I cant say enough positive about all the people who work here! They go above and beyond to help you, keep their word and dont make you feel less of a person because your credit isnt the best. The ladies in the front office are friendly and great!

I will NEVER get a car from them again, I got a 2014 Kia Rio through them and there was something wrong internally with the the oil, and they kept saying they were going to fix it and I took it to there mechanic twice and the mechanic said there was nothing wrong when Kia dealership said there was, I stopped making payments because of it and they came and got the car, I will never recommend this place and they also didn’t give me a refund on the money I put down on the car, they are terrible people and don’t care about you they only care about the money not about about pleasing and helping their customers!!!!!

Good vehicles, decent prices, bad customer service. Went in to buy my first car wasnt even acknowledged, ladies at the front seemed like they could care less about the job. Especially strange considering the new year is coming up and everything thats on the lot when it starts will be taxed, youd think theyd want to sell more cars. Probably the best dealership in Kannapolis though just for the price and quality of cars there. Easy 5 stars if they improved upon customer service.

I have been here 7 times no one has ever asked to help. The cars may be good but unless you know what car you want and hunt someone down you will get no assistance. Especially if its raining, or near closing time they will walk right pass you to lock up cars and run back into the building.

I got SUV from them on 5/13 its was in shop on 5/18 it been back 4 more times to shop called ask just give me another suv car r my money back got lied to so mine times its still at shop. Not run and its 6/18 now so in first month i had it total of 6 days and its like its funny to them i gave them 1,101.28 for suv i have had total 6 days to drive so now i have take them to court

If I could give a zero for customer service,better yet a negative zero that would be the way to describe this place. They may have dependable cars for good people, but they dont have good customer service for their good people. Mainly the girl at the front with the color in her hair. She acts as if she doesnt even want to come into contact with anybody and as far as a personality there is a lack thereof. The other two ladies at their desks, I cant really speak upon them because I didnt come into contact with them much. But that girl at the front is awful.

This is the Best Buy here pay here lot I ever dealt with. I highly recommend them. From reading the reviews I can see some people don’t understand used cars are used so things are going to happen. I haven’t had any problems maintance wise, and lastly one of the best parts is they understand life happens and are willing to work with you. This place is the bottom of the bottom. Buy here pay here they take wrecked and late model cars and do the least they can . You buy them they break down what you paid for the Down Payment is more than they paid for the car.It breaks and you pay !! Dont believe me read the reviews!!

This place has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. April and Jennifer are horrendous... they never came to help and when I asked about a car, they act like they didn’t want to help at all. They were very snobbish and I don’t know how they sell cars there... April and Jennifer are definitely bringing Autoville down.... I will be publishing my experience on Facebook as well

A lady broke down on the side of the road she had no other way to go get her child from daycare before 5 so she walked up to autoville told him about her situation they gave her the car for 2 hours and told her to go handle her business awesome customer service would recommend to anyone

Jennifer the head manger did not check one of her employers after the employee “Jane” violated the confidentiality of someone who didn’t get approved through her references . Then Jane had the nerve to be rude about it. This is a terrible company to buy cars from . The mileage on the cars are high and they are useless when it comes to finding a car. Don’t advise anyone to go here. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDES!!!!

I bought a mustang from them, it was a pleasant experience from the beginning, they are always polite when I go up there or just call to make my payment ( which they have made so easy for me by keeping my card on file all I have to do is call and say process payment). I would recommend them if you are looking for a good reliable car.

Dealing with Autoville with the purchasing of both my vehicles as been a great experience. Management there are truly respectful to you and your situations, plus they dont sell junk cars. There has been some times where my back was up against the wall. Due to unforeseen situations, that lead me to not being able to pay my payment on time. Now dont get me wrong when I say this cause you should always pay when your payment is due. However, Auto Ville has always help me out when I was in that situation. As long as I communicated with them and we set up an agreement and I paid them when I said I would there has never been a issue and they were always willing to help me out. Truly an amazing experience definitely will be buying from them again!

Customer service is AWFUL! Simply rude! Never should a paying customer of any business be made to feel as if they are not important, without customers the employees or anyone else in the business would have employment in that specific establishment. Customers should be welcomed and handled with some degree of kindness. There are many people that come through those doors and just because it’s buy here, pay here doesn’t mean that there shouldn’t be a level of kindness and a welcoming feeling. Employees never know who is walking through those business doors! Employees should be conscious of that.I’m not saying for anyone not to purchase from this company because it is buy here pay here and we all make mistakes sometimes which may affect credit scores but don’t expect too much from the employees, on the customer service level. Sad!

Most un reliable car I have ever bought paid well over book value and have only had the vehicle 10 months and had to put over 5 grand in the vehicle Im purchasing from autoville. The mechanic that I was sent to by autoville never fixed myproblem, that was a&r auto, I had to take my car to a more reliable mechanic to actually fix my car.. this is ridiculous and not good business. The motto is reliable cars for good people what a joke

Very poor customer service. I was there three times looking at cars. No one ever approached us asking if we needed help. Looked at 3 cars that wouldnt even start. Finally found one that didnt have more than a couple things wrong with it. Went there at 9am to turn in the application and was told she would call me in 2 hours. 7 hours later (after calling the references and asking people of we paid our bills) she calls my husband and tell him everything we needed to bring(after I specifically asked her to call me if she needed anything because my husband was at work), but failed to mention that even if we were there before 5, we couldnt buy the car because we hadnt test drive it and they wouldnt let us test drive it because they wanted to close. Wouldnt let us go ahead and do the paperwork so we could come back tomorrow to test drive and take it home.I worked at a car dealership for 5 years and I have never seen customers treated this way. Shame because I was there with cash wanting to buy.

So around Christmas,2014, our car broke down leaving us on foot with three kids. We absolutely had to finance something, but since our credit was pretty lacking we were really worried about tote the note places. Between horror stories of lemons and ridiculous pricing/interest we were expecting the worst. The day before Christmas we saw two Jeeps on their lot and stopped to ask about them and we drove it away right before New Years.Turns out that it did have a computer issue the day we bought it, but with the cold weather it was impossible to diagnose. Now that it is warm weather a mechanic was finally able to conclusively diagnose the problem. We were almost shocked to find out that Autoville is standing by their offer to pay for the repair since the problem was there the day we purchased even though there wouldnt be much we could do about it if they didnt other than return the Jeep. So relieved to find a car lot for people who dont have great credit that doesnt rip people off just because they have the chance to.Very satisfied with the service, pricing, and support through a time that was very difficult for us.
