Awful experience. If I could leave zero stars I would. I unfortunately was rear ended and my car totaled so I needed a new car! I came prepared with my credit union pre-approval letter thinking that the process would be great! I voiced that I DID not need them to run my credit for financing. The salesman told me that they would not. But asked me to complete paperwork that had my information on it for preliminaries. Low and behold they ran my credit to 3 companies after I was told it would not be. I brought it up to the finance manager and he just shrugged me off saying that it won’t drop my score but my score did in fact drop. Also they let me leave with less than a fourth of a tank of gas and when i said something about always leaving with a full tank of gas when I’ve purchased cars in the past from other dealerships, I was told they don’t do that. I have a coworker that purchased a car from Jay Wolfe Honda a few months ago and they made sure he left with a full tank and he did NOT even have to ask!! Interesting!! Now that I voiced my frustration I’m being offered a couple full tanks of gas. If I was valued as a customer then they would not have let me drive off with a darn near empty tank. I’ll never recommend them to anyone!! Piss poor service and liars!! But they sure do make sure they push that extended $3,000 warranty on you!! I know a lot of people and I will let them know of my experience so they can avoid this place!! I’ve told 8 so far! Many more to go!!
Best Customer Service I have ever received from a dealership! My Service Advisor, Matt, is patient, knowledgeable, and will work hard for you to get you what you want and/or deserve. The teamwork in the service center seems fluid and creates a great atmosphere! They are also quick, no waiting around for help, ever.

Wow. Phenomenal! First time being here and they treated me like a lifelong member. Complimentary food and drinks which were fresh. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Of course the Acura car is a feat and beauty. The shop was amazing! With a instant alignment checking system the second you drive in. They got my recall done quickly and were professional. Its a very easy light hearted experience here. Didnt have sales people badgering me to buy anything, just friendly people wanting to help.
First I’d like to preface by saying we had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle 6 years ago that we decided to come back when we wanted to upgrade. We went in 1.5 mths ago after we saw a vehicle we were interested in. The sales woman was very helpful and they were willing to fix some minor issues with the vehicle. We put a deposit down and waited for the issues to be fixed which was a few days later. The whole process that evening was quick and easy and we thought everything went well. That’s when we found out it didn’t. They never put our deposit towards the point of sale nor refunded us for the $500 deposit. It took MULTIPLE calls to finally get it refunded. Then we received the title work as well as the sales tax check. We were told it would be 4 days but took over two weeks (not too worried about that). However we were also supposed to get a refund from the unused gap insurance from our previous vehicle. The finance guy said it would be included as that is their policy. It is not shown on the receipt. I tried calling and left a message. Never received a call back and just called AGAIN and left another message two weeks later. Still waiting on a response. I finally got a call back after a third call. He did explain that the money was included as money down towards the purchase of the car. That was not clearly explained the first time around as both my husband and I were under the impression that the money would be included in the check we would be receiving. Also my husband was asked to provide customer feedback and provided an 7/10 review stating the whole deposit issue. He received a call asking for him to change his review to 10/10 and they sent us some photo session to make up for it. He did not as it was an honest review as is this one. I truly hope no one else has issues like this and have a better experience. Our next vehicle will not be purchased here!
Best service department ever!! Dillion and Dusty are the BEST!! The service department at this dealership is incredible. It is such a pleasure to deal with Dillion or Dusty. They make your experience so smooth and fast. Any excuse I can find to take my MDX to them I do it. If you have an Acura this is the only place you should have it worked on. The whole experience is a 10!
Do not go here, my wife just got robbed. They charged her 75 dollars for a 30 dollar oil change. Tried to tell her she needed to replace her oil pan and plug that they destroyed then when she brought that up they told her that oh yeah it doesnt need to be replaced at all. That they just looked at it wrong and added charges to her bill they told her repeatedly that it wouldnt take longer than 45 minutes. Because she was on her lunch break 2 hours later shes driving away charged twice what the oil change was supposed to cost. Im about to file a bbb complaint do not go here if youre a woman by yourself!
Wanted to give kudos to Brian Tucci and Jess Thomas on our vehicle purchase. We had inquired from out of town on a new TLX. They gave us a fair offer on pricing right off the bat so there was no back and forth. Communication was always responded to immediately. When we traveled to town to pick up the vehicle, we were able to be in and out in about an hour. Was really pleased with our experience.
Chris Marshall did an amazing job of showing me vehicles I liked. Although he advised me with certain financial options he respected my wish and helped me obtain financing per my desired terms. I was able to drive away with an Acura RDX that I liked after spending a good amount of time test driving a few vehicle options. I am still happy with the car and definitely happy with the service. I had to contact Chris a month or more after the purchase to obtain some paperwork and he recognized me and remember me by name every time. It was wonderful to see that. In the busy world we live in today its difficult to remember names given the sheer amount of people we may interact with in certain professions. Thanks Chris.
Called for a P0420 Error code on a 2017 Acura RDX. I asked them if there was any kind of warranty from Acura. They wanted the VIN number of the car so I provided it. The woman said yes there was and she would have a Tech person phone back for a plan of what to do. The tech guy called back and set up an appointment to bring the car in. I asked again about the coverage and he said it was covered for 8 years or 80,000 miles. Of course they had already looked up the cars VIN number.SO when I arrived, they read a quick bit about charging 168 dollars plus tax but that would only have to be paid if the repair work was not done. We waited a short time, they took the car in and said it would be $1,500 plus labor to have one converter replaced. I asked about the warranty and they said this car has none. I asked why I was told it had one? They had no answer. The manager was standing there, the woman I dealt with was named Vickki and was extremely rude. The manager didnt stop her either. So they took they only pulled the code off the car which I had already done and charged $177 including tax. What a rip off! The old bait and switch. Be aware if you go there that they are dishonest. I now have the car in a shop to be repaired and the mechanic said the converter definitely did NOT need to be replaced. Save your money and avoid this Rude Dealership!

