Great place with great staff and great service. They dont try and upset you things you didnt ask for. Yes, they make recommendations for safety sake.

THESE ARE WHAT THESE PEOPLE WILL PUT ON YOUR TIRES. Not to mention the lug nuts on ALL 4 tires were so loose a couple twists with a finger and they came right off. These people do NOT do a good job.Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Oh and trying to talk to the owner “Tom” wont happen, he is always “out” THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!

I have been going to Tire Pros for years. Those who are complaining about wait times need to realize their car is not the only one being serviced and it also shows that numerous people trust Tom and his crew. I have had to drop my car off because they were booked for the day, but by the end of day my car was serviced. Prices are fair and customer service has always been top-notch.

I scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival, I explained the problem with my car. My car was test driven, and evaluated. The work and cost of service was explained to me upfront. After completion of work, my car was test driven before I paid. Quality Service, delivered at a fair price. I will visit this shop again, when service is needed.

Terrible customer service & even worse products. Their “new” tires never last more than 600 miles. Gave me the run around about when my car would be ready & I had to call them for updates. Poor communication & the owner, Tom, is rude. I explained my frustrations with the service I was receiving & his response was “I did you a favor”. If I’m paying, you are not doing me any favors & I deserve to be treated with respect! They did a welding job on a rim for me that ended up causing a blow out & even more damage. Not worth it, I’ll he taking my car somewhere else

If you need your car fixed take it to someone else. This place will charge you three times as much as anyone else. They charged me 359 dollars and that was not the problem they fixed. When I called them all he said was he was sorry I Will make it up to you next time. If you want your car fixed right take it else where. What kind of a good reliable business would say that. Next time came and that lie never came true about making it up to me. The whole crew on his staff are all trained to cheat you.

I am sitting here now. Yesterday my tire shredded and they are odd size. Not exaggerating, I called over 20 places. Most didn’t have them in stock, a couple did but hugely expensive and Walmart and others said about a 5 day wait for them to order and arrive. I called Auto Stop Shoppe and looked on their inventory for both new and used but did not have in stock. He had them there within half hour at the best price for that particular brand by 20% percent less than all of the calls I made. I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend... they are so professional and friendly.

Have been very loyal mechanics since day one. I love Tom and all the other men there. Very reasonable and wont stop in exceeding quality customer service and who doesnt like a warranty nation wide. Theyre TRULY heaven sent damn having a neighborhood driveways fixer upper.

A fraudulent company who took advantage of my five month pregnant wife. Each visit something new went wrong, 3 months consecutive. Even replaced a radiator fan, caused it to be damaged by a bolt on a pulley in which they did work on from replacing serpentine belt and water pump. Told my wife to visit a body shop, after I confronted them and they fixed the bolt which damaged the new fan, they didnt replace the new fan that got damaged from their work which she paid for brand new, just left it on the car all because the fan works but damaged. Im not blaming the owner if he has crooked employees but its his business which makes him responsible for who he hires and creates suspicion around himself. Id stay a million miles away from this place!!!! Paid nearly $700 in 3 months to end up with a damaged fan and car dying out on her just a day after last service from there still leaking coolant!!! Wow!!!

They installed my new set of tires within 30 minutes and gave me a discount on the best tires they had for my car. I love that they treat all customers like family as well. Not only do they offer superior customer service but they are very knowledgeable. Ill definitely be back!

This is a neighborhood place that Ive gone to for years. I purchased tires, had my vehicle inspected, had the air conditioner on my dads truck fixed, etc... If you need it done, this place can probably do it. Ill always check here first before going anywhere else.

Slowest service ever done here & they are pricey . Also came in brought my car at 8 when they opened asked them for a tire and a tune up . I didnt get my car back until they closed and all they did was give me a tire with NO tune up like I asked . On a different day I would call and ask the owner how long the wait time was and he would lie and say there wasnt a wait time and he could get me right in but once I get there theres 10 cars ahead of me . Wont be coming back

Had my tire fixed only to find it was not really fixed. Tire still has a slow leak in it.

Dishonest and doesnt take accountability for mistakes. Lost a customer. Brought car in a 8 am and it took all day for them to just add fluids that they forgot to add during my full service oil change. Cost more than the oil change to get fluids put in.
