Went here on a whim after a long day of unsuccessful shopping for a new truck. Im so glad I did. The level of service I received was spectacular. There was absolutely zero pressure felt in the buying process. I told the salesperson what I could put down and how much I wanted to spend per month and they worked from there, with no pushing for more like some other places Ive been to. The financing process was a breeze, the sales manager office visit, usually the most dreadful part because of all the upselling, was extremely pleasant. I will definitely refer anyone I know looking for a vehicle to try this Chevy dealer due to the simplicity and being treated as a person and not just a potential sale. I will definitely return if I need a vehicle again.

Overall experience was good Satueday 10/2! Until we got the truck home and realized the keys werent the factory keys and was told that we would have to pay $222 for the chevy key fab. But it wasnt brought when the vehicle was traded in to the dealer.Hasnt been 7 days yet and contemplating bringing the vehicle back because this should have been taken care of when the vehicle was accepted as a trade from previous owner. Really upset 😡 because the truck is exactly what we need.

I had a problem with taking my car in on Thursday morning at 10:45 am expecting it to take a couple hours like I was told. I had not heard from the service department by3:00 pm so I called and was told they were working on it and they would call when it was ready. I never got a call so around 5:06 pm I called back and was told that the service department was closed. No one had bothered to call and let me know that it was going to take longer. I had to come up with transportation for Thursday afternoon and night and Friday. I called at 8:05 am Friday morning and they gave me an update and I was able to pick my car up Friday afternoon. I think this was VERY POOR customer service. It will take a lot for me to ever go back to this dealership. Very Disappointed!

The staff is wonderful. They made the whole process quick and easy. This is the third vehicle my family has bought here, and well definitely be back.

I always bring my truck to Tim Marbuger for service. The service department always lets you know what your manufacture recomends and explains it to you. If you say no I dont want to do that right now there never is not push back or them tring to talk you into it. The service person I always like dealing with is Carrie Taylor. She is always chipper and very polite. Carrie always explains everything to you. She is a great asset to your dealerships service department.

The service department there is top notch. They diagnosed my Corvette problem and offered sound advice for the repair. I was in and out within the hour. I would recommend Tim Marburger without hesitation.

Best experience of buying a vehicle EVER!!!!

The service department supposed to open 3 according to the hours online. Someone met me at the door to ask what he could help me with. He informed me that the service department is closed today and wont back up until Monday despite what it says online. At this point, he dismissed me as a customer. I will not return to this location. It looks pretty run down anyway.

They will lie to you. I have brought 2 vehicles from them in the past few months. One was a used vehicle and after three weeks the check engine light came on. The dealership said that it would help me fix it but never did. I had to do it by myself and pay for it out of my own pocket. They also said that if you refer someone you will get a referral bonus. I have referred some of my family who also bought a car and never recieved this so called bonus. When asked about they say they never said such thing.

Been a customer due to convenience with company truck for years. Many issues to speak of. Last one... took truck to have transmission looked at... was having issues. After taking money, their diagnosis was normal for 160k mile transmission. Two weeks later Im walking. Truck is at Ben Mynatt Chevrolet. Not going back.

The worst experience I can experience truck drove my car came back broken sales people touching me talking about my credit score out loud and openly no help from the manager and repairing my car back to where it was when I gave them the key to test drive it unsatisfied rude displeased pushed out the door so take it from me fans you go to this place be prepared to be treated as though you the lowest thing on the planet no respect no help if your credit score aint up to part you be treated differently then you should be when you first come in there and God forbid if you let these people take your your car for a test drive dont expect for it to come back the same way Im reaching out your all your best bet go to Hendricks best car lot in Concord go visit you see the experience just by you visiting what have your mind Changed by buying you a car from somewhere else other than Hendrix have a good day now they wont let this post and thats how I rated a star this place dont even deserve a star I start dont even begin to describe this place never was visited again on my worst and if it was the only car dealership in Concord and I had no other choice I go to Virginia

My daughter purchased a car about 5 months ago and they lost her license plate and we had to go re-register her car ! They refused to help her ! And please do not come back at me that it was lost in the mail because you know thats not true ! I have purchased well over 15 cars from the Marburgers and this is just unacceptable !