Heart full of lies. If I had read the comments posted online I would never visit this Acura Dealer. Remember you are working for a JAPANESE Automobile manufacturer who is famed for her premium customer service. Fool yourselves as you wish but not your customers. The black saleswoman was unprofessional and unethical, providing misleading information about 2022 MDX price and warranty information. Manager Blair and Kim played hard to be good business men, but they never have such talents and competences . Damage the brand reputation for sure. The 2022 MDX may be an excellent model during this pandemic period, while I am the buyer who holds the final call. Try your best to earn my money. Hehe, you will never have a chance.

I inquired about a used car this past Thursday. On Friday, we spoke with the dealership to confirm the car was available and to set up a time on Sat. to test drive the car. We called on Sat to confirm that we would be coming in. We went there and the person who assisted us while we test drove the car was great. They have the very old school model where the person you are talking to does not control the pricing or negotiation, and has to take every decision back to the sales manager. While I believe we should be well past this model, this is not the reason for the low review.The price that was presented to us was $1,500 more than it was the day before. When we asked why this was the case they said they were a market driven store when it came to pricing and the market showed that the price of this car would sell for more. I explained that if this was the case they should have told us before we came in to look at the car. Once again the car specialist went back to the manager, this time to submit our requirement that they come back to the original price listed. This time the manager came back and started into a speech about the market driven pricing and corporate controls everything … I interrupted to ask him to get to the point on the pricing being adjusted to the original listed, he said no, I said ‘thank you, were done then’, and the manager was out of the negotiating room before we could stand up.I want to be clear about why I am giving a one star review. It is because there was no demonstration that I was valued as a customer for the following reasons: 1. They did not take the initiative to communicate in advance on the price change. 2. There was no acknowledgement that they should have. 3. And, the worst part, there was no responsibility or empathy demonstrated about the break down in communication, only taking a stand on their position being justified, so a win-lose model.This left me with the experience that they only care about their profit and processing you through their machine. There are endless others places I can take my business, and I will. This is not a place that I plan to give the opportunity to again.
A very close friend of mine told me about a recent experience with the service department, where they tried to call him to tell him his wheel bolt was too tight and if anything broke while they were servicing his car for a SAFETY RECALL he would be liable. Ive owned a few luxury cars and never have I ever heard of this. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will be telling others to steer clear of this place.
STAY AWAY!!! DISHONEST, BED ETHICS, WILL CHEAT AND TRICK YOU!!! In my case, after the purchase price was negotiated and confirmed 3 times; twice on text messages (that I still have copies of) and once on the sale worksheet (that they still have a copy but refused to give me a copy), at the end, without my knowledge, the final selling price was increased by $500 on the final purchase order and the contract which I neglected to closely review and tricked into signing. At one point, the dealership admitted that the price on the contract was wrong and agreed to refund the different plus taxes (I have a copy of the check request that was written up but never processed). However, the refund was never issued because the sale manager, Blair Redmond, decided that the contract I was tricked into signing was final and they owed me nothing.Bottom line, STAY AWAY FROM JAY WOLFE ACURA IN OVERLAND PARK!
It was a very cold day, but seconds after we got onto the lot, Jimmy Carpenter came out to meet us. He knew which car we were interested in and did not ONCE try to interest us in anything else. We had some concerns (some interior water stains) which he addressed and had repaired, even though it meant a few extra days and moving the car between their locations to find a technician capable of figuring it out. I needed a few extra days to get the money together, and he was happy to help. No pressure, sincere concern (even contacted previous owner to answer some questions) and amazing customer service. This dealership is luxurious, and all the staff we met were genuinely friendly and helpful. We could not be happier with our beautiful blue Subaru, and the buying experience was the icing on the cake. I will be recommending this place and Jimmy Carpenter to anyone I know that is looking for a car. Thank you so much!

