I’ve been using BMW of Kansas City South for over two years. They have a great team and continually guide me to get the best service and experience, even as the world experiences supply issues. On a recent visit, Keith Heedum and Norm Michael worked with me to understand the value of my current vehicle and the options I had to maximize value. Keith was able to quickly find the best solution and a new vehicle for me to trade into. All of this was such an expected surprise, as this is now my second vehicle from this location. Thank you to Keith Heedum and the team at BMW Kansas City South! Car was in excellent condition upon my arrival and Keith spent time walking me through the various features, of which there are many! Coordinating with him and the rest of the team across state lines was relatively straightforward and made the pickup process that much more enjoyable, as we could focus on learning to and enjoying the drive! Keith also took the time not only to show me the different advanced features of the car but also provided concrete examples of when I would use the different features. I also didn’t feel overwhelmed by the amount of material - I am eager to return to the dealership to learn more about my new car! Excellent service all-around.

Any big ticket money items give me anxiety, but I also had a preconceived notion about high end car dealerships. Orlando was down to earth, honest, and incredibly personable. Michael helped to assuage my anxiety about the purchase…walking through overall terms and rates. And Ron…was awesome. Incredibly personable, informative and knowledgeable about the whole process and about the cars themselves. Great customer service from John Strode. When I brought my car in, the shuttle wasnt available, so he called a Lyft car to take me to the office. Then, when they needed another part, he scheduled a loaner car for the next day.I really appreciate the video walk-around done by their service technicians that show exactly what was done and what service might be needed soon.

I had an amazing experience at BMW of Kansas City South! My husband and I were casually looking at an x3 and we signed the papers that same day! The customer service and experience were TOP NOTCH. Giuseppe took the extra time to help me program my new ride - he spent over an hour with me at 9pm to make sure all my settings were to my liking. They also provided a complimentary car detail and set me up with a work station while waiting for it to be finished. It truly felt like world class service.I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a BMW!

I brought in two BMWs for service (2016 X5 and 2016 535). First visit to BMW of KC South; they split the service between two advisors - Norm Michael and John Strode. Both did an excellent job of follow up during the day with progress, and discussion of next steps. I especially like the video message showing the tech walkaround. It helps visualize the specifics under the car (I used to do that part myself) and clearly shows the status of the car. We will be using BMW of KC South going forward for our services.

Norm is one of the best service advisors Ive ever had. Having lived in Boston and New York for so many years, its definitely a pleasant surprise being able to come across Norm.Norm is very knowledgeable about both BMWs and third-party warranties. This is important because it means he knows when and what to submit to claims - and it also means he wont charge you for what warranty will pay for.On top of that, hes very responsive, attentive, and professional. If you ever go to BMW KC South for service, I strongly recommend asking for Norm.

1,500 miles from home and we needed service . From start to finish Norm and the BMW of Kansas City South team were phenomenal. The dealership did a great job with a long distance sale of a luxury car with a trade in. The process was transparent, smooth, and prompt. It was probably the easiest car purchase we have ever done. Billy Roskosh followed up promptly and provided clear guidance, complete and clear information, and was willing to do some out of the box thinking when it was required. I will spare all the readers the long story of a car repair issue that I had with my BMW. It is a long one. What I will share is that the dealership tried a few times to correct an issue but things got worse at each turn and in the end my BMW needed a new engine. While I am not going to say I was happy about this (I was not) and the whole episode took a lot of time and energy on all participants and there was some back and forth negations required, I still am awarding my 5 stars as a result of the fact that in the end we arrived at a very fair solution (I believe for both of parties - BMW and me). They gave me a loaner car for the entire process of the various repair attempts and for the length of the negotiation process. In the end they found me a very slightly used 2020 Toyota 4-Runner (which I wanted) and we arrived at a fair trade-in value on my car (what it was worth before all the repair issues). Everyone - including Chris the GM - was professional and pleasant and they did what was promised. It is never fun to go through this process and I am sure it is not fun for the dealership to deal with a mistake. I certainly hope that I do not have to experience this hassle ever again. But, BMW of KC South did address the issue and I am happy with the final outcome. So I tip my hat to the dealership for doing the right thing.

Todays post is about my recent interactions with Tyler Johnson at the BMW of Kansas City Souths service department. In todays world, far too many people are quick to complain, yet forget to praise. Tyler deserves much praise.I dont consider myself to be an easy customer, I tend to research and try to understand whats going on before I make service appointments. And I can be that shade tree mechanic everyone in service rolls their eyes at. That didnt happen at your dealership.Both when dropping off my vehicle, and picking it up, Tyler took the time to come out of the shop and explain to me the inner workings of computer updates, coding BMWs, and convertible top motors. He took his time in his explanations, actively listened to what I had to say, and gently pointed out that each car can work differently even if the Internet says they should all operate the same.I never got the impression that he had somewhere better to be. He was actively concerned with answering all of my questions. And he ensured that my experience at BMW of South Kansas City was excellent.

A great experience from start to finish. After an exhaustive search, found the perfect 750i Xdrive at this dealership. But I live in Nashville, TN and was nervous about buying a car sight unseen.
