So I Recently bought a new trailblazer this year and I was soooooo excited, then we got hit with a big hail storm in June of 2021. I was worried about how I was going to afford to fix my car and I was so upset I was going to leave it because it hurt my heart to pay the much money for it, well then these amazing people come to my door and I didn’t believe it at first and I was hesitant for a minute but I listened and I did it I went with them and they worked so well on everything with me! I felt like I was never alone for the process and it is amazing my car looks so brand new! Thank you so much I am so grateful to this company!

When Cindy and Hal came to our home to take our cars for repair, they brought us a rental car and helped us file the claim. When they brought the first car back, they left the rental with us and helped to file the 2nd claim. Both cars look fantastic!! You cant even tell there was any damage. They were very professional and very friendly people as well. We really enjoyed working with them. We would definitely recommend them to anybody who needs work done. And its really true, we paid nothing out of pocket!!

Picked up our cars, helped with getting a rental car,waived the deductible, and brought them back. They even detailed our cars and returned them with a full tank of gas. I wont lie. I was skeptical at first. It just seemed too good to be true when Cindy showed up at my door after seeing my hail damage on my vehicle. No deductible? (Which is why I hadnt fixed it yet) Rental car paid for? Detail my vehicle AND fill up the tank? I was so impressed by them and when I got my vehicle back, it was like it was brand new again! This company is legit and Ill recommend them to anyone that asks! They took care of everything for me, no hassle, no gimmicks, and I even made friends in the process. Thank you guys so much !

They are a really good company. They traveled to me to get me a rental car from Kansas to warrensburg mo. They did an outstanding job on making my vehicle look new again and all the hail damage was gone. Cindy is outstanding kept in touch with me to keep me updated. She is super friendly and very professional. When all the work was done she delivered my car to my house. They did a fantastic job in a short time.oh ya and there was no money out of pocket for me. They paid my deductible. I highly recommend this company.

This place was amazing! I had been holding off on getting the hail damage on my vehicle fixed since a bad storm came through in about 6 months back. But through this business I was able to get all the body damage repaired and looking good as new. The best part was I didnt have to pay anything out of pocket because they cover the deductible for your insurance! Very friendly and professional staff as well. We had a big storm move through and the next day there were companies all over town passing out flyers and putting flyers on your cars. I normally don’t call those companies and usually toss the flyers in the trash. Well I’m glad I called Them. The process is easy. They came to my office, called my insurance company for me, picked up my truck and took it in to be repaired. A little over a week later they brought it back to my office. They constantly communicated with me during the time they had it and kept me up to date on the return date. When they dropped it off the insurance was handled and the truck looked great. I definitely recommend.

I was a little worried at first but this company is everything they say they are. They set me up with a nice rental car so my son had a comfy place for his car seat. They fixed and extra dent in my truck for free. I didn’t spend anything out of pocket and they had great customer service. I highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with the work they did on our SUV in September after we got a bunch of hail damage! The car looked like new after, inside and out with no cost to us! They made the process easy and hassle free! They came to our house, picked up our car for repairs, and returned it when it was finished so we didn’t have to make any extra trips! I had a very good experience with this company, I was a little hesitant at first but I’m happy I went with this company. The work was very good and they detailed the inside of my vehicle as well. Cindy also sent me photos of my car once it was safely in the shop to reassure me. Very good customer service I might add!! I payed absolutely nothing out of pocket and my car was fixed within just a few days.

Specialized Metalwork, did an incredible job on my truck. They where able to get all of the Hail damage out of my truck, it looked incredible, it looks like a new truck. I was amazed at how fast they where able to do the work. I loved the people who work there, they are incredibly friendly. I will be recommending these guys from now on.