ZERO STARS. I recently went in to test drive an Acura MDX. According to its service records,, it was overdue to have the timing belt replaced by nearly 13k miles.. the sales Manager tried to tell me well, a car will tell you when its time to replace the belt.... Pretty sure the manufacturer service schedule is what tells you when its time to change the belt. So, a clear lie. Do not do business here. They are swarmy to the max.

When I arrive I ask for the sales guy I had email during the week we talk for a few minutes and he got my RDX ready for a test drive, Fill out the fianacing paper work and I was ready to sign docs and go over with the credit guy. He was friendly and nice until I told him I was not going to buy the extended warranty at this point he stop talking and change his demeanor to angry and made me feel very uncomfortable. He ruin the perfect experience I had at the dealership.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Took my TL in for service (bought it new from dealership) last week and Dylan Collins was the person who helped me. I waited over 2 hours and usually they come out and walk you through their findings and recommendations to fix any issues. He said my car was ready and I thought everything was good. Turns out, I had a few things that needed to be fixed (according to the printed report given to me). He just took my CC and away I went. Then, I read the invoice in more detail.Called the manager (Brian) after reading the report because 1) they did work that was not necessary (tire rotation) and 2) my bill did not add up correctly. Brain said he would review the paperwork and called me back with the estimate to get everything fixed. He also mentioned a credit for the rotation. I called back and he never returned my call.My bill did not add up. The service and labor was $220 & $66 respectively and then $20.05 for misc. and $7.15 for tax. According to the bill, the total (all in) should have been $291.25 (w/o tax) -- The bill was $313.20. Ive never seen a parts/service bill with even numbers. Just wanted an explanation.They dont care and my experience with the service depts. at both KC locations has been poor over the last couple of years. They used to have staff that went the extra mile and they were awesome. The employee turnover seems very high and the service level has decreased. Our family bought a 2001 MDX, 2008 MDX and 2015 MDX and weve had similar issues with service.Ask questions and have them review the invoice/bill in detail so you dont get taken advantage of. I love my TL (which is why I took it to the dealership for all service), but wont be back to Jay Wolfe dealership.

