want $450 to change them.I specifically asked for new brakes. Now Im 3 hours in, I dont have new brakes and Im being charged for having BOTH my front and back brakes inspected.3 hours of my time and $25 gone with nothing to show but my seat pushed back. Key I gave opened the door too.Called Kevs and was quoted $120 parts & labor and said the inspection wouldnt cost me a thing. Learned my lesson.

The last time they even put a couple of screws in a plastic piece that was hanging on my undercarriage and didnt charge me to do so! After driving around to numerous other places on a Saturday to get my car inspected so I could get my tags renewed, I finally came to KC Complete Auto Services and they were able to get me in within 30 minutes. They were quick and there were a couple of items that needed to be fixed before my car could pass inspection (a couple of burned out bulbs in my tail light); they also let me know that my battery should be replaced before winter. There was absolutely no pressure to have it replaced then and there, they just wanted me to have the information.I will definitely be coming back! Great experience, great customer service!

Purchased a new battery here. Installation wasnt much extra on price and I was in and out of there in 15min or so. Great friendly staff would recommend if youre needing a battery.And they hooked my subs back up without any issues.

Went in for a alignment. Towards the end of the work day I got a phone call saying I needed ball joints. I am not sure if I needed ball joints. I agreed told them to keep my car give me ball joints and alignment and still took almost all of the next work day. My car is fine but I think it was fine when I took it in. Im going to continue to look for a place that will just fix what I asked them to fix and not try to sell me stuff

Never disappointed here- my oil changes are quick and timely, and unlike most mechanics, I never feel like I am being sold something. Plus, if you have to wait there are several places within walking distance to kill time at so I always treat myself to lunch while waiting. Could not be easier!

I am very pleased with the great service at KC Auto! Ive stopped by a couple times when I thought I had something wrong with my car and they checked it out for free. Its great to be able to make an appointment for an oil change instead of having to leave your car there all day.

Always a friendly place to get my both of my cars fixed when they need it. This time it was for inspection. I dropped it off and it was ready in about an hour. Usually I dont have to wait, but sometimes there is a line. Otherwise, great experience. Not to mention this shop doesnt find something wrong intentionally so they get to do the repair. The customer service was excellent. I had a flat right by their shop, they pulled in my van into their bay, with my sleeping kids and all, put on the spare so that I could get home to meet my kids off the bus. They were so friendly, and helped in my time of need. I went in the next day, then fixed my flat, put my tire back on, and placed my spare where it needed to be.