Where do i start! Cindy has to be the friendliest, kind hearted, apologetic, humble person i have ever met. I have huge trust issues when it comes to car work being done. Cindy had this vibe from the start that made you so comfortable. She handled everything, i didnt have to do nothing but pick up my rental which THEY COVERED! They payed my deductible and cleaned the inside of my car. An i have three girls so when i say they cleaned the inside they literally took out all my stuff in my car and cleaned it out an nicely put my belongings back in. Hal and Cindy are extremely amazing at their craft in working with people who have suffered the sad situation of having hail damage... they explain to the car owner exactly what they will receive as far as having their deductible covered receiving a free rental car and fast and efficient service as far as completion of the project. They did an amazing job! Great staff & clean shop! Cindy came to our door about the hail damage on our Durango & offered their services. At first I has hesitant because their services seemed too good to be true. After talking with her a few more times we decided to go ahead with the repair through them. They made sure we had a rent vehicle that fit our large family. They had our vehicle fix within 2 days of the insurance approving the claim. They delivered it back to us with a complete detail & a full tank of gas.

Cindy approached me a week or so after a nasty hail storm hit my neighborhood. I had been really contemplating on contacting my insurance because of the damage to my new car but I knew it would most likely cost a pretty penny. When she told me Id pay nothing of of pocket I knew there had to be a catch. No catch. They set me up in a rental and had mine in the shop the same day. Like anyone, I was skeptical when Cindy and Hal approached me about repairing my vehicle following a horrible hail storm. However, after some research and thoughtful consideration, I decided give them a shot and I couldnt be happier. My car was in bad shape! Not only are the end results flawless, but they made the entire process incredibly easy and seamless. The handled my insurance claim, arranged for my rental vehicle and delivered it to my place of employment, drove my car to the shop and returned it to me when finished. They even power cleaned the interior of my car!! They are very professional, friendly and thorough. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone without hesitation. Great Job, guys!

I kept thinking their service was too good to be true, it turns out I was completely wrong. Cindy and her husband are some of the nicest, most hard-working people I’ve met. Pat, who did the repair work, did a fantastic job. The people over at Specialized Metalwork are hardworking, professional, and generous. They met with me at my convenience and handled everything with care. They covered the $500 deductible for two cars as well as the cost of a rental. They even did free interior detailing. The hail storm that hit Kansas City in June 2019 left dents all over the hood, roof, and trunk of two of our cars. Cindy stopped by our house and offered to fix the hail damage. We were hesitant so she left us some flyers. Over the months she kept coming by and leaving her contact info until finally, I gave her a call. Cindy contacted my insurance company and handled the claim as well as setting me up with a rental car. I left my car with them on a Wednesday afternoon. The insurance adjuster approved it on Thursday and before noon on Friday Cindy called saying the work was done. She dropped the car off at my house and took the second one. Both cars were repaired quickly and looked like new afterwards. They even spotted a small crack on the taillight and repaired the entire piece at no extra cost. Get this, they returned the second car during a snow storm and apologized for not having washed it, so they gave me $20. They even laid down rags on the floor so as to not track mud and arranged my belongings neatly in a little box. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with their work. I sincerely thank Cindy, Hal, Pat, and everyone else over at Specialized Metalwork for their expertise, kindness, and generosity. I highly recommend them for any auto repair work. They turned what would’ve been a tedious, time-consuming, and annoying process into a delightful experience. Tuvieron precaución con el interior del auto y cuidaron bien las cosas que tenia adentro. Estoy muy satisfecho con el trabajo que hicieron. I was approached by Cindy and Hal in town when they saw my damaged vehicle from the hailstorm the week prior. I was initially skeptical, as it almost sounded too simple and easy, but wow did they follow through. I gave them my claim information, we drove up to the rental car facility, they took my car to shop and my insurance (plus Specialized Metalwork supplementing the rental services my insurance didnt cover) arranged for a rental and I received a nice rental car to drive in the meantime. They texted me to update me through the process and in a few days they met me to switch vehicles back and my car was looking amazing (better than it did prior to the hailstorm) as it was detailed and washed! They managed to get out every dent from the hail as well as being kind enough to fix a couple door dings I had prior to the storm! I received my paperwork for my lifetime warranty, gave them the check from my insurance and it was done. I couldnt believe it was so easy, would give them more stars if I could! My car looks brand new and I paid $0 out of pocket as they even waived my deductible!! Amazing service and super easy, they handled everything from start to finish!