I had been looking for a TLX A-spec AWD and found the car online and called Jay Wolfe ACURA about the vehicle. It was listed at one price and after driving an hour and a half to look at it, they said the internet department listed the car for the wrong price. After the salesman showing us “how good a deal” this AWD A-spec was by showing us other FWD ones, we agree to the amount with a window tint. I specifically asked if this vehicle was AWD because we live in MO out in the country and I need to get around. The salesman told me the All Wheel Steer was the exact same as AWD. It’s just Acura’s version of it. 3 months later, we have all this snow and my vehicle will not go anywhere. It spins and gets stuck. My husband has the car scanned and it is FWD!! None of my original paperwork says FWD anywhere!! I called and spoke to a manager about the issue and was told too bad pretty much. Offered cars not even close to the caliber of car I wanted and thought I was buying. I was then offered $25,000 for the car I just paid $32,000 for because it was FWD. I was also offered an A-Spec with double the miles in an AWD system at $28,000. I asked if they saw an issue with the pricing. Why would I have paid $32,000 for a FWD vehicle at an AWD price? I offered to pay for the mileage and usage of what I put on the vehicle if they would buy it back, but no. I am very frustrated with being over charged for a vehicle I was told was something different, and then offered way less because of their mistakes and lies. It’s rude and disrespectful.
We’ve purchased 3 vehicles, new and used, from Jaywolfe Acura over the years.Our experience has always been wonderful. Like buying a home, you explore every option you can. We have been in the KC metro for over 20 years and pretty sure we have visited majority of dealerships around. The experience here ranks at the top of our list. Everyone should do their homework before you get serious but these guys beat the best deal I found online. The deal wasn’t even in the metro but from another state, comparing apples to apples of course. That was cool.Facilities are very classy and welcoming. We love the waiting area with complementary food and drinks.The staff has always been warm.When we purchased the new vehicle they had the lifetime complementary oil changes so we still have that wonderful perk. Service department is top notch. They are good with advising and prompt with our services.

I cant say enough good things about my experience here. I spent 8 hours yesterday test driving at different dealerships. Jay Wolfe Acura was my first stop and I ended up coming back at the end of the day to buy my MDX. Im still not sure if I came back more for the car or for our salesman, Norm. All day, no one else and no place else compared to our experience here. From the minute we got there Norm was friendly, helpful and informative. He made us feel comfortable with out pressuring us. He knew we had a full day of test drives and politely let us stick to our plan but said he knew wed be back. And we were! I love my car! They stayed late to help us finish up and even though we already bought the car, they had it cleaned up for our drive off. This is my first Acura but Im pretty sure they made a lifer out of me!
This was my first visit to the Service Department and it was great. Friendly andknowledgeable staff, reasonable prices, a nice waiting area with free drinks and snacks, and the time estimate (as well as cost estimate) was spot on. Ill be back!

Brought my MDX in for oil change and tire rotation. The service writer asked why I cleared my codes. I stated I did not but the shop I took it to for timing belt and water pump replacement did clear it per my request. Once he figured out that they had not done the work he was rude. Informed me they probably did it wrong. Then proceeded to try and sell me a front end alignment and i refused due to having lifetime alignment through Firestone, he was hateful and stated I could go sit down and someone would find me when they are done. I have never had a bad experience here before. I am just in shock how rude he was. Will not be coming back.
About 2.5 years ago I was shopping for a used Honda/Acura... Having a 2000 Honda Civic (a tank) I had to stick with a Honda or Acura. I searched and searched and SEARCHED for a car for months. I so badly wanted an Acura... but being a 22 year old college student, I didnt think I would be able to find a used, low milage Acura in my budget. Well, one day I did find the exact car I was wanting, a 2009 TSX w/ tech & only 49,000 miles, a true cherry! Let me just tell ya, buying from Jay Wolfe Acura has been amazing and I always recommend that my friends and family check them out when they are in need of a car. Norm Dean was my salesman, and he has been awesome! Periodically, he will check in to see how my car is doing and if I need anything at all! He is just so great. Today is actually my birthday and they called to tell me happy birthday! Its the little things like that that make this dealership great and their customer service outstanding. I highly recommend them! I hope my TSX will last me for years to come, but when I am in need of a car again, they will be the first place I check out! Thank you Norm & Jay Wolfe Acura!
A very bad experience, I waited 10 mim more and no one ignored you, even they saw it, they turned a blind eye. After watching the car, I only said that the price was too high, and the salesman said you could go. Acura is not the only dealer in Kansas City. Im here. I wont choose any products from Honda
The service department is terrible. When you call for service it goes through an out of state call center. A two hour repair took all day. Im sick of everytime I take my car in for an oil change they try to up sell you unnecessary service. The one and only time I let them do additional service they didnt perform everything I paid for and on top of that they didnt tighten the oil pan drain plug. Needless to say it required another trip to the dealership and an oil stain on my garage floor.
Waited 3 hrs for finance to complete my purchase. Unacceptable. Wasted my time but GM didnt seem to care as long they sold there car. Sales team was great though. Thanks Norm.

