They are a family run business. My family has brought several cars there over the years. We have had damage caused by bad weather, little fender benders and even more serious accidents. In my experience with them they were great at repairing my customized mustang. It gave me peace of mind that I didnt have to run around and figure this stuff out. Awesome service really honest cut me a deal for bumper work. Kept his word said it would cost a certain amount and when it went over he charged me the original quote.

I just want to say John, Ryan, Rusty, and their family run business is hands down one of the best shops in Kansas City. I first went here probably 7 years ago and had a great experience then, and have never forgotten it. I had another accident recently and have new insurance but was hoping that Classic Collision was one of the shops covered and luckily I was to able to take my truck here. They have to be the most professional, trustworthy, and coolest car mechanic shops Ive ever been to and I have never felt more comfortable leaving my vehicle with a shop, knowing that the job would get done right and also that they would truly do anything to make sure that their customers are happy. Ive been to a few shops around here throughout the years and have had experiences ranging from terrible to meh, and I just want to say that these guys are the model that every shop should be like.

Its never fun when you need to have your car repaired, but Classic Collision made it painless and affordable. They did an amazing job and communicated with me every step of the way! I wish I knew about this place when my oldest son wrecked his cars. I wouldnt have been so quick to scrap the cars.The guy I worked with, John, was super friendly and very reasonably priced for the amount of damage done.If you have teenagers, put this place in your contact list.

I am so grateful that I found this place! They made everything so easy and my car looks like new. They were even willing to store my car for a few weeks while I was out of town. Went above and beyond and I will definitely be back in the future if something ever happens to my car again.

I went to classic collision for collision repair to my front and right bumper/tire. The staff was amazing! I love how it is a family owned business. My car was done earlier than they told me, which was exciting. Communication was good which I appreciate. Ill definitely return if I need repairs in the future.

Incredible friendly and helpful

I have had three experiences with this company, all were over the top. I found them by accident when in July 2015 my van was stolen. They repaired it like new, kept me informed during the process, and even brought it to my house when it was finished.In December of 2015, my van was stolen, again. :( Classic collision received the vehicle, worked on it, stored it, and did not charge me after the vehicle was totaled.Two weeks ago, my replacement vehicle was hit by a drunk driver.The tow company I hired to take the car to classic collision, instead took it to their lot. They told me they were taking it to classic collision, and would return Monday morning to get a check. Instead, they took it to their lot 8 miles away, and kept it till Wednesday morning. We tried and tried to get the vehicle, but were unable to get any one to answer the phone. Finally I was able to have it towed by a different company on Wednesday. The original tow company charged over $1200 for the 8 mile tow. I know all of this, because my insurance company told me. The reason classic collision cancelled the check, was there were 2 tows charged for on the bill, and only 1 tow that happened. The tow company wanted to know why we cared, the insurance company was paying for it. This is fraud. We all pay for fraud. I appreciate Classic Collision standing up for whats right.

I brought my Kia Sportage to this company for repair after Id done some research online for auto body repair in the KC Metro area. They did an OUTSTANDING job of repairing my vehicle; I cant even tell it ever had an issue. :) Im beyond pleased with the workmanship that was performed, & the service I received from every member of their staff that I encountered. They went above & beyond what I expected for my repair-when I received my vehicle back, it had been cleaned thoroughly inside and out. Theyve taken care of me every time I came in. Tried to find a part for my 2005 Subaru STI for months. Although they were unsuccessful they stuck with it looking everywhere. The owner even let me borrow his car while it was in the shop. Great place.

Totally horrible! I had my car sent to this place and what happens...It got broken into, everything was stolen, and it transformed into a toilet! I called everyday to get a estimate on the cost and about the work that was done on my car, but they would always inform me that they were waiting for parts. It took a total of two and half weeks to get my car fixed and what was fixed... NOTHING! All my windows were broken, my car was in worst condition, and there was feces all over the backseats!If you are thinking about taking your car here for repair...please do if you want your car to return to you in a box soaked in urine, sperm, feces, and shame!

Best place for body repair. Have used them for years.

Repairs looked good on the surface, but skipped over work on the sub structure. Not good work for elderly who cant take a look themselves.

Very good people to deal with, being as I was in the Autobody business for 25 years I couldnt ask for any better service and the bodywork was perfect.
