I’m sitting here to get my oil changed at 8:30 on a Saturday because their hours online and on the door stated that they are open from 8am - 3pm but I have not been helped yet nor do they appear to be open. I also have an issue with this because the often complain about being to busy around closing time and having customers pick up their cars on Monday. This is extremely unprofessional and is ruining my schedule and will be transcribed to the BBB

Sammy the salesman was fast and easy however he said the interest rate was 3% and the manager said the interest rate we wanted was 3% but as we were signing the papers we were told it was 4.1% not the 3 we were told more than once. Next we left 2 messages to be called back after signing the papers and havent been called back yet.

Fair process and pricing. Finance department will work its tail off to get you financed. Great service department and vehicle warranties. I wont buy anywhere else.

Arrived at 7am for service appointment and was greeted to quick entry to the garage and my service contact ready to check me in. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable. They have a comfortable lounge with TVs where I worked using their free Wi-Fi as they took care of my vehicle. They finished faster than expected and I was on my way. I highly recommend their service department!

I highly reccomend buying here! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped right away. They paired me with Chris Redmond who was the most polite, knowledgeable, and non-pushy whatsoever. He and the financial guys made the process as great as car shopping/buying can be. He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and made it happen. I wish I wouldve tried them sooner. I felt they actually wanted my business and I left very satisfied.

Beyond pleased with the service and standard I experienced with Justin and Mason. They were warm & welcoming, upfront, helpful, honest and diligent beyond just doing their job - especially for my situation and what they were able to get done for me! The only thing I regret is not reaching out to this location when I initially went searching. Not only do I plan on returning for my future purchases, I have and will continue to refer my family and friends. Dont play yourself, give them a call.

CABLE DRAMA - Worst Service Department EVER! Yep, literally held me hostage and said they wouldn’t give me back my car until I paid them $650 for a windshield on their loaner. A loaner, which I didn’t pick, was never walked around the car, had for all of 22 hours, drove 40 miles, and wasn’t offered any additional at time of rental.I bought a used car there that has had multiple problems. Their service department is filled with men who do not listen to women, especially those who are single moms and have little to no knowledge about servicing a truck. If I could, I would have recorded the attitudes of each person I asked a question. If you want to feel like a common criminal, an idiot, or even be held hostage for $650 for a small crack in a windshield AND miss your kids conferences, BE MY GUEST. It’s all about the money and don’t let anyone make you think otherwise. I am in the referral business myself and have sent them or recommended several referrals. It disappoints me to write something so negative about an establishment I once trusted. You shouldn’t get nervous and anxious when you have to get your car serviced. CABLE DRAMA!

The low internet pricing is merely a ploy to get you into the door. When you sit down to figure out payments, the price jumps. They add on an app that is basically a GPS for your car as well as some plastic 3M strips on the doors to protect against paint scratches from door dings and nitrogen in the tires. Thats another $1,500.00 roughly. I can take an old cell phone, install a GPS finder app, and store it in the console. It does the same thing as their app. As for the 3M strips..... it was overpriced. We tried to refuse both add-ons and were told that we couldnt. I asked them why the price didnt just include those items and the answer was Well, we need to get people in the door. If we did that, they wouldnt come.Shady business practices dont make good business relationships.Get it right people.

We went car shopping and looked at a few different cars from Cable Dahmer. While our salesperson did an excellent job, there were multiple cases of other people trying to jump in and take the sale and would not take no for an answer. I would recommend staying away unless you are ok with dealing with pushy sales tactics.

We had a good experience buying our SUV at this location. The salesperson was great and tried hard to make the process quick bc we had our children with us. A little pushy at the end to buy additional warranties but was expected. I would recommend them.

This place is a freaking joke and disgrace to Chevy customer service never go here. I love Chevrolet cars, but the service I have received from this location is absolutely horrible. When I bought the car more than one salesman tried to sell me and gave me the run around at closing which is unacceptable coming from the guy who has done retail for 7 years. The accommodations afterwards which is a reasonable service wasn’t any better. My experience is that my concerns are not handled properly and I am even ignored if I’m not buying an item or car. Can’t get ahold of who you need over the phone and God forbid you have a finance problem like I did and still do to this day. But let me get off my soap box and sum up my issues with this location.Rude and pushy salesman only interested in building their customer base and not in what’s best for you, unaccommodating customer service. Unprofessional and unpunctual handling of important documentation, the sales process took 7 hours 1 of which I spent waiting to be assisted, and negligent to important customer concerns.The only reason they got one star is because I had to put a star to comment on the horrible service I got my new equinox from another location and the service was amazing.

I was here about a week ago with my sister and mom because my sister was needing to get a new car. We worked with Keith Redick and he was very great and a gentleman. He fought very hard to get my sister in the car she wanted with the stipulations she had ie. Car payment, year, etc. In the end she didnt end up getting the car due to the previous dealership shed gotten a car with smh. But the experience was really good. If and when I decide to trade my current SUV in this will defintely be one of my options to go to. Once again I highly recommend working with Keith as well if you happen to stop by this dealership.

They swore to me whatever was wrong with my truck they found the issue...when I pick up my vehicle same day matter of fact 7 miles later ....it did the same thing that I took it in there for $615 and change later. Had to take back they said well that wasnt it its something else ....no reimbursement or nothing....DIDNT EVEN OTHER ME A LOANER CAR SO I CAN CONTINUE MY DAILY DUTIES. Took it back to them and its more of a major issue than before ...but get this I spoke to the sales person before I spoke to repair...they calling saying oh we hear you want to trade your truck in ummmmmmm....no I dont know who gave you that information?!?! ......now Im more pissed. You should talk to each other first before you strategize over the customer...I lost faith in you guys ....and you wonder why customers hate going to dealerships for repairs.... you just wanted me to trade my truck in ....nope and then you told me something that doesnt sound like my issue...ugh

I called for a quote with a detailed description of what service I needed and was quoted $120 for a diagnosis with a possibility of 2 hours required. I had vehicle towed to Cable Dahmer and they wanted an minimum of $600.

Had an Appointment, and said it would take an hour for oil change. It was 2 1/2 Hours!!! Same thing happened a few months before, for oil change!!! Doesnt matter you have an appointment or not. Just plan on not having plans when you set up your appointment!