My husband and I absolutely loved our experience at Jay Wolfe Acura. Jimmy and and Jon were professional and hilarious and actually made it fun. Can you believe that buying a car can be fun?! But it was! And the facility is so comfortable that it feels like a home away from home. They have a full menu of food for their customers. And the food is free! I kinda cant wait for my first oil change, haha! And the best thing of all, is that you have an awesome, reliable vehicle to drive - an Acura! I cant imagine a better experience for buying and servicing a vehicle.

I worked with Christopher Marshall. He was great. I had an idea of the car I wanted going into it. He didnt try to up-sell me to something completely different. He was realistic with me about the history of the car and any warranties included. When I told him I already had financing, he didnt slap on extra fees because I wasnt financing with the dealership. I would definitely recommend working with Chris, he is great! 10/10!
My family took our vehicle in for routine maintenance. They crashed our car through their own garage door, and into the property fence. They gave an estimate of nearly $16k to repair damages they caused. They then attempted to sell us a new car only giving us a trade in value for the wrecked car! Long negotiations later we agreed on a price for a vehicle. We weren’t made whole as we had to take out an additional loan we weren’t expecting to have but we wanted the headache to end. Later that week they informed us THEY messed up the paper work and missed a charge so they’ll be billing us for nearly $1k more. We have not resolved this yet.Stay away. They do not care about you. They’re heartless enough to total your vehicle and then try to turn a profit on the replacement car they sell you. Will forever tell family and friends to avoid even driving past their lot.

This was my first time going to Jay Wolfe Acura. The service lounge has complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner items along with soft drinks for customers, and cell phone charging. I purchased a vehicle and, the experience was so pleasant. No high pressure sales or high pressure finance 😁 it was so smooth. I went on a Thursday after 5:30pm and was out with my vehicle before 8pm. Everyone was professional and I look forward to my long lasting relationship with Jay Wolfe Acura!

This place deserves some kind of award for something if they dont have one already. I couldnt speak more highly of their customer service in both sales and in service. Firstly, their communication is fantastic! If they say theyll call you back in an hour, theyre going to call you back in an hour even if its just to say that they need more time. Second, they wont charge you a diagnostic fee if they cant duplicate the problem (unless they spend an unreal amount of time on your car trying to figure out the problem and I cant say I blame them). Third, the sales people do a fantastic job of connecting with their customers and finding an option for them within their budget. Major props to the technicians who were able to diagnose one of the strangest problems Ive encountered in any vehicle as a alternator malfunctioning in what felt like a transmission problem. Other car dealerships should take note because this is how you run a business if you want people to come back.
The quality of the dealership matters. Im not usually someone who cares what the dealership looks like or what services unrelated to the vehicle are offered. But in this case I was impressed. The place is immaculate, the shop is as clean and nice as any I have ever seen. The food service and lounge are very nice touches. Everyone here is in a suit and tie or professional attire. It is not like any dealership Ive ever been too. I made an appointment to pick up my new car and someone was waiting for me as a walked in the door to greet me and knew who I was. They showed me around and explained everything to me without even asking. I met my dealer, saw my car and had everything done within an hour. No pressure on the sale and everything was as discussed over the phone and email prior to my arrival. They even stayed open late to show me everything. Very happy with my experience of trading in and buying a new 2019 RDX. Jim and Mike were very easy to deal with and very professional. Very happy with my car and the process as a whole. I have had work and service done here before over the past years. I cannot pinpoint one bad situation with this company. I enjoy coming here for the service, the friendliness and various products that I may buy in the service shop.
First they lied to me by telling me my 2017 Acura ILX was a rear wheel drive vehicle...it is not. Then they lied again (during the same visit) claiming to have conducted 100 point inspection during my oil change service .....they did not. I know this beyond shadow of a doubt because one week later I found myself stranded in a blacktop parking lot in Joplin, MO on a Sunday in 95 degree heat with my dog. No Acura dealership is open on a Sunday and the closest one was in Springfield. Acura offered to tow me to Springfield on Sunday but no one could look at my car until Monday. Not knowing how I would get back to KC for work on Monday left that to be not a terribly viable option. So I called AAA and two hours later I had a tow service who could test the battery. A good Samaritan had already attempted to give me a jump but that attempt failed.The tow truck driver exposed the battery posts to be extremely corroded. He spent about 10 minutes cleaning them and low and behold he was able to jump start my car. Had Jay Wolfe Acura done what they claimed they did and what I paid them to do, they would have discovered the state of my battery and my time, frustration, and my dog becoming dehydrated not too mention my own person discomfort. As you might have guessed my first phone call the next day was to the Jay Wolfe service department. After a week of back and forth emails and phone calls their suggested resolution was to sell me some new tires and install them at no charge huh???? After a bit of research I discovered I could get the same deal from Costco that Jay Wolfe was so generously offering. Difference being, Costco doesnt owe me a darn thing. Since communicating my further frustration and dissatisfaction at this feeble attempt to accommodate me for my trouble, I am now being ignored. I have emailed and left a voicemail for the general manager Lee Hubbard and he has not responded tome. Net, net three weeks later still no resolution. Jay Wolfe approach to customer service: Lie, lie some more, insult them ignore. Sounds like a winning recipe doesnt it?

Dwight, our salesman, was super helpful and the farthest thing from pushy, which we really appreciated. He answered all our questions, sent us pictures of the vehicle and even came in on his day off to help close our deal. His customer service was excellent! The finance person we dealt with in closing/paperwork was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all the different coverage options and worked to get us a great deal for that.The only reason we didnt select 5 stars was that the manager was a little tougher to work with. We felt she could have been a little more flexible to match another offer we had received. We ultimately didnt get where we wanted to be for a monthly payment. Originally, we werent able to see or test drive the car because it was being detailed but we were told that it had running boards and other features (by the manager) which later we found out that it did NOT in fact have those features. We were also sent home with less than an eighth of a tank, which was disappointing when my trade had been filled up that same day.Overall we still felt like we were getting a good deal and decided to close anyway since we really loved the car. We appreciate Dwight and Josh staying late and being so great to work with! Hope to do business with them again in the future.

Overall 5-stars. My appointment was for a recall notice that i had received in the mail. Once there, it was confirmed that at a recent scheduled maintenance, that specific recall had actually been taken care of. As luck would have it, there was another recall that i had yet to be notified of so they were able to take care of the new one. One Suggestion: If during scheduled maintenance a recall situation is taken care of, make the customer aware of the fact AND that they can then ignore the paper notification they receive in the future for that specific recall situation.

I purchased my Honda Civic pre-owned at this place. I would say the salesman I was dealing with was too over smart. We had agreed for a price but then he increased it saying his manager did not approve of it but then I had already decided to take and made a deposit and everything on the car. They have small food service in which is pretty decent while you wait and visit for checking out any car 😄
We love their Service department. They take good care of the customers. Never have an issue with them. They keep track of our warranties so they know what we have to pay vs what the warranty pays. Weve been using their Service department for almost 15 years. Best Acura service in town.
Very disappointed with the service I had called in 2 weeks ago to have a recall fixed. The woman who made my appointment said I could not get a loaner car for a recall that would only take one hour to hour and half. I am now starting my fourth hour here. I also started my visit having to walk in and ask for help instead of them coming to me.On the other hand, the service advisor has been gracious. The lounge has been very nice and helpful!

My experience was different then my previous visits. I had the pleasure of speaking with a very positive and informative gentleman in the financial department. My salesman was cool but I left him thinking about how this would have went if I was anyone else and this is my second time doing car research but not feeling informed enough.

Very nice salesman and staff plus a good selection of cars and a really nice waiting area/kitchen that is basically a restaurant where you can order sandwiches, pizza, etc. However, the salesman was a bit misleading (I dont think intentionally though) about pricing and how much room there was for negotiation. Also, after we decided to purchase the car and signed the preliminary paperwork we had to wait almost three hours to see one of the two people running each one of the financial checkout offices. Sometimes everybody has to wait, but this was well after closing time and we didnt end up leaving the building until 7:30 - the person with him actually got LOCKED inside their lot! Security did come eventually and unlock the gate so he could leave.
I bought an 06 Acura from here, “as is” and paid $5,300 cash for it. After being so excited about this purchase and investing lots of trust, time, and money into what I hoped would be my amazing car, I learned that this car had over $1000 worth of repairs needed in order for it to be safe to drive. I immediately contacted the dealership and was met with statements like “I’m sorry, you knew this car came as is” “we don’t put time or money into our cheaper vehicles” “i cannot help you” “all sales are final”. I am super upset with the service I received. I was offered no compensation, no understanding, and feel taken advantage of. It makes me so frustrated that I was sold this car. I believe it’s incredibly unethical and clearly shows where this companies values are at.
Norm and his team were very professional and personable. They answered all my questions and spent the time explaining things when I asked for more clarification. Car buying is not necessarily deemed fun by most, but it was a pleasure working with them.

Well, to make the story short. I have been a loyal Acura customer since I bought the Acura. Lately, I have some minor issue about window issue that making squeaky sound when rolling down and I believe some dirt or dust might trap deep inside. (I cleaned it and the squeaky sound is gone) when I brought in my car for regular maintenance last weekend and since there werent anybody available to check the window and I was told to bring the car back to check the next few days. I explained to him that I want it check before the warranty expired. I am 100% positive that I was told by one of the service person that to bring it in before my 50k warranty expired (currently around 49k+) . He scheduled me the following Tuesday and wrote the ticket N.C. This morning, he had to retyped the ticket because it was shown in the system (maybe he didnt save it last week or lost it) and told me that the warranty has expired by end of March 2017 or 50k whichever come first and I have to pay the diagnostic fee of $109 to check. I explained to him that I am happy to pay if he told me and explain to me that on last week on the spot when I did my service about the warranty period but he did not. I have to make another trip and all the sudden he told me that. Glad I am asking before any service or else I have to pay for this service. Honestly, I sincerely hope Acura could trained their employees PROPERLY instead of mislead and confuse the customer. This is the worst experience I ever had as a customer. I will be more happy if I was told early. I could avoid having another trip and late to the office if I was given the correct information. If I can rate how many star. I will rate 1/2 star for this visit!!!!
I recently had a outstanding customer service experience with Robert Beaver in the Service Department. It was by far the best service experience I have ever had! Robert was patient, knowledgeable, and efficient in addressing the number of items with my 2005 TL. Everything he did was honest, straight forward and fair priced. I cant possibly say enough good things about Robert Beaver and the service department, so Ill just finish by saying that I will definitely be returning and referring others to Robert at Jay Wolfe Acura.
Really nice place. I had my car serviced here to fix a headlamp that went out intermittently. The part was crazy expensive but thats just how these things work out. The staff was friendly and quick to help, Jordan in particular. They have a nice lounge to sit and drink while waiting. Ill be coming back.

The service representative was happy to stay after hours to accommodate my schedule even though it was a Friday night. Additionally, the salesman that I purchased my vehicle from, Jimmy Carpenter, made a point to greet me when I came in. I had my 2014 MDX in for service today at the Overland Park location and could not be happier with the service and how I was treated! I purchased Michelin tires at this location a few years ago and it was determined they had worn down a little prematurely. The service manager, Greg Carter, went to bat for me and Michelin paid for 20% of the cost of the tires! I met with service adviser, Ben Eden, who said I needed brakes as well. I want to be safe, so I had tires and brakes replaced and the pricing was very competitive with other shops, but with Acura parts. I even had the car detailed. It looks, drives, and stops like a brand new car! Thanks so much to Greg Carter and Ben Eden for making all this possible!!!!
We went to the dealership to just look, as we also had other cars in mind. My past experiences with car salesman left me with a very poor opinion of them, but all that changed in dealing with Justin Metzger. He was beyond amazing! He was very aware of how I felt, and was so professional, helpful, knowledgeable, personal without ever getting pushy during showing us the car, getting the sale completed, getting the car ready and after the sale was completed. After he showed us the car we never looked elsewhere. He has followed through multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed and answered any questions about the car. I love the Acura RDX he sold us and would never use any other salesman but him and will absolutely recommend him to anyone I know looking for a car. I have told everyone about the amazingly positive experience we had at the dealership. Their customer service is top notch and Justin is a fantastic addition to the team.
